(藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི་བི་ཛ་ཡནྟུ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：) With the wondrous light of wisdom, compassion, and power, the supreme illuminator who destroys the darkness of the five degenerations, more steadfast in heart than a thousand guides, may the auspiciousness of the praised son of Śuddhodana be bestowed! The source of the playful gatherings and dispersals of peaceful and wrathful deities, the lord of victors whose four activities blaze greatly, Padmasambhava, who has attained the immaculate vajra body, may your inexhaustible blessings protect all with light! The immaculate doctrine of the Victorious Ones, the lotus grove of scriptural understanding and realization, while embraced by billions of lights of explanation and practice, spreading the Dharma of Sutra and Tantra in all directions, may the assembly of the Three Roots and Dharma Protectors accomplish auspiciousness! Thus, with the verses of auspiciousness recited beforehand, as the source of all benefit and happiness, the precious and immaculate doctrine of the Victorious Ones in general, and in particular the Vinaya Pitaka, which considers the doctrine and the teacher as one, in order to implement the rules of this Dharma community as they arise from the Vinaya Pitaka. In general, the rules of discipline permitted and prohibited by the Teacher, the Perfectly Awakened Buddha, are taken as the basis in the beginning, middle, and end. In particular, special provisions are listed as articles according to different regions and times. (1) All who join this Dharma college must be either a novice monk or a fully ordained monk. Reinstatement of vows is also not allowed. (2) Those under the age of eighteen are not allowed to enter the Dharma college. (3) Those with disputes regarding the four root downfalls are not allowed to enter this Dharma college. (4) If the same dispute arises after joining, one must wait until a judgment is made and is not allowed to participate in assemblies. (5) Before joining, one must recite the roots of the three vows, Engaging in Bodhisattva Behavior, etc., in front of a Khenpo or Dharma teacher. Even if memorization is very poor, if the behavior is particularly gentle and exceptionally worthy of recommendation, the administrators should investigate accordingly. (6) Within four years of joining, one must complete the memorization of the roots of the five major treatises. (7) If any of the four root downfalls occur, not only will one be expelled as stated in the Vinaya Pitaka, but one must also pay three hundred yuan to the monastery.
