于义精进者，如日之升起，如满月之容颜。天与非天及人等，救度此等令显现，三界亦为之震动，令诸夜叉罗刹怖。天女手持青莲花，云不畏不畏如是语，为欲真实守护诸有情，诸佛以我为所化。若于旷野或寺庙，兵器堕落及诸怖，种种怖畏扰乱时，仅忆名号之威力，我恒常守护诸有情，从诸怖畏大苦海，我救度一切诸有情。是故于此世间中，能仁众称我为度母。其后以敬善安住，合掌恭敬而作礼，光明炽燃住虚空，如是请白而启言。何者是胜及十地，自在怙主菩提心，往昔所宣大神变，能夺一切诸罪恶，福善吉祥增名闻，财宝谷物及租税，无病资财增广大，长寿无病获安乐，一切有情皆得乐，一切有情之荣华，增益吉祥与殊胜，宣说一百零八名，慈爱有情作是语，祈请大能仁宣说。如是请白世尊前，观世音菩萨极欢喜，慈爱流溢之眼视，于诸方所皆遍观，以福善名称所庄严，舒展其妙好右臂，彼语智慧极广大。善哉善哉大苦行，于诸有情极慈爱，谛听大劫之名号，何人若能常宣说，彼人真实成财主，亦能解脱于众病，一切自在皆具足，定能焚毁非时死，死后往生极乐刹，彼等我今当宣说。天众眷属谛听我，于此汝等皆随喜，善加谛听极重要。（咒语）嗡 洛扎尼 索洛扎尼 达热 达若达贝 萨瓦 萨瓦阿努堪比尼 萨瓦 萨多达日尼 萨哈萨ra布杰 萨哈萨ra内哲 嗡。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）

The one who strives for meaning, like the rising sun, comes with a face like the full moon. Gods, non-gods, and humans, liberating them and making them appear, shaking the three realms, terrifying yakshas and rakshasas. The goddess holds a blue lotus in her hand, saying, 'Fear not, fear not,' for the sake of truly protecting all sentient beings, the Buddhas have created me as their emanation. If in the wilderness or a temple, weapons fall and there are various fears, when various terrors are rampant, by merely remembering the names, I always protect sentient beings, from the great ocean of various fears, I liberate all sentient beings. Therefore, in this world, the assembly of the Able Ones proclaims me as Tara. Then, with reverence, dwelling well, with palms joined in reverence, blazing with light, dwelling in the sky, thus she spoke in supplication. Whoever is victorious and possesses the power of the ten bhumis, the protector, the Bodhichitta, the great miracles previously proclaimed, which steal all sins and increase merit, auspiciousness, and fame, wealth, grain, taxes, and healthy prosperity, long life, health, and happiness, may all sentient beings obtain happiness, the glory of all sentient beings, establishing and increasing auspiciousness and excellence, reciting the hundred and eight names, with love for sentient beings, make this statement, pray that the Great Able One will proclaim it. Having thus requested before the Bhagavan, Avalokiteshvara rejoiced greatly, with eyes radiating loving-kindness, gazing in all directions, adorned with the names of merit, extending his beautiful right arm, his words are of vast wisdom. Well done, well done, great ascetic, with great love for all sentient beings, listen to the names of the great kalpas, whoever constantly proclaims this, that person will truly become a lord of wealth, and will also be liberated from all diseases, possessing all powers and qualities, will surely burn away untimely death, and after death will go to Sukhavati, these I will now declare. Assembly of gods, listen to me, in this may you all rejoice, listen well and be very attentive.
