那些刹土的导师金刚持大尊，以及五部和雪山大海等等，也与上师无别。对此也是一种意念。六部续部的法轮无间断地转动，教法不灭，因此恒常安住于常续之轮。此教法在汉藏两地，密咒报身教法如何受持之理，将在下文阐述中得知。清净密续法身教法是：法身的法身普贤王如来，法身的报身五部胜者，法身的化身三族怙主等，也都是上师的形象示现。法身无量光，报身大悲尊，化身莲花生这三者，暂时是对所化众生显现不同的形象，但实际上本体是一样的。在奥明法界无边无际的刹土和西方极乐世界等处，由并非他人之聚眷属百部等，各自的智慧自性光明普贤王如来和无量光等显现，宣说圆满大圆满九部，二万一千卷，五十万品等无边之门，以及意集根本续等超越勤作之法，胜乘之顶巅无量无尽。不由导师亲口宣说，而是眷属的证悟智慧显现于心中。因此，主眷并非他异，犹如月亮在水中显现，或镜中显现影像般，在这样的意境中度过。如此，法身教法的真实即是如此。宣说与之相应的成熟解脱道及其支分，以及开示心性即法身，还有其他二十一种开示，以及开示表诠、意义和征相等。其详细情况，像我这样根器的人难以言说，故仅以此略作表示。另外，从波若乘所说的般若波罗蜜多，如实宣说的那善知识们，也无疑是法身教法的持有者。

The teachers of those pure lands, the Great Vajradhara, and the Five Families, great snow mountains, oceans, and so on, are none other than the Guru himself. This is also a contemplation. The wheel of Dharma of the six classes of tantras turns without interruption, and the teachings do not perish, so they remain in the constant cycle of continuity. How the Mantrayana Sambhogakaya teachings are upheld in both China and Tibet will be understood from the explanation below. The pure secret tantra, the Dharmakaya teachings, are: the Dharmakaya Dharmakaya Samantabhadra, the Dharmakaya Sambhogakaya Five Victorious Ones, the Dharmakaya Nirmanakaya Three Family Protectors, all of these also play in the form of the Guru alone. Dharmakaya Amitabha, Sambhogakaya Avalokiteśvara, Nirmanakaya Padmasambhava, these three appear to disciples in different ways temporarily, but in reality, their essence is the same. In the Akaniṣṭha Dharmadhatu, the boundless realm, and in the Western Sukhavati and so on, from the hundred families of assemblies that are not other than oneself, the self-radiance of their own wisdom, Samantabhadra and Amitabha, and so on, arise and teach the nine sections of Dzogchen, 21,000 sections, 500,000 chapters and so on, limitless doors, and the root tantra of the Gongdü, and so on, the unsurpassed Dharma beyond effort, the very pinnacle of the supreme vehicle, limitless and endless. Without being spoken from the mouth of the teacher, the realization and wisdom of the retinue appear in the mind. Therefore, since the main figure and the retinue are not different, like the reflection of the moon in water, or the appearance of an image in a mirror, time is spent in such contemplation. Thus, the actual Dharmakaya teachings are just that. Teaching the path of maturation and liberation with its parts that are in harmony with it, introducing the nature of mind as Dharmakaya, and the other twenty-one introductions, and teaching the symbols, meanings, and signs, is what is to be done. The detailed manner of this is difficult for those of limited intelligence like myself to speak of, so I will indicate it only to this extent. Furthermore, those virtuous friends who teach the Prajñāpāramitā, which is spoken of in the Paramita Vehicle, exactly as it is, are undoubtedly holders of the Dharmakaya teachings.

