The form of the body, Padma Vajra, with three faces and six arms, red in color, the right face white, the left face blue, wrathful and smiling, I praise you. The three right hands hold a vajra, a sword, and a vase of longevity. The three left hands hold a bell, a bhanja (Sanskrit: भञ्ज, Romanization: bhañja, Literal meaning: container), and a sky staff. With two feet in a standing posture, trampling on the great male and female deities, I prostrate and praise you who play with joy and laughter. Supreme consort, secret wisdom Mandara (Sanskrit: मन्दार, Romanization: mandāra, Literal meaning: Mandara), red in color, increasing desire, holding a damaru and a bell, sixteen years old, youthful, beautiful and captivating, with bulging breasts and a full bhaga, I prostrate and praise you. At the tip of the topknot is the family lord Amitayus, holding a vase of longevity, embracing the white-clothed consort. The eight heroes who liberate themselves from afflictions, the vajras, embracing the consorts of their own families, I prostrate and praise you. The dakinis who draw the essence of the elements to the place, transforming outer and inner interdependence, good and bad, into the path, mastering the happiness and suffering of existence, skilled in activities, I praise the assembly of hundreds of thousands of dakinis. The eighth instruction, Black Hayagriva, in the nature of the five kayas, spontaneously accomplished, great bliss, manifesting as a great wrathful form through the means of taming whatever needs to be tamed, controlling the three realms, with hair of sky iron, I prostrate and praise the assembly of supreme blazing horses. On the ocean of blood of existence, on top of male and female skeletons, on a tiger skin and a human skin, in the center of the sun, the great glorious Black Hayagriva, extremely wrathful, with one face, two hands, and two feet, sitting in a kneeling posture, I praise the one who holds a vajra, a sandalwood stick, and a war drum. Adorned on the body with glory and charnel ground ornaments, the subjugating horse head emits green light and the sound of a horse, I praise the hair that spreads like the fire of the eon, the tongue curled and the sharp white teeth bared. The hair, beard, and eyebrows blaze like fire, the three eyes are round and red, gazing at the obstructors with hatred, adorned with skull earrings and a garland of skulls, adorned with bone ornaments and a tiger skin skirt, I praise you. The left hand threatens with a sky-iron phurba pointing downwards, The two feet dance with graceful and swaying movements, Adorned with silk brocade and a red Dharma robe, I prostrate and praise the cloud-like host of wrathful ones!
