Like an image. Inconceivable, like the boundless expanse of the sky, In this land of snow mountains, to fully propagate all the Buddha's teachings, In this degenerate age of five hundred, After the Buddha's passing, a thousand years, Three hundred and fifty years have passed, reaching the nine, When it reaches the top, in the upper part of the snowy Tibetan land, In Lato Shrisarpata, the place, Like the Lumbini Garden, there, the Buddha himself, Emanated as a prince, with the good name of Panchen Jikme Drakpa, That one called "Mer" in India, In the Fire Dragon year (1856), manifested the mandala of his body. In the ultimate sense, it is the realm of the noble ones, Although ordinary people cannot fathom it with their discriminating minds, But in the manifestations of these beings to be tamed, He is extremely learned and disciplined. In particular, by all the Buddhas of the three kayas, The blessings of the Dharma's appearance, from the inconceivable, He infused the vast Tripitaka into his heart, The state of great wisdom was manifested, He fully comprehended all the sciences, sutras, tantras, Buddha's words, and treatises, The treatise that connects with its ultimate meaning is, The Lion's Roar that gathers everything. He became the second teacher of the Sage's teachings. His lineage disciples included twenty-three Dharma heirs, Three from the Manjushri's Khon lineage, Two scholars famous as the sun and one mantra holder, Three excellent translators and six great Khenpos, Thirteen perfect scholars and three logicians, Sixteen spiritual friends and three mantra practitioners, Two holders of wrathful mantras and four yogis, Two abbots of Shakyamuni Buddha's seat, One who speaks well, and a thousand scholars, Two thousand who can speak the "Hundred Thousand Verses", And more than ten thousand who are proficient in logic, And fifty supreme accomplished ones. With his direct and indirect disciples, He continued the Buddha's teachings of hearing, thinking, and meditating, purely and without defilement. He made the Ewam Bodong, which is the ornament of the world, Its fame spread throughout the world. Thus, the teachings of the fourth guide of this fortunate eon, In the sacred land of Jambudvipa, And in this land of the red-faced Tibet in the north, The nature, cause, continuum, and result of the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, disciplined ones, and noble ones, The origin of the teachings of Tantra, having briefly narrated, Now here, the meaning of the object to be expressed, What shall be told?

I am about to tell: That is also Mount Kailash in the center of the world. The source of four rivers, the land is clean and the scenery is pleasant. It is the pure land of the Lotus Holder (Avalokiteśvara) prophesied by the Buddha. Known as the Land of Snows, everyone has Bodhicitta. From the emanations of Avalokiteśvara and Holy Tara, the race of monkeys and Rakshasas multiplied. Therefore, people all have the lineage of Mahayana. The country is divided into three parts, the Tsang part of the four Rus of Ü-Tsang (Central Tibet). Lhatö Lho, is the supreme place of achievers. Heaven and earth are formed in the mandala of the lotus. All the mountains are adorned with auspicious signs. The homes of nomads, the land grows various white and red grains. Grass, water, trees, etc., all necessities are available. Many holy and virtuous ones were born here, their footprints and blessings make it the root place of achievements. Especially the place called "Auspicious Serpent Mountain" (Śrī Sarvata), It is an auspicious mountain in this world. Like the heart of thirteen peaks, It is a mountain of auspiciousness, blessing, supremacy, harmony, and accomplishment. The mountains are like a string of crystal stupas. The northeast direction of that auspicious mountain, Is the place of accomplishment for the Dakinis, the north of Father Cave. The palace of the Nirvana Buddha, the east of Lhadong. One of the four holy mountains of Tibet, the south of Mount Büri. The practice cave of Padmasambhava, the southwest direction of Gyangga. The place of fame of the great translator, the white peak of Mount Shelkar. Preaching the Dharma is like the sound of summer drums, the western region there. Like the Land of Bliss, like a paradise of joy for all. The story of fearless, melodious, joyful heart. Indomitable, possessing eloquent great scholars. In a place where hundreds of people gather. The descendants of Fearless Fame, a powerful family. Generations enjoy the glory of higher realms and definite goodness, possessing the banner of flourishing activities. From the lineage of the Pomrong Lord, the youthful brilliance of many wisdoms shines brightly, A yogi who practices the supreme secret mantra, The master of the ten virtues, the lord of Dharma. The good name of Namkha Palsangpo is well-known. His ministers and subjects, with sincere intentions, In order to generate inconceivable good results, The Buddha's teachings are recorded in the script of the Land of Snows. The precious scriptures known as the "Kangyur". The master of the snowy land, the king of power. The ruler of men is proofreading the printing in Shelkar.
