The Rakshasas are of the lineage of messenger pot-bellies, wielding hundreds and thousands of weapons, and enjoying wild animals and corpses. There, emanating as a king named "Raksha Skull Garland," starting from the ten incarnations of Vishnu, especially teaching the Kalachakra Dharma, the unsurpassed great secret, he accomplishes the benefit of others. In the northwest, in a place called "Black Wind Fighting Island," there are three hundred thousand cities. There is a Rakshasa Kumbhanda race, a race that does not get hurt even when falling into a cliff. They enjoy the flesh and blood of various sentient beings. There, the king who emanated as "Lion's Roar" taught the Dharma of worldly praise and worship, accomplishing the benefit of others. In the northeast, in a place called "Darkness Fighting Island," there are twenty-one million cities. That island is mostly filled with fierce male and female Rakshasas. They enjoy the life force and lifespan of beings. They possess the magical power of invisibility. There, the emanation of Guru Rinpoche, named "Fire Burning on the Crown," acts as king, accomplishing the benefit of others through the common Dharma, and especially through the method of curses and fierce mantras. In the center of these islands, in a place called "Flesh-Eating and Blood-Drinking Island," there are Rakshasas from nine million cities. Guru Rinpoche himself subdues them with various magical powers, introducing them into the gate of inner and outer secret Dharma. From then on, he ensures that the beings of Jambudvipa will not be harmed or injured by the Rakshasas. In short, he remains until samsara of the three realms is empty, accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings like a wish-fulfilling jewel. When border wars arise, the subdued Dharma declines in Tibet.

Like a crow measuring the boundaries of the four continents by walking, Like searching for the depths of the ocean with a finger. The qualities and activities of the Victor are as vast as the sky, Who has the opportunity to measure its limits? However, whether this being sees or hears, Whoever connects to the Buddha-ground with devotion, Even a heretic, at the end of samsara, Will gain great benefit, therefore I have written this. It is not defiled by ignorant, biased, or false words, Nor have I spoken here of things never heard before. I have compiled the views of previous scholars, If there are any errors in this way, I ask for forgiveness and purification.
