那精要之义，修持吧，具缘心之子！精要之精华，与任何皆不相同，此等大秘密决定之精要，若为他人所闻，则失坏成就，见之，瑜伽士等之果消失，仅名亦不可说，于生起之敌亦不可侵之所，岩石之门或寂静处，置于铁或铜或银之器皿中，极隐蔽，无人得见，安住，于适当时观看之时，向空行母等献会供朵玛后，观视享用，除此以外，不可随意享用观看，因此，此法极为秘密，唉玛，如此稀有之，口诀决定心之珍宝，过去、未来、现在安住之，诸佛已说此义，正说与将说皆非，因此，此法亦极为秘密，自身觉性显现之，极密总集精要之精华，与此相遇之具缘决定者，成为佛陀本身，毫无疑问，若与决定之精要此本身，相遇，未修持此义，于百千俱胝兆劫中，亦不得佛果本身，因此，舍弃一切错乱之行，于尸陀林或大森林之中，无人行走之胜地，极寂静，于度量诸多之，数量已过之彼岸，身语意之要害调伏之，不与任何人相遇，独自安住，观自身之本性，无有分离，如是安住，与精要之义相遇，于真实者，此显现转变，如是若无极安住之力，于空谷山顶等处亦，恒常禁语，如哑巴般行走，若为他人所见，如野兽般逃遁，如是行持之具缘心之子，具有真实清净之誓言，称为瑜伽大自在，此口诀精要乃决定之方便，极精要者，未向任何人展示，因此，大秘密清净殊胜之法，极秘密，系于自心，词句之边角与名称亦不言说。

Practice this very essence of That! O fortunate son of my heart! This essence of the heart is unlike anything else. These are the great secret, definitive essences. If others hear of them, they will lose accomplishment. Seeing them will cause the yogis' fruits to vanish. Even their names should not be spoken. In a place that cannot be invaded by the arising enemy, at a stone threshold or in a solitary place, place them in a vessel of iron, copper, or silver. Hide them well, so that no one sees them. Let them remain there, and when the time comes to look at them, offer a feast torma to the dakinis. Look at them and make use of them. Do not use or look at them arbitrarily otherwise. Therefore, this method is supremely secret. Ema! How wonderful! This definitive instruction, the supreme treasure of the heart, has not been, is not, and will not be spoken of by the Buddhas of the past, present, and future. Therefore, this method is also supremely secret. The essence of the most secret, condensed essences, which directly reveals one's own awareness, is this: a fortunate one who encounters this and has certainty will undoubtedly become a Buddha. If you encounter this definitive essence but do not practice its meaning, you will not attain Buddhahood even in hundreds of thousands of billions of eons. Therefore, abandon all deluded activities and go to a charnel ground or a great forest, a supreme place where no one travels. Be completely alone and subdue the vital points of body, speech, and mind beyond the many measurements and numbers. Do not meet anyone, but remain alone. Look at your own suchness without separation. By abiding in this way, you will encounter the meaning of the essence, and this appearance will transform into reality. If you do not have the power to abide in this way, then even in empty valleys and on mountaintops, always wander about as if you were a mute person who has taken a vow of silence. If others see you, flee like a wild animal. O fortunate son of my heart who does this, you have the true and pure samaya. You are called a great lord of yoga. This instruction, the essence, is the definitive method. The most essential is not shown to anyone. Therefore, the great secret, pure, supreme method is extremely secret. Hold it in your mind. Do not speak even the slightest hint of a word or a name.

If it appears, the definite fruit disappears, it is the great bliss of the Buddhas. Not through wisdom, but possessing the realm of the senses. Not with words is this meaning understood, the tongue cannot speak, the ear cannot hear. The unspeakable meaning is the place of the yogi's speech, the oral instruction taken in hand, three words. It is like this, the only son of the mind! Others cannot clearly show this meaning. The three words show the appearance of the three bodies, this meaning is secret, Samaya. Not written in the catalogs, it is the four most secret oral instructions. Keep it secret from everyone, nail it to your own heart, do not tell others, son of future generations! I have enjoyed many oral instructions, but have not seen anyone who shows the meaning of this oral instruction. Therefore, hold the essence of the heart, the supreme essence. The inner essence of the four oral instructions, is the vowel letter, the secret copper letter. Among these two differences, this is the jewel of the heart, the core of all the supreme teachings. Without the four secret heart oral instructions, many letters are like piled white liquid, meaningless, not touching the meaning of the essence, those are not directly showing the truth.
