This evil person of the land, if not banished beyond ten leagues, all evil friends are the root of misfortune, these words are from the heart. The slanderers who sow discord within the monastery, the gluttonous, lazy, and fond of sleeping, and those who arouse the minds of others with anger, are all sources of internal conflict, be sure to stay away, these are words from the heart. Uttering many meaningless words, ignoring honest words, and keeping silent, these are all causes of mental disturbance, so let it go and ignore it, it is good, these are words from the heart. One's own purpose is not yet fulfilled, but one gathers many disciples, pursuing fame and gain, like a demon possessing, is the rope that binds oneself to samsara, be sure to live in seclusion and practice, these are words from the heart. Without obtaining the forbearance of realizing the nature of Dharma, yet dwelling among many retinues, it will only breed anger, strife, attachment, and hatred, so it is good to live in the mountains, these are my words from the heart. Friends who do not agree with the mind, even if forced to associate, are the source of mental unease, if one can be alone, it is the cause of mental happiness, so it is good to stay away from non-Dharma friends, these are words from the heart. Hiding one's own desires deep in the heart, associating with friends who have no foresight, is the cause of wishes being blown away by the wind, be sure to maintain independence, these are words from the heart. Monks who flatter patrons are the rope that binds themselves, except for actions that follow one's nature and conform to the Dharma, do not flatter, these are words from the heart. All worldly affairs are meaningless, seemingly good, but in reality breed evil, so one should try to stay away from the affairs of this life and enter the path of liberation, these are words from the heart. Material offerings made with great effort, and contrived virtuous deeds without generating bodhicitta, if not using skillful means, will breed attachment and aversion, so one should act according to one's nature, these are my words from the heart. Associating with jealous friends, those who disrespect the Dharma, those who speak sarcastically, those who reverse right and wrong, and those who are self-righteous, is the source of accumulating bad karma, so it is good to sever such relationships, these are words from the heart. Those who do not keep vows, those who are reckless, and friends who like to ridicule, are malicious, and stubborn, are the root of accumulating afflictions and falling into the lower realms, be sure to stay away completely, these are my words from the heart. Material possessions without attachment

Accumulating merit is the foundation, but if it's too much, it becomes the cause of many enemies. A greedy mind is the root of ending one's own life. Reduce attachment, this is my heartfelt advice. Transporting food and wealth, trading between Han China, Ü-Tsang (Central Tibet), and Kham-Do, seems to bring temporary power and happiness, but it's as uncertain as a bee collecting honey. Be content, this is my heartfelt advice. Conquering enemies, supporting relatives, one's own country winning and others losing, striving for this seems to win people's praise temporarily, but the heart is filled with suspicion and pain, becoming the greatest obstacle to liberation. Abandon it, this is my heartfelt advice. Offering to deities, building stupas, gathering crowds, if the connection is pure, meaningful but powerless, then these actions mostly become the cause of samsara. Therefore, abandon complexity, accumulate virtue, this is my heartfelt advice. In this fleeting life, pursuing ease and pleasure, such actions will surely delay eternal well-being. So, apart from food to sustain life and clothes to protect the body, do not deliberately seek comfort. Think about what is truly beneficial at the time of death, this is my heartfelt advice. This life's fame is like a momentary waterfall, prominent power and wealth are like an autumn rainbow, the beauty that appears briefly is like the sight of a rainbow. Recognize impermanence and be in harmony with the Dharma, this is my heartfelt advice. The karma of samsara has no end, and busyness will not cease until death. Important Dharma is delayed. Alas! Practice the Dharma now, this is my heartfelt advice. Now I am still alive, so I say this. Nowadays, the situation in the snowy land of Tibet is that although it possesses various teachings of the Buddha, non-Buddhist religions are not prevalent. Therefore, in order to tame beings of various capacities, many vehicles are manifested. Everything is combined with bodhicitta, do not discriminate, cherish pure appearances and impartial views. In particular, the well-known Completion Stage, apply wisdom to bodhicitta, practice the profound Madhyamaka philosophy that is free from extremes and non-conceptual, as well as the supreme five-stage teachings on the secret path of mantra, the three forms of Maya-shaped yoga, the Hevajra Completion Stage, the Six Dharmas of Naropa and Niguma, Birwa's view of the Path and Result, and the Kalachakra Completion Stage of the Primordial Buddha, the Manifest Enlightenment and Six-Branched Yoga for the enlightened ones, as well as the Pacification that pacifies suffering, and the destruction of illusion and self-grasping...
