It is said that the teachings of the Siddha Orgyenpa are quoted in the "Biography of Yi Zang Tsewai," saying that there is not much difference. I do not know whether my way of arising is consistent with that of others. Before that, the manifestation of experience had exceeded what could be measured. Although it became the remainder of previous practice, because its essence was not fully understood and it was not properly protected, the extent of the decrease could not be measured when enjoying wealth later. Therefore, the experience at this time became the foundation for the arising of pure practice in this life. However, at this time, I was very interested in Mahamudra, and my mind was familiar with it, so I protected it in that way. In this regard, the Kagyu masters said that even if one grasps the beginning of the realization of Mahamudra and generates practice, if one does not diligently protect it at that time, meditation will regress, which is very pertinent. In response, the wise and accomplished masters such as Dzogchen Khenpo and his sons said that the general instruction on the mind is to take the object as the path, while Longchenpa and above take the subject as the path. Therefore, in the Dzogchen Nyingthig tradition, once the essence is seen, it will not regress, which also appears to be a correct teaching that knows the truth. By the power of merit, I met Dechen Ling. Therefore, the lifeblood of Dharma is blessed to enter. By the power of aspiration, I believe in the teachings of the Omniscient One. Due to this cause, devotion and respect arise for the Dzogchen tradition. By the power of these, the foundation of practice is established. Even if the capacity is low, it appears that it is not without capacity. The Victorious Ones said that good and bad karma are infallible. As it is, unmixed, a sense of wonder arises in appearance. Thus it is said. Relying on that kind of experience, according to the views of many previous lamas, although I thought that at that time, an experience similar to the wisdom of bliss and emptiness had arisen, according to the meaning of the great tantras, it seems that this was not the case. However, in any case, by the power of the stable experience that has arisen, with the key of the same interdependence of inner and outer, even outside, wherever one is, wonderful phenomena such as clouds, fog, and rainbows will appear, and the wind will blow slowly, presenting a warm and pleasant appearance, and all those who are near one will appear comfortable and with joyful expressions. In reality, this is just the way that a blissful experience arises in one's own mind. Why should there be a definite measure?

Anyway, at that time, the experiences of pleasure and pain, pleasant and unpleasant sounds, hot and cold, were also realized to be established as distinct individual entities apart from the nature of conceptual thoughts. All of those appeared as the co-emergent nature of awareness and taste. Attachment to gods and hatred towards demons also subsided in their own place, except for subtle hopes and fears. Even hope and fear themselves were nothing more than the self-arising and self-liberating waves of Dharma nature, which was definitely understood. Numerous experiences arose that contradicted the minds of others but did not contradict one's own mind. For about three months after that, that experience remained stable. At this time, it was necessary to rely on solitary places and push the Tummo wind-essence to the key points to enhance the experience. However, since this was not achieved, the effect of enhancing virtue later became very small. In general, it is said that experiences that do not rely on external objects, their stability or instability, is realization. However, in reality, the nature of the self-illuminating intrinsic awareness of mind itself never changes. However, temporarily, due to the interdependence and conditions of the increase and decrease of conventional channels, winds, and essences, and the activity of conceptual winds, various states of increase and decrease appear in the practice of virtue. Although increase and decrease appear, if one knows that the conceptual thoughts of increase and decrease themselves are of the same co-emergent nature, just like recognizing waves as the ocean, one is convinced from the bottom of one's heart. No matter how small the doubt, one can be tolerant, unpretentious, and comfortable. This is realization. If it is not like this, although the nature is unchanging, it is obscured by changing conceptual thoughts. Taking and rejecting the experiences of increase and decrease, and feeling uneasy about whatever arises, having subtle doubts in the mind, then these experiences can only be placed in the category of experience. Because I am afraid to write down in detail such classifications and the state of my own small experiences, I will not record them here. It can be understood through other statements. This year, I decided to go to Zurmang. In order to pay homage to the master's seat, when I arrived at Nyi ma phuk, the messenger sent by Gedan Monastery said that the steward Ritra was suddenly struck on the head by a meteorite on the way to Nenang and died. It was necessary to perform Phowa and guide the path as soon as possible. So I immediately went to the master and completed the Phowa and guidance of the path without reservation. At that time, the appearance of an experience
