I pray! The ground is anointed with incense and strewn with flowers. This world, adorned with Mount Meru, the four continents, the sun, and the moon, I offer, visualizing it as a Buddha-field. May all beings enjoy the pure realms. At the end of the session, all objects of offering dissolve into light and merge into oneself, indivisibly. By this merit, may all beings complete the accumulations of merit and wisdom, and from the arising of merit and wisdom, may they attain the two supreme accomplishments. Secondly, the practice, the life-essence of all attainments, is the Guru Yoga: In the center of a pure realm visualized as a pure land, on a lion throne, a lotus seat of sun and moon, the root guru, the all-pervading Vajradhara, with a blue body, one face, and two arms, holding a vajra and bell crossed at the heart, seated in the vajra posture, adorned with all ornaments of silk and jewels, complete with all major and minor marks, with a joyful face and a smile, possessing a body radiating infinite light and rays. Surrounding him are all the gurus of the lineage, the deities of the mandala, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, noble Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Dharma protectors, guardians, and all the deities abiding. To them, I offer inconceivable offerings created by the mind. I prostrate to the glorious and holy guru, I offer, I confess sins, I rejoice in virtue, I urge the turning of the wheel of Dharma, I beseech you not to pass into Nirvana, I dedicate the merit to unsurpassed Bodhi. I take refuge, I generate the mind of Bodhi, I pray for the indication of the unsurpassed path, I pray that you hold me with compassion. Thus, recite and contemplate the meaning. In between, if you wish to elaborate, you can do the separate prayer to the root and lineage gurus, but if you prefer brevity, you can omit it. It is essential to pray with intense longing in this way: I pray to the embodiment of all Buddhas, the Dharma Lord, the glorious and precious Guru! I pray to the precious Guru who is the essence of the four kayas! I pray to the incomparable protector, the precious Guru! I pray to the precious Guru who dispels the darkness of ignorance! I pray that you bestow upon me empowerment and blessings! I pray that you bless me to be able to practice with one-pointedness!

Grant your blessings! Grant your blessings so that there are no obstacles to practice! Grant your blessings so that the essence of practice can be taken to heart! Grant your blessings so that practice reaches ultimate perfection! Grant your blessings so that love, compassion, and the mind of enlightenment may arise! Grant your blessings so that mastery over the samadhi of uniting shamatha and vipassana may be attained! Grant your blessings so that special experiences and realizations may arise in the continuum! At the forehead of the Guru's body is Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), at the throat is Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), at the heart is Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), at the navel is Ho (Tibetan: ཧོ, Devanagari: हो, Romanized Sanskrit: ho, Literal Chinese meaning: Ho). From these, the essence of the Buddha's body, speech, mind, and wisdom vajra abides. From Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), white light radiates, dissolving into one's own forehead, purifying the sins and obscurations of the body, receiving the vase empowerment, the blessings of the body enter. From Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), red light radiates, dissolving into one's own throat, purifying the sins and obscurations of speech, receiving the secret empowerment, the blessings of speech enter. From Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), blue-black light radiates, dissolving into one's own heart, purifying the sins and obscurations of mind, receiving the empowerment of wisdom and prajna, the blessings of mind enter. From Ho (Tibetan: ཧོ, Devanagari: हो, Romanized Sanskrit: ho, Literal Chinese meaning: Ho), yellow light radiates, dissolving into one's own navel, purifying the habitual tendencies of attachment and conceptualization, receiving the fourth empowerment of wisdom vajra, the blessings of wisdom vajra enter. Again, with devotion, longing, and mental supplication, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas abiding as retinues dissolve into the Guru himself. That very one, in a state of great joy, comes to one's own crown. Transforming into light or nectar, it dissolves into oneself. Remaining for a moment in the state of inseparability of Guru and one's own mind. In all lifetimes, may I never be separated from the true Guru, may I enjoy the glory of the Dharma without deprivation, may I perfectly complete the qualities of the grounds and paths, may I quickly attain the state of Vajradhara! Third, especially the essence of the completion stage, the generation stage, the co-emergent yoga: Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) Maha (Tibetan: མ་ཧ, Devanagari: महा, Romanized Sanskrit: mahā, Literal Chinese meaning: Great) Shunyata (Tibetan: ཤུ་ནྱ་ཏེ, Devanagari: शून्यता, Romanized Sanskrit: śūnyatā, Literal Chinese meaning: Emptiness) Jñana (Tibetan: ཛྙ་ན, Devanagari: ज्ञान, Romanized Sanskrit: jñāna, Literal Chinese meaning: Wisdom) Vajra (Tibetan: བཛྲ, Devanagari: वज्र, Romanized Sanskrit: vajra, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra) Svabhava (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷྭ་ཝ, Devanagari: स्वभाव, Romanized Sanskrit: svabhāva, Literal Chinese meaning: Nature) Atmako (Tibetan: ཨཏྨ་ཀོ, Devanagari: आत्मको, Romanized Sanskrit: ātmako, Literal Chinese meaning: Self) 'Ham (Tibetan: ྅, Devanagari: ऽहं, Romanized Sanskrit: 'haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: I)! From the state of emptiness, one instantly becomes the co-emergent Kalachakra: On the seat stacked with Mount Meru, lotus, moon, sun, and Rahu, which are the four elements, one's self is the glorious Kalachakra mandala, body color blue, one face, two hands, three eyes, holding vajra and bell, embracing the consort, the white left foot contracted
