I offer, I offer! May the fierce samaya's delight fulfill, the samaya secret and fierce, of years, months, stars, and times, may all violations, deteriorations, and damages be restored, may all excesses and deficiencies of the ritual be completed, may my fierce borrowed samaya be truly granted, the four common activities of pacifying, increasing, empowering, and subduing, especially the great mudra, the supreme accomplishment, grant. Thus, having pleased the assembly of deities of the wisdom dakini's unsurpassed mandala with common and special offerings, secondly, fulfilling with the view of self-arisen ultimate reality: In the state of the supreme yogi's view, With ornaments, transforming that mudra into dance, with melodious and pleasant words: Hūṃ! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ!) The great self-aware wisdom that has existed from the beginning, Is fulfilled in the realm beyond birth and mind. The spontaneously arising radiance, the phenomena of existence and peace, Is fulfilled in the realm of unobstructed equality. The ultimate truth, beyond expression and inconceivable, Is fulfilled in the realm of emptiness and wisdom, the dharmadhatu. The great play of appearances and ornaments of conventional truth, Is fulfilled in the realm of various interdependent connections. All of samsara is the realm of the Sugatas, Is fulfilled in the state of great self-liberation and primordial awakening. Nirvana is pure awareness itself, Is fulfilled in the sky where hope, fear, falsehood, and attachment vanish. Hūṃ! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ!) Free from extremes, without elaboration, pure from the beginning, Is fulfilled by the realm of aimless view. Completely mistaken grasping and clinging, free from conditions, Is thoroughly fulfilled by great non-meditation. Free from accepting and rejecting good and bad, Samantabhadra, Action free from obscurations, surpassing pretense, is fulfilled. There is no liberation, yet the three realms are completely liberated, There is no union, yet the three realms are completely united, The great samaya of primordial union and primordial liberation is fulfilled. May all deteriorations be fulfilled, May all obscurations of realization be purified, May all bad karma and defilements be cleansed, May the three realms of samsara be emptied, May the three kayas of fruition be attained, May fulfillment, empowerment, and accomplishment be granted. Dwelling in the realm of self-existing spontaneous accomplishment, coming from the state of being inseparable in the three times, the guru, yidam, dakini, self-arisen from the realm of self-power awareness, the assembly of deities of the secret wisdom wheel of the Bhagavati, the mandalas of all the Buddhas such as the four or six tantras of the vehicle, the Dharma protectors, messengers, workers, and the ocean of samaya holders.

诸佛菩萨众眷属，祈请垂听！我等金刚上师兄弟姐妹等如海会众，依仗无上正等之供养，广大之会供轮，令我等一切有情众生，于三界轮回，行于六道之苦，所受之三昧耶戒之违犯、破损、错谬、罪堕，皆于普贤广大之界中圆满，于大乐法性之界中恢复原状。玛哈悉地萨玛雅阿（藏文：མཧཱ་སིདྡྷི་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨཿ，梵文天城体：महासिद्धि समय आ，梵文罗马拟音：mahāsiddhi samaya āḥ，汉语字面意思：大成就誓言啊）以此而圆满。如是会供轮之圆满忏悔之际，瑜伽士等不杂丝毫庸俗之行，精进自明，于自光之坛城明亮三者不离，于俱生智慧中修持，任运而无执着，于自性中已得把握般安住，无疑虑，离弃取舍，于法性觉性中修持广大无碍，如是之瑜伽士，无论显现为何见，无论生起为何修，无论所作为何行，无论任何皆解脱为大果，于殊胜秘密智慧道中，以串习之力，令心性明朗，于暂时的共同成就，及究竟殊胜之成就，无需祈请亦能成就。唉玛，无上秘密之坛城广大，令稀有智慧空行之众欢喜，于胜义二取不灭平等性，于一味任运圆满之界中忏悔与圆满，纵然远离，然于世俗如幻之化现，如实于界中无碍缘起广大，嬉戏如海坛城本尊之众，圆满与罪过忏悔之次第者，广大周遍令欢喜之事业广大，自性清净一切垢染，于智慧空行之空界广大坛城中，降下殊胜成就之雨，此所造之过失之因，经义之违背错谬，一切皆忏悔，祈请空行母宽恕，善妙之功德回向一切众生，愿皆于甚深之意界中解脱。如是空行母众之精要，秘密智慧轮之忏悔圆满坛城，周遍广大令欢喜，无垢界广，殊胜成就。

All Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and retinues, please listen! We, the Vajra Master, brothers and sisters, and the ocean of assembled beings, rely on the supreme and perfect offerings, and the vast turning of the Tsokyi Khorlo (gathering wheel). May all sentient beings, including myself, who wander in the three realms and experience the suffering of the six realms, have all violations, breakages, errors, and downfalls of the Samaya vows fulfilled in the vast expanse of Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra), and restored to their original state in the realm of great bliss and Dharmata. By saying "Maha Siddhi Samaya Ah" (藏文：མཧཱ་སིདྡྷི་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨཿ，梵文天城体：महासिद्धि समय आ，梵文罗马拟音：mahāsiddhi samaya āḥ，汉语字面意思：Great accomplishment, Samaya, Ah), it is fulfilled. During this time of fulfilling and confessing the Tsokyi Khorlo, may the yogis not mix with ordinary, careless behavior, but exert their own awareness, maintain the clarity of the three self-luminous mandalas without separation, cultivate co-emergent wisdom, and rest naturally without clinging to whatever arises, recognizing it as their own nature. Without doubt, free from acceptance and rejection, may they practice the vast and unobstructed Dharmata awareness. Such yogis, whatever appears is the view, whatever arises is the meditation, whatever is done is the conduct, and whatever happens is liberated as a great result. By the power of familiarity with the glorious secret wisdom path, may their heart essence become clear, and may they effortlessly accomplish both the common temporary attainments and the ultimate supreme accomplishments. Emaho! The supreme secret mandala is vast, delighting the assembly of wondrous wisdom Dakinis. In the ultimate non-duality of equality, confession and fulfillment occur in the realm of one taste, spontaneously perfected. Although completely detached, the illusory manifestations of samsara arise unceasingly from the realm of reality. The assembly of deities in the ocean-like mandala of playfulness, the order of fulfillment and confession of transgressions, is a vast and all-pervading activity that brings joy. It purifies oneself of all defilements, and from the vast mandala of the wisdom Dakinis' space, rains down the supreme accomplishments. All mistakes, contradictions, and errors in the meaning of the texts that have become causes of faults are confessed. May the Dakinis forgive and accept them, and may the merit of goodness be dedicated to all beings, so that they may all be liberated in the profound realm of intention. Thus, the essence of all Dakinis, the confession and fulfillment mandala of the secret wisdom wheel, is all-pervading, joyful, and the supreme accomplishment of the immaculate, vast realm.
