念诵十万遍百字明,并向寺院缴纳一百元。如果再犯,将被开除。 (9)不允许持有其他僧人的名册,违者没收名册后,供奉一百盏酥油灯,磕五百个头。 (10)寺院内发生争执,若能迅速和解,需磕一千个头并供奉一千盏酥油灯。若未能和解,需忏悔数日。即使未能达成圆满和解,也绝对不允许怀恨在心参加集会。此外,即使只是口角之争,也必须和解,否则绝对不允许参加集会。(11)若发生口角之争,需清扫寺院,并向寺院缴纳三十元。(12)若始终未能和解,且互相造成伤害,需向寺院缴纳五十元,并被开除。(13)若穿着俗装,需向全体僧众供养茶和布施,并且必须脱下俗装。(14)若不穿僧裙和袈裟,需在精通经律论三藏的僧众面前背诵经文。(15)不允许骑马在村庄等地行走。违者需在寺院的纠察僧面前背诵《头饰根本经》。(16)不允许抽烟,违者需在僧众面前亲自烧毁烟具,并磕五百个头。(17)在寺院内外行走时,必须穿着袈裟。若未穿袈裟,在诵戒时需磕一百个头。(18)不允许在佛殿内说无意义的闲话。违者不仅取消当天的供养资格,还需参加辩经考试。(19)不允许在佛殿内互相投掷石子。违者需背诵当天的讲经内容,并磕三百个头。(20)在会供时,僧众必须持有金刚铃杵。若没有,需磕一百个头。(21)若非特殊公共事务,且未经允许,缺席会供和布萨,需供奉三十盏酥油灯。(22)除非是旅行等情况,否则不允许播放讲经录音以外的其他音乐,违者需磕一百个头。(23)除非是闭关期间,否则绝对不允许参加

Recite the Vajrasattva mantra 100,000 times and pay 100 yuan to the monastery. If you violate this rule again, you will be expelled. (9) It is forbidden to keep a list of other monks. If you violate this rule, after the list is confiscated, you must offer 100 butter lamps and prostrate 500 times. (10) If a fight breaks out in the monastery and is quickly resolved, you must prostrate 1,000 times and offer 1,000 butter lamps. If it is not resolved, you must confess for several days. Even if a complete reconciliation is not achieved, you must never participate in assemblies with resentment. Furthermore, even if it is just a verbal argument, you must reconcile, otherwise you are absolutely not allowed to participate in assemblies. (11) If a verbal argument occurs, you must clean the monastery and pay 30 yuan to the monastery. (12) If you never reconcile and cause harm to each other, you must pay 50 yuan to the monastery and be expelled. (13) If you wear lay clothes, you must offer tea and alms to all the monks, and you must also take off the lay clothes. (14) If you do not wear the monastic skirt and robe, you must recite the scriptures in front of the monks who are proficient in the three pitakas. (15) It is forbidden to ride a horse in villages and other places. If you violate this rule, you must recite the Root Text on Head Ornaments in front of the monastery's disciplinarian. (16) It is forbidden to smoke. If you violate this rule, you must burn the smoking paraphernalia yourself in front of the monastic community and prostrate 500 times. (17) When walking inside or outside the monastery, you must wear the robe. If you do not wear the robe, you must prostrate 100 times when reciting the precepts. (18) It is forbidden to speak meaningless idle talk in the temple. If you violate this rule, you will not only be disqualified from receiving offerings for that day, but you must also take a debate exam. (19) It is forbidden to throw stones at each other in the temple. If you violate this rule, you must recite the day's teaching and prostrate 300 times. (20) During the tsok offering, the monks must have a vajra and bell. If you do not have one, you must prostrate 100 times. (21) If you are absent from the tsok offering and posadha without a special public reason and without permission, you must offer 30 butter lamps. 所献之物应供养僧众,并在大众中进行辩经考试。 (二十四)绝对不允许向堪布汇报不适当的各种言论,如果汇报了,要向僧众供养僧众茶和布施绸缎五十元,并在末座接受批评。 (二十五)不允许在僧团内部制造分裂,如果违反,要向僧众供养四十元,并在寺庙各处打扫卫生,还要粉刷僧舍和寺庙。而且,如果成为重大冲突的根源,将被开除。 (二十六)一般来说,学习经论的要点在于不要把讲解变成闲聊,而要始终专注于戒律。此外,无论何时敲响三次集合钟,都要去门口,如果僧众入座前没有到,就要礼拜一百次。 (二十七)如果在僧舍外面等地方偷偷偷听,在僧众集会时要礼拜三百次。 (二十八)寺庙内不允许女性通行,如果违反,与她相遇的僧人要背诵三律仪的根本。 (二十九)上午十一点之前和下午三点之后,任何在家出家的人都不能来,如果违反,与她见面的人要礼拜三百次。 (三十)在城镇中行走时,如果做出令居士反感的事情,在僧众末座受到寺规的谴责后,要礼拜一千次。 (三十一)未经堪布和执事允许,不得在城镇中闲逛,如果违反,要礼拜三百次。 (三十二)如果不是为了公共事务,不得在寺庙内进行任何大小贸易,如果违反,内外都要打扫卫生。 (三十三)去寺庙参加法会不要超过两三次,去的时候僧人要一起去。 (三十四)在关隘外面不能穿汉服等,里面不能穿多摩等不合适的各种服饰,如果违反,依次礼拜三百次和一千次。 (三十五)如果顶撞堪布和执事等,要在四根柱子上悬挂经幡,在四个洲打扫卫生,供奉五十盏酥油灯。

The offerings should be given to the general Sangha, and a debate examination should be offered in the midst of the assembly. (24) It is absolutely forbidden to report inappropriate remarks of any kind to the Khenpo. If reported, one must offer tea and silk worth fifty yuan to the Sangha and face criticism at the end of the line. (25) It is forbidden to create divisions within the Sangha. If violated, one must offer forty yuan to the Sangha and sweep the entire monastery, as well as whitewash the monks' quarters and temples. Moreover, if it becomes the root of a major conflict, one will be expelled. (26) In general, the point of studying the scriptures and commentaries is not to turn the explanation into idle chatter, but to always focus on the discipline of the Vinaya. In addition, whenever the assembly bell is rung three times, one must go to the entrance. If one does not arrive before the Sangha is seated, one must prostrate one hundred times. (27) If one secretly eavesdrops outside the monks' quarters, one must prostrate three hundred times during the Sangha assembly. (28) Women are not allowed to travel within the monastery.
