་ཡ་རེ་ཚ། །ཀྭ་ཡེ་དེང་ནས་དམ་བཅའ་ཚུལ་བཞིན་དུ། །རང་གིས་རང་ལ་གདམས་འདི་བརྟན་ཕུར་ཚུགས། །སྔོན་ཆད་སྡུག་པའི་ལས་ལ་གནོང་ཞིང་འགྱོད། །བག་མེད་སྙོམས་ལས་བྱ་བར་རབ་ཁྲེལ་ནས། །ཕྱིན་ཆད་གཏན་བདེའི་ལམ་བཟང་བྱང་ཆུབ་འབྲས། །མྱུར་ཐོབ་དེང་ཚེ་རི་ཁྲོད་དབེན་པར་བསྙེགས། །ཆོས་མིན་ཆོས་པའི་གཟུགས་སུ་མ་འཆོས་པར། །རང་སེམས་དཔང་ཚུགས་མདོ་རྒྱུད་དགོངས་པའི་དོན། །ཆིག་དྲིལ་སེམས་ཉིད་བརྡར་ཤ་ལེགས་གཅོད་ཅིང་། །འདུལ་ཁྲིམས་མི་འཆལ་བག་ཡོད་སྤྱོད་པར་རེམས། །སེམས་བསྐྱེད་མི་ཉམས་སྙིང་གི་ནོར་བུར་འཆང་། །དམ་ཚིག་ཕྲ་བཅས་རྒྱུད་ལ་རབ་འཇོག་འཚལ། །གྲོགས་མེད་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་དབེན་པའི་རི་ཁྲོད་བརྟེན། །ངེས་མེད་སྤྱོད་པས་རྒྱལ་ཁམས་ཡོངས་ལ་བསྐོར། །བདག་མེད་དོན་དམ་རྟོགས་པའི་སྒྲོ་འདོགས་བཅད། །ཞེན་མེད་ཕ་ཡུལ་བྱ་བ་བཏང་རེ་རན། །ད་ནི་ཇི་བཞིན་རང་དོན་མ་གྲུབ་པར། །འཆི་བར་གྱུར་པའི་སྲོག་ལ་བབ་ཀྱང་སླའི། །བསམ་ཐོག་ཆིག་དྲིལ་ཆོས་ལ་རབ་འབུངས་ནས། །ཕ་ཡུལ་འདི་རུ་ད་ནི་སྡོད་རེ་སྐན། །ཆོས་ནས་ཆོས་བཞིན་བསམ་པ་བཟང་པོ་འདི། །བར་ཆད་ལོག་པའི་བགེགས་དང་ཡོངས་བྲལ་ནས། ཇི་བཞིན་འགྲུབ་རོགས་བླ་མ་ཡི་དམ་ལྷ། །མཁའ་འགྲོ་བསྲུང་མས་མཛོད་ཅིག་མཐུ་མ་ཆུང་། །ཞེས་པའང་རྣལ་འབྱོར་སྙོམས་ལས་རོ་ཉལ་མཁན། །ཚེ་དབང་ནོར་བུར་གྲགས་དེའི་གང་ཤར་གླུ། །རང་གཞན་ཆོས་ལ་བསྐུལ་ཕྱིར་ཡུལ་གཞན་དུ། །བགྲོད་འདུན་བྱུང་ནས་མཛེས་བྱེད་སྟོན་ཟླ་ཡི། །ཚེས་བཟང་ཉེར་གསུམ་ཉིན་པར་བཀོད་པ་སྟེ། །ཡིག་རིས་རང་གི་སློབ་མ་མཆོག་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ། །འཕྲིན་ལས་བསྟན་འཛིན་བཟང་པོས་ཡོངས་བགྱིས་པ། །ཀུན་གྱི་སྙིང་ལ་ཚིག་འདི་འཇུག་པར་ཤོག ། ༈ དམ་བཅའ་བཅུ་གཅིག་གི་མགུར། ཀྱེ་མ་ཧོ། བསྐལ་པར་རྙེད་དཀའ་དལ་འབྱོར་རིན་ཆེན་ལུས། །ད་རེས་ཐོབ་འདི་སྟོང་ལོག་མི་འཚལ་ཏེ། །སྔོན་ཆད་ལས་ཀུན་གཡེང་བ་བག་མེད་དང་། །ཉོན་མོངས་རགས་པ་ཆོས་བརྒྱད་དབང་དུ་སོང་། །ཚུལ་དེ་དྲན་ན་སྐྱོ་ཤས་འཕེལ་བའི་རྒྱུ། །མི་ཚེ་ངལ་ཀུན་ལག་སྟོང་ཅན་དུ་བཅུག །དེང་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ་ལྷག་བསམ་དྲིལ་བར་བྱ། །འགྲུབ་པར་རྩ་བརྒྱུད་བླ་མའི་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །ཀྱེ་མ། ཚུལ་མིན་བག་མེད་ལུས་ཀྱི་སྤྱོད་མང་འདི། །གཞན་སྣང་མི་མཐུན་ཐར་པའི་གེགས་སུ་ཆེ། །དེ་བས་སྤྱོད་ལམ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བག་ཡོད་ཞིང་། །ཚུལ་ལྡན་བྱེད་པ་དམ་བཅའ་གཅིག་པ་ཡིན། །ཀྱེ་མ། ཐབས་ཀྱིས་མ་ཟིན་རླུང་ནུས་མ་ཐོབ་བར། །བུད་མེད་གྲོགས་བརྟེན་རང་ཁྲེལ་ངན་སོང་ལྟུང

呀拉耶！ 噶耶，从今以后，誓言如法行。 自己对自己之教诲，稳如磐石立。 往昔恶业深重，懊悔不已。 无有惭愧，懈怠懒惰，深感羞耻。 今后恒常安乐之善道，菩提之果。 速得故，今生遁入寂静山林。 莫作非佛法之佛法形象。 自心为证，经续之意。 一心一意，善辨自心。 不违戒律，谨慎行持。 菩提心不退，持为心中宝。 三昧耶细微之处，亦当铭记于心。 不依伴侣，苦行依止寂静山林。 无定行止，游遍诸国。 断除我执，证悟胜义之增益。 无有贪恋，舍弃家乡，正当时。 如今若未如实成就自利。 即便死亡降临，亦无妨。 一心一意，精进修法。 如今在此家乡，暂且住下。 从法而生，如法之善念。 远离障碍，邪魔之侵扰。 如愿成就，祈请上师本尊。 空行护法，助我成办，威力莫小。 此乃瑜伽士，懒散沉睡者。 名为策旺诺布者，随口而唱之歌。 为劝勉自他修法，前往异地。 生起此愿，于美妙秋月之。 吉祥二十三日，书写于白昼。 由吾之弟子，化身殊胜之。 赤列丹增桑布圆满完成。 愿此语融入一切众生之心。 祈愿文：十一誓言之歌 奇哉！于劫难遇之暇满人身。 今已得此，切莫空耗。 往昔所作，皆是散乱放逸之行。 烦恼粗重，受八法之掌控。 忆及此等，徒增忧伤。 一生辛劳，终归一无所获。 自今以后，当精进努力。 祈愿根本传承上师加持成就。 奇哉！不如法，放逸之身行。 与他相违，乃解脱之大障。 是故一切行止皆当谨慎。 如法行持，此乃第一誓言。 奇哉！若未善用方便，未得风息自在。

