༄༅། །圆满次第大密心髓之口诀甚深 四函之目录以日轮庄严。 顶礼薄伽梵金刚持大尊！照亮三界的具光者，诸佛之大乐心，具有无二金刚般的智慧，善于断除他者的分别执着，善于灭尽二取之显现，行于无生心性自明之实相，持有三传承之根本，于三时安住之三身圣尊，以无二之坚定信心动摇心意，身语意三恭敬顶礼后，为阐明秘密之精要，为具信缘分者之利益，祈请大悲尊，甚深隐秘之心髓口诀，未曾安立八种目录之，极度隐藏之秘密心之宝，为无有增减错谬之义，此秘密殊胜之文字，为未来具缘者之利益，为明晰词义而书写此。秘密中之秘密，无上之部类，心要决定，秘密之口诀等，为远离草率轻率，书写此不变之义之文字。唉玛！秘密殊胜之圣法，未曾于他处开示，胜于心之口诀心髓，未敢安立于目录中，如脉络结集于心般，一百一十九之殊胜口诀，汇集于如极密心般之四者中，彼等之名号亦不敢言说，此乃吾之肺腑之言，为欲圆满二利之具缘者，应熟悉秘密之骨文，仅言说其名号，祈请上师与，善逝空行母等宽恕，若具缘心之子需要，除于此宣说词句外，若为他人所闻，将受空行之惩罚，因此应于心中增益心要，心要直至菩提之间勿出口，若为他人所闻见，将损自身性命，因此勿于风中宣扬，生起之门

送往远离喧嚣之地，时时观照，给予盛大侍奉。自己熟习之后埋藏为宝藏，不要向他人展示，也不要为了他人。于极密心髓般的口诀中，汇集一切教法的独子，谁也未曾造作的文字，因其为自生万物之初始，故语言和符号毫无不合之处。具缘者见而视之时，便知文字各自相应。依仗于此，脱离生发之声，不会被土掩埋，不会被水冲走，不会被风吹散，不会被火焚烧，有情众生无法摧毁，也无法看见。此乃汇集一切教法之要诀，具缘心子书写此，此教法所应呈现的颜色，以珍宝心髓书写之后，与自身不离地持有。观看和诵读之时，若被其他人看见此物，则成就消失。因此，在坟地或者森林深处，在谁也难以行走的地方，在水岛等地僻静之处诵读和供养。此物显现于谁，那人必定具缘，定能解脱。如是确定的口诀心之宝，极其深奥，不可或缺，甘露之滴，能医治众生疾病，此等心髓口诀务必保密，不向任何人展示，藏于自己心中。观视和修持心要之义时，风和冰雹的声音也要尽量避开。其他人，与此无缘之人，即使看见，也会破誓言，若听见，则身语被火焚烧。因此，在自己心中严加守护，如盗贼之财般秘密修持。此不向任何人宣扬的秘密，愿与具缘心子相遇。ཨྠིྀ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！此极度秘密的口诀心之宝，我不敢轻易提及名称，向历代上师祈祷之后，末法时代或许需要此物，故书写此甚深心髓之目录。极密如同心髓般的口诀，由圆满正觉金刚持大尊，为了彻底舍弃前所未从心中涌现的轮回之法性，展示了从无迁变中迁变之理。

Take it to a place away from the crowd, observe it from time to time, and offer great reverence. After familiarizing yourself with it, bury it as a treasure. Do not show it to others, nor is it for others. In the secret heart-essence-like instructions, the only child that gathers all the teachings, a letter that no one has ever made, because it is the beginning of all that is self-arisen, therefore, there is no disagreement between languages and symbols. When the fortunate ones see and look at it, they will know that the letters are in harmony with each other. By its power, it is free from the sound of arising, it will not be buried by earth, it will not be carried away by water, it will not be scattered by wind, it will not be burned by fire, and it cannot be destroyed or seen by beings. This is the key to gathering all the teachings. The fortunate heart-son wrote this, the color that this teaching should present, after writing with precious heart-essence, hold it inseparable from your body. When viewing and reciting, if others see this, the accomplishment will vanish. Therefore, in the cemetery or in the depths of the forest, in a place where no one can walk, read and worship in secluded places such as water islands. The person to whom this appears is definitely fortunate and will surely be liberated. Thus, the certain instruction, the treasure of the heart, is extremely profound and indispensable, the drop of nectar that heals the diseases of beings, these heart-essence instructions must be kept secret, not shown to anyone, and kept in one's own mind. When viewing and practicing the meaning of the heart essence, avoid even the sound of wind and hail as much as possible. Other people, those who are not destined for this, even if they see it, will break their vows, and if they hear it, their body and speech will be burned by fire. Therefore, guard it carefully in your own mind, and practice it secretly like the wealth of a thief. May this secret, which is not proclaimed to anyone, meet with the fortunate heart-son. ཨྠིྀ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning)! This extremely secret instruction, the treasure of the heart, I dare not easily mention its name, after praying to the lineage lamas, this thing may be needed in the degenerate age, so I write this catalog of the profound heart-essence. The extremely secret, heart-essence-like instruction, by the perfectly enlightened Vajradhara, in order to completely abandon the Dharma of Samsara that has never arisen from the depths of the heart, showed the principle of transcendence from the non-transcendent.

