于某月二十一日献上，吉祥圆满！ 祈请噶玛巴尊者长久住世。 那摩 扎雅 因扎 噶玛 噶 菩提 班杂（藏文：ན་མོ་ཛ་ཡ་ཨིནྡྲ་ཀཱརྨ་ཀ་བྷོ་དྷེ་བཛྲ།，梵文天城体：नमो जय इन्द्र कर्म क बोधि वज्र，梵文罗马拟音：Namo Jaya Indra Karma Ka Bodhi Vajra，汉语字面意思：顶礼 胜者 因陀罗 业 菩提 金刚）。 十方三世诸佛及菩萨，发心大悲事业集一体。 具德至尊雄狮噶玛巴，众生之怙主无上诸族尊。 不动金刚顶戴高耸黑宝冠，见闻忆念尽除轮回诸痛苦。 恒常怀抱大乐赐予众生，乃是无上菩提金刚之自性。 引导三界一切诸有情，三世诸佛唯一之怙主。 此三有中无与伦比功德藏，三界美名鼓声响彻诸方所。 无等诸佛唯一大自在，解脱正道导师至尊您。 乃至有情众生未空前，如是尽未来际深密名与号。 意语身之坛城珍宝聚，于胜义谛中无有丝毫变异。 然于此世凡夫俗人前，祈愿尊者永无寿障诸违缘。 心意所愿如意任运成，语之教法恒常不断转法轮。 身之尊贵不变坚固如金刚，殊胜寿命不变金刚愿永驻。 善行如上弦月般增上，事业无碍周遍诸方所。 祈愿莲足安住无量劫，如微尘数般无尽之大海。 从心底虔诚祈请。 三身三根本，三宝无量尊，及诸护法神众之威力，真实不虚之力量。 祈愿无欺速疾得成就，加持我等一切诸有情，速得成熟与解脱。 如是，为祈祷三世诸佛之总集，雪域怙主无与伦比高耸黑宝冠持有者，噶玛巴十二世，坛城之总主，遍主大持明者，菩提胜妙金刚之莲足永固。于多康（多康地区）大藏区之中心，噶托（噶妥寺）不远处，密咒之发源地，与玛拉雅无二无别之圣地，达布热科（音译）之森林中，出生于拉氏（音译）卑微家族，仅持游方瑜伽士之名者，策旺诺布索南特秋（人名）。

Offered on the twenty-first of the month, may it be auspicious! A Prayer for the Long Life of the Karmapa Namo Jaya Indra Karma Ka Bodhi Vajra (Tibetan: ན་མོ་ཛ་ཡ་ཨིནྡྲ་ཀཱརྨ་ཀ་བྷོ་དྷེ་བཛྲ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमो जय इन्द्र कर्म क बोधि वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: Namo Jaya Indra Karma Ka Bodhi Vajra, Literal Chinese Meaning: Homage to the Victorious One, Indra, Karma, Bodhi, Vajra). All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the past, present, and future, Whose enlightened intent, compassion, and activity are unified as one, Glorious and supreme Lion Karmapa, Guru of beings, unsurpassed lord of all lineages, Adorned with a towering blue-black crown above the Unmoving Vajra, Whose sight, hearing, and recollection uproot all the sufferings of existence, Constantly holding great bliss, bestowing it everywhere, Possessing the very nature of supreme Bodhi Vajra, Lord who leads all beings of the three realms without exception, Sole father of all Buddhas of the three times, In this threefold world, a treasure of unsurpassed qualities, Whose fame resounds like drums filling the three realms, Incomparable sovereign of all Buddhas, Supreme Lord, the very one who reveals the path to liberation, For as long as the realm of beings is not exhausted, May the mandala of your mind, speech, and body, With its profound and secret names and emblems, Which, in ultimate truth, is free from change or alteration, Yet, in the perception of ordinary beings, Be free from obstacles, negativity, and even the subtlest obscurations, May your supreme intention be spontaneously accomplished, May your supreme speech proclaim the ceaseless turning of the Dharma wheel, May your supreme body remain steadfast, immutable, and indestructible as a vajra, May your supreme life be unchanging, eternal, and ever-living, May your virtuous deeds increase like the waxing moon, May your activity be undiminished, pervading the entire earth, And may your lotus feet remain firm for countless eons, As vast as an ocean of particles. From the depths of my heart, I pray. May the power of the Three Kayas, Three Roots, Three Jewels, and the vast assembly of protectors, And the strength of their unwavering truth, Unfailingly accomplish this without deception, And bless us and all beings with maturation and liberation. Thus, in order to secure the lotus feet, like wish-fulfilling jewels, of the embodiment of all Buddhas of the three times, the unequaled protector of the snowy lands, the holder of the towering blue-black crown, the twelfth Karmapa, the all-pervading lord of the mandala, the great vidyadhara of supreme enlightenment, I, Tshewang Norbu Sonam Tekchok, born into a humble family of the Lha clan in the forest of Takpu Rekhe, a place inseparable from the source of secret mantra, Malaya, not far from Kathok, the heart of Dokham (Kham) in greater Tibet, merely holding the name of a wandering yogi, have written this.
