Self-arisen, spontaneously accomplished. Through the recitation of the Great Bliss Vajra, the deathless Vajra life will be attained. If capable, through embracing and union on the life-path mudra, draw forth great bliss. Enter into the realm of appearance and emptiness, emptiness dawns as luminous bliss. All dharmas become one in the expanse of bliss. Meditate upon the three skies, without seeking the result, it is perfected on the ground. This is the view of the Great Perfection. Samaya. In the activity of the Vajra life, protect, increase, and accomplish immortality. To protect, contemplate your own body as Vajra. At the navel, the heart-essence syllable is ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sha), and ཨ (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A). Place your own mind upon the life-essence of the Yidam. Abide in the state of indivisibility of appearance and emptiness. With the radiant light of the fire's tsva tsva, pervade the entire three thousand worlds. Burn away obstacles and hindrances to life. With the hook-like rays of light, gather the essence of life and infuse it into the heart. In between sessions, arise as an illusory deity body. Protect with the three Vajras at the three places. Appearances, sounds, and thoughts are the play of the deities. There are no obstacles, this is the great protective wheel. The methods for increasing life are with signs and without signs, the yoga of illusion. With signs, erect a support, make offerings to the Sangha. Make life-redeeming tsatsas. Repair roads and build bridges. Erect life-sustaining prayer flags, and daily invoke life and receive life empowerment. Without signs, meditate on the wisdom of bliss and emptiness. This is the profound method for accomplishing immortality. Visualize your own body as the Yidam Father and Mother. Meditate on the central channel, the ro-kyang uma, in the center of the body. Visualize the five Buddha families in the five places. With the light from each of their life syllables, draw forth the essence of each element, infuse, mix, and stabilize them, and you will gain control over the elements and attain life. At the navel is རྃ་ (Tibetan: རྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang), and at the heart is ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hong), at the uvula is སུྃ་ (Tibetan: སུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: सुं, Sanskrit Romanization: suṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Song), and at the forehead is ཧྃ (Tibetan: ཧྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hang). Through the union of blazing and dripping, from the tips of the hairs to the depths of the bones, may all be pervaded by great bliss. All phenomena of appearance and existence, there is nothing that is not pervaded by bliss. By the inherent power of that bliss, nectar drips from the uvula's སུྃ་ (Tibetan: སུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: सुं, Sanskrit Romanization: suṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Song). Through the union of the vase, repeatedly mix mind, feeling, and dharmata. Relax and abide in a non-conceptual state. This is the extraction of the essence of great bliss. In the center of the golden egg at the navel, contemplate a white syllable ཨ (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) blazing with light. From that syllable ཨ (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), strings of pearls like stars spread throughout the sky. Buddhas and Bodhisattvas protect the world. The essence of precious elements, mixes with the element of its own color. Everything is blue light.
