Recite the essence mantra as much as possible. To practice the first instruction, focus on the front generation. For the Wrathful Guru, say "Hor Sog" three times. By supplicating, stimulate the mindstream of the front generation, and the seed syllables at its three places dissolve into oneself. Transform oneself into the pride of the Wrathful Guru, and recite its three essence mantras as much as possible, whether three times, seven times, a hundred times, or a thousand times, this applies to all situations. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ! Receive the empowerment of the front generation's body, etc. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! A Tsik Ni Tsik Namo Bhagawate Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ! Āḥ Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ! Seed syllable, on the sun disc, generate a red Hūṃ. For the Medicine Buddha, recite "Sentient beings' illusory body," etc., three times. Receive the empowerment as before. Namo Bhagawate Bhaiṣajye Guru Vaiḍūrya Prabhā Rājāya Tathāgatāya Arhate Samyaksaṃbuddhāya Tadyathā Oṃ Bhaiṣajye Bhaiṣajye Mahā Bhaiṣajye Rāja Samudgate Svāhā! Seed syllable, on the moon disc, is a white Oṃ. For the Wealth Deity, recite "Elements rise as enemies," etc., three times. Receive the empowerment. Oṃ Jambhala Jalandrāya Dhana Medhi Hrīḥ Ḍākinī Jala Sambharaṃ Svāhā! Seed syllable, on the lotus sun disc, is Jaṃ Baṃ in union. For Vajrakīla, recite "Sentient beings with karma," etc., three times.
