The reign of Ldan Palace was seized, and in the land of China, the kingdom of the Tatar (Ta) Ming was also usurped by a robber. Later, the Manchu race, the Bogdo King from the East, conquered it in the Wood-Monkey year and ruled China. Like this, all the happiness that is prominent in politics is of a changing nature, like a mirror that clearly shows the true nature of things. Therefore, we should have firm faith in the laws of samsara, enter the good path of liberation and omniscience, and focus wholeheartedly on the immortal throne, which is the only right choice. Here it is said: The illusory wealth, like a charming woman, with her face, deceives the world, and it is sad that people fall into the suffering Rakshasa continent because of this. Having leisure and perfection, and a virtuous friend like a steed, why not rely on them to go to the pure land of bliss? On the mirror of the earth of Tibet, the ups and downs of the Gungtang King appear as they are, like patterns carved on stone. What doubts are there about the teachings of Padmasambhava? The place that was once called the Gungtang Palace has now been reduced to a friend of beggars. The chain of immaculate and precious royal lineage has also become a mere pleasant name. Think deeply about this! Therefore, due to the fear of samsara, in the desolate monastery, the throne of the Lion Lord, whose name matches its meaning, focus wholeheartedly on it, and may all beings attain that throne! The above is an intermediate verse. In general, in India, there are various mixed races, such as the royal family. They each follow the end of their karma, but when the doctrines of the heretics prevail, caste and behavior become impure and chaotic. In Tibet, the pure royal lineage with the lineage of the Chakravartin King, which continues from the Licchavi branch of the Shakya clan, can be determined to be only this lineage of the Lord Dharma King Lhatsun. All other prominent royal families in Tibet must be traced back to the fact that they were ministers and attendants of the early Dharma Kings. Therefore, the lineage of the Lord is supreme. Now in Tibet, the reason why the holy Dharma is practiced well is due to the three generations of Dharma Kings, grandfather, father, and son.

It is appropriate to praise with purity and reverence only those who know the kindness of their mothers. Most of the later Tibetan high officials were counted from the ministers of Sakya and Neudong, and those who held high positions. Other sudden kings became kings by the power of their own undiminished merit, and it is most praiseworthy and commendable to make the Three Jewels (དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ།,ratnatraya, triratna,Three Jewels) their guru, rather than relying on lineage. Those sinful kings, though possessing great power and wealth, are not worthy of envy or praise. For example, in Kauśāmbī, where sinful kings and ministers resided, rain of food, clothing, and jewels fell, but eventually they were covered by mounds of earth, and like that, in the manifest hell, they suffer the pain of fire for many eons. Regardless of the extent of territory and land, all who practice the king's law according to Dharma, and who revere the Three Jewels (དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ།,ratnatraya, triratna,Three Jewels) as their guru and pay homage, should be known as having been granted the status of human lords by the power of the aspirations of the Bodhisattvas, and thus one should generate respect, rejoice in their virtues, and praise them. Furthermore, the characteristics of the noble lords who rule the earth are: having a deep and broad mind, being grateful and far-sighted, being meticulous in investigation and firm in speech, being impartial and fair, being gentle in conduct and generous in heart, being outwardly brave and decisive, being skilled in what to adopt and abandon, and abiding by the law, and not being swayed by wealth and women. These are the qualities that those who uphold the manifest king's law must possess. It is imperative to properly worship the Three Jewels (དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ།,ratnatraya, triratna,Three Jewels) as one's guru, strive in meritorious deeds, and place one's subjects under the law of the ten virtues, which is the law that arises from the sacred Dharma. If one can properly engage in such conduct, then the saying that "officials attain enlightenment through legal affairs," which circulates among the worldly people, is indeed meaningful. The noble character of the royal lineage is brave and wise, the words are firm, there is shame and a sense of honor, and the foresight is long. May all the lords abide by the tradition of the holy ones, governing the people with Dharma and law, so that they may live in peace! Abandon sin and cultivate virtue, so that the lineage may increase without end. May the Three Jewels (དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ།,ratnatraya, triratna,Three Jewels) be worshiped as the guru, and may virtuous deeds never decline.
