(36) If physical violence occurs, a fine of one hundred yuan must be paid to the monastery, and expulsion will follow. Furthermore, if injury is caused, five hundred yuan must be paid to the public, and confession must be made to the administrators according to the severity of the offense.

One should prostrate thirty times. (48) During communal practice, meaningless chatter, wandering outside the stove room or dormitory, creating noise through arguments, reciting Chöd and supplications, and playing drums, bells, suona horns, etc., are absolutely forbidden. Violators must engage in debate or prostrate five hundred times in the assembly. (49) Normally, one should wear robes with borders, wear rosaries, and hold yellow rosaries, etc., according to the customs of the upper monasteries. Other items of practitioners of mantra and laypeople, whether actual objects or similar, are not allowed to be used at all. Violators must prostrate one hundred times in the assembly. (50) From the first day of mid-summer until the end of the summer retreat, wearing inner garments with sleeves and upper garments is strictly prohibited. Violators must offer thirty butter lamps. (51) Wearing rings and watches, etc., as ornaments of vanity is not allowed. Violators must offer thirty butter lamps. (52) If, due to very important public affairs, one's own illness, or the death of family members, the teaching is interrupted without reason, the teaching of that day must be made up, and ten yuan must be paid to the monastery. (53) Trivial public affairs, washing, and moving, etc., must be reported to the disciplinarian. Those who do not report will have four yuan deducted from their remuneration. Whether one is an enrolled debating monk or not, and regardless of whether one has learning or not, one should not be more arrogant than the monastery monks, but should act with respect. During the summer retreat on the tenth day, etc., when attending monastery gatherings, the debating monks should not only refrain from engaging in undisciplined behavior, but should also be an example for others. (54) In all daily conduct, one should maintain mindfulness and awareness as much as possible, and examine one's own behavior. (55) At all times, one should diligently and respectfully engage in the effort of studying books that increase wisdom with unwavering perseverance. Because most of the outside monks are learned spiritual friends who hold the Tripitaka, one should respect them well. (56) For actual renunciates like Acho, who are poor in resources, the internal monks should provide assistance to the best of their ability. (57) Unless permission is obtained, one should not participate in important public affairs, etc.

If one does not attend the regular Dharma assemblies, there is a fine of five yuan. If one does not attend even small ritual ceremonies, one must offer fifteen butter lamps. In short, if one returns before being told to ascend the throne after the holiday, one must perform the appropriate prostrations according to the length of the delay. (58) When making prayers for each patron, report whether they are dead or alive, and offer profound prayers and rituals. (59) All monks residing here, both internal and external, should be connected by Dharma and vows, and should always help each other without懈怠, keeping this in mind. In short, take yourself as your own teacher, and remember and carefully protect the two hundred and fifty precepts established by the perfect and complete Buddha, without letting them decline, because all Dharma precepts are included in them, it is very important to act accordingly.