པའི༔ 导师涅槃之后，虚空不可分割，从虚空之中，加持最初的自生文字，化身的痛苦被切断，此物也与五宝的装饰一起，涅槃之后三者是口诀心之宝，谁能见到它，谁就能现证圆满，谁能见到它，谁就是有缘者，自己的有漏蕴未坏之前，自己心中怀着它，无论对谁，如果宣说讲述，自己的生命就会被烧毁，因此在自己的心中获得增长吧！如果出现抛弃身体的时候，就交给有缘的心子，在此之前，即使对一个人宣说，地狱之火也会焚烧自己的身心，因此临死时交给一个有缘者，如果多于两个或三个，就会受到惩罚，珍贵的文字要书写并携带，这样做了，加持就像水流一样，会赐予那位瑜伽士，如果找不到教法的持有者，为了后世的利益，就埋藏在珍宝的宝藏中，这样就触及了涅槃之后三者的意义，是秘密中的精华，是心之窍诀，秘密中的至高是圆满之大圆满，那是口诀心之精华，是未曾向他人展示的心髓，甚至不敢说出它的名字，为了阐明这心之精华，将感官的精华，眼睛和心中的精华，取出到外面，为了有缘者的利益，要书写这神圣的本尊，秘密心之钉，是智慧的关键，依靠身语而显现，获得见解增长的这些智慧，为了与感官的对境相联系而展示，心髓精华，是所有秘密中的至高，秘密的母字，是心中的珍宝，是以前未曾取出的口诀，与所有乘都不同，就像用箭射中内心一样，是不会退转的大方便，念诵名字，上师传承和空行母们，请大发慈悲！与此相遇的有缘者，是具有决定性预言的人，有漏的蕴，地大自然耗尽，一定会前往，没有怀疑和犹豫，如果与这秘密心髓的意义相遇，却没有修持，虚度光阴，就像未使用的宝藏一样，没有功德，因此

Pa'i! After the Teacher's Parinirvana, from the indivisible space itself, the blessings, the first self-arisen letters, this very cutting of the suffering of emanation, also together with the adornment of the five precious substances, the three after the passing are the oral instructions, the treasure of the heart. Whoever sees it, will become manifestly perfect. Whoever becomes fortunate enough to see it, until their own contaminated aggregates are destroyed, holding it in their heart, to anyone, if they teach and proclaim it, their own life will be burned. Therefore, gain increase in your own mind! If the time comes to abandon the aggregates, it should be entrusted to a fortunate heart-son. Even if it is shown to one person before this, the fire of hell will burn one's own body and mind. Therefore, give it to a fortunate one at the time of death. If it is more than two or three, punishment will befall. These precious letters should be written and carried. If done in this way, blessings will flow like a stream, and will be bestowed upon that noble yogi. If the holder of the teachings is not found, for the sake of future generations, bury it as a precious treasure. In this way, touch the meaning of the three after the passing. It is the innermost essence of secrets, the heart's instructions. That supreme secret is the Great Perfection, the All-Perfected. That oral instruction is the essence extracted from the heart. It is the heart-drop that is not shown to others. One cannot even dare to utter its name. For the sake of clarifying this very essence of the heart, the essence of the senses, the eyes and the essence of the heart, having extracted them outwards, for the sake of the fortunate one, this sacred Yidam should be written. The secret heart-nail, the key to awareness, manifestly relying on body and speech, these awarenesses of gaining, seeing, and increasing, for the sake of showing their connection with the objects of the senses, the heart-drop essence, the supreme of all secrets, the secret mother letters, the treasure of the heart, the oral instruction that has never been extracted before, unlike all the vehicles, like being struck by an arrow in the center of the heart, is the great means of not turning back. Uttering the name, may the lineage lamas and the dakinis, be greatly patient! The fortunate one who meets with this, is the one with definite prophecies. The contaminated aggregates, the elements naturally exhausted, will surely go, without doubt or hesitation. If one meets with this meaning of the secret heart essence, but does not practice it, wasting time, like an unused treasure, there is no merit. Therefore,
