The great unfolding posture, not each different, but displaying a vast scene. From the realm of the naturally luminous great conduct, unceasingly self-arising, From the unobstructed awareness self-arising, this unspeakable meaning was spoken. Thus. This is for the sake of those with wisdom of self-appearing awareness, a brief indication of a special topic. In the Transcendent Argument: For the sake of the meaning that surpasses others, unite with the body in an uncommon way, all essences are gathered into the heart. Thus. Now, the order of taking the instructions into practice is threefold: the ground, the path, and the fruit. First, establishing the ground is twofold: the ground of what is to be known and the ground of the nature of reality. Regarding the ground of what is to be known, there are countless different views on Dzogchen, but I will not elaborate on them here. In the Self-Liberation: The meaning of what is said is gathered into the expanse, what is said does not reach a view, what is said does not abide in meditation, the sign of what is said has no time limit. Therefore, the order of what is said, know that there is no certainty for all. Thus. Now, the ground of the nature of reality is threefold: the initial general ground, and the ground of delusion of ignorance upon it, and the ground of liberation of realizing these two. The initial general ground is twofold: the reality of the original base and the reality of self-awareness. The reality of the original base is: called the initial purity, as it is said in the Burning Lamp: In the initial great purity, the nature itself is like this, unmade by anyone, naturally clear, from the very beginning it is the nature. Thus, in any case, from where there are no letters, for the view of self-born wisdom, there is no place to examine. There is no past. There is no future. There is nothing existing now. There is no karma. There are no imprints. There is no ignorance. There is no mind. There is no wisdom. There is no samsara. There is no nirvana. Awareness itself does not exist, because nothing appears as wisdom. All of that arises from non-grasping. Thus, the original purity emptiness that has not achieved anything, but it is not a solid emptiness, as it is said in the String of Pearls: Although many forms of reality are spoken of, there are only three forms of wisdom. Thus, three
