Practices such as rituals are like the source of precious sand, like the vast ocean of treasures. In the generation stage, it is like the alchemical elixir that extracts the essence of all the methods of practice in the Mahāyoga tantras, transforming all appearances and attachments into the play of dharmatā wisdom. In the completion stage, it is like the lute of a celestial maiden that gathers the profound essence of all the Anuyoga teachings into one vast meaning, awakening all grasping and conceptual thoughts into the sole mandala of great bliss wisdom.