There is nothing more uncollected and unconcentrated than that. However, the supreme liberation of the Buddhas is the way to benefit beings. To that, I will relate what I have heard and understood, roughly like seeds. This master emanated as Vajradhara from the state of the unelaborated Dharmakaya. In the kalpa called First Manifestation of Joy, thirty-six thousand Buddhas appeared. After that, in the kalpa called Ornament Extremely Spread Out, appeared the Samantabhadra Buddha. His patron, the Chakravartin king, was born as five sons. These five sons each received empowerment from their source of emanation, Vajradhara, were prophesied to be the Buddhas of the five families, and became Buddhas. After that, the master Vajradhara, for the sake of the teachings of Samantabhadra Buddha, considering the causes and conditions for the emergence of secret mantra in the future, took birth as a monk named Thupka Shönnu (Capable Difficult Youth). At that time, considering the need to uphold both Sutra and Tantra, he also emanated as a householder who held secret mantra, having many disciples. Among them, Danpak attained enlightenment as Vajrapani through the connection of view and conduct. The monk Tarpa Nakpo (Black Liberation) was born as Rudra due to wrong view and conduct, but later also attained liberation. Relying on him, the interdependent origination for the emergence of secret mantra was established. After that, after many kalpas had passed, Rudra appeared in the lineage of Lanka Puri in the land of rakshasas. To subdue him, the previous monk Thupka Shönnu, who had attained enlightenment as Vajrasattva, manifested as Bhagavan Vajra Heruka (Tibetan: བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བཛྲ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ，Sanskrit Devanagari: भगवन् वज्र हेरुक，Sanskrit Romanization: bhagavan vajra heruka, Literal Chinese Meaning: Bhagavan Vajra Heruka). Danpak Vajrapani also manifested as the form of Vajrakilaya. Furthermore, the army of wrathful deities subdued Rudra, purified his karma and afflictions, empowered him as the Dharma protector Gonpo Lekden, and ultimately prophesied his Buddhahood. The pieces of Rudra's body were discarded in eight places, from which the eight sacred sites for the emergence of secret mantra arose. The semen was thrown into the ocean, and sandalwood grew from it, from which the eight roots of amrita arose. These and others are the very foundation for the emergence of secret mantra. Before that, Thupka Shönnu emanated as the master Powerful Vajra. He empowered a thousand sons of the Chakravartin king, the protector of the country, and two miraculously born beings, prophesying them to be the thousand Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of this Fortunate Kalpa.

It was prophesied as two. Then, at the time when the king was born in the crown of his head, he manifested as four Padmasambhava masters and two wrathful masters. King Taming Enemies also became one to be tamed. Through the three doors of secret mantra yoga, he placed sentient beings to be tamed on the path of maturation and liberation. He was contemporaneous with Buddha Dipamkara. Then, in the Age of Perfection, there was Buddha Vipashyin. Below the Threefold Age, Buddhas Krakucchanda and Sikhin, etc., appeared. The previous two masters manifested as Delight Protector Vajra Immaculate Light, Phurba Subduer, and Three Qualities of Radiant Light, and performed vast benefit for beings with a secret mantra like an ocean. Then, the three manifestations were combined and took birth as Gautama. The cunning lotus retinue threw the bloody sword that killed the good woman in front, and the king supported it with the tip of a bright piece of wood. There, the Khenpo (abbot) Righteous Black-faced One appeared, and with truthful words, transformed the Khenpo into a golden color. The god of space killed the lotus retinue. There, the Khenpo rained down semen, and from the meditation of desire, the drops of semen and blood matured in the forest due to warmth and moisture, and became bamboo shoots. This was because if the royal lineage were cut off, the lineage of benefit and happiness in India would be cut off, so he considered this. Gautama was established as the teacher of all Buddhas, taught the Dharma to the gods in Tushita, and was placed in the state of Vajradhara. In particular, for the venerable White Lotus, he bestowed the empowerment of the virtuous friend who completely holds, the empowerment of the scripture volume that entrusts the Dharma teachings, the empowerment of the yidam deity, the empowerment of intelligent talent, the supreme empowerment of the complete Great Seal, the empowerment of universal view, and ten outer empowerments, etc. Then, in order to obtain nectar, he bestowed the life empowerment; in order to understand the mind, he bestowed the mind empowerment; in order to obtain Ratna Akasagarbha, he bestowed the conduct empowerment. Then, in order to cut off the path of karma with habitual tendencies, he bestowed the samadhi empowerment of holding the supreme power. In order to attain meditation, he bestowed the birth empowerment. In order to obtain spontaneous accomplishment, he bestowed the magical power empowerment. In order to obtain the exhaustion of the sources of birth, he bestowed the aspiration empowerment. In order to obtain merit, he bestowed the aspiration prayer empowerment.