Ah, alas! Kye ye, from this day forth, vows shall be kept as they should be. This advice from oneself to oneself, may it stand firm as a rock. I regret and repent the painful deeds of the past. Having great shame for reckless laziness, In the future, the good path of lasting happiness, the fruit of enlightenment, May I quickly attain it, and now seek a solitary retreat in the mountains. Without transforming into a false image of Dharma, With self-mind as witness, the meaning of Sutras and Tantras, Unifying the essence of mind, may I discern it well, And strive to practice with mindfulness, without violating the Vinaya. May I hold the undiminished Bodhicitta as a jewel in my heart, And diligently keep even the subtle Samaya vows. I shall rely on a solitary retreat in the mountains, without companions and practicing asceticism. Wandering through all the kingdoms with unpredictable conduct. Cutting through the additions of selflessness and realizing ultimate truth. Without attachment, it is time to abandon the deeds of one's homeland. Now, if I have not accomplished my own benefit as it should be, Even if death comes upon my life, it is acceptable. Unifying my thoughts, I will strive diligently in the Dharma, And now I will stay in this homeland for a while. May this good thought, arising from the Dharma and in accordance with the Dharma, Be free from obstacles and the intrusion of evil spirits, And may it be accomplished as wished, with the help of the Lama, Yidam, and Deities. May the Dakinis and Protectors accomplish it, with undiminished power. This is the song that arose from the yogi who is lazy and sleeps like a corpse, Known as Tsewang Norbu. Having the desire to go to another country to encourage oneself and others in the Dharma, It was written on the auspicious twenty-third day of the beautiful autumn month, during the daytime. Completed by my own student, the supreme incarnate body, Trinley Tenzin Sangpo. May these words enter the hearts of all. The Song of Eleven Vows Alas! This precious human body with leisure and opportunity, difficult to find in an eon, Now that I have obtained it, I must not let it go to waste. In the past, all my actions were distractions and recklessness, And I was controlled by gross afflictions and the eight worldly concerns. Remembering these things only increases sorrow, And all my life's efforts have been put into emptiness. From now on, I will gather my pure intentions. May the blessings of the root and lineage Lamas help me to accomplish it. Alas! This improper and reckless behavior of the body, Is a great obstacle to liberation, conflicting with others' perceptions. Therefore, I must always be mindful in my conduct, And acting properly is my first vow. Alas! If I have not mastered the methods and have not gained control of the wind energy, Relying on female companions, I will fall into shame and the lower realms.
