In what is called the Sahā world, the Buddha Śākyamuni and Guru Padmasambhava teach the Dharma of Sutra and Tantra. In its eight directions are the Eight Manifestations of Guru Rinpoche, and in the six realms are the Six Gurus, each benefiting the beings of the six realms. To briefly mention how we fortunate beings have heard it: This master abides in Sukhavati, possessing the nature of the seven-branch union. To the Buddhas, he appears as the Dharmakaya; to the Bodhisattvas, as the Sambhogakaya; and to the Shravakas, as the Nirmanakaya Amitābha, each teaching the Dharma in accordance with their respective vehicles. There, in Sukhavati, the emanation of Buddha Amitābha, the Chakravartin King Excellent Good, had one son. He attained Buddhahood as the Tathagata Amitāyus, and went to the realm of immeasurable qualities in the upper direction, and still resides there. After that, although he had a thousand consorts, he had no son. Once, in the southwestern Milk Ocean, a large lotus tree grew, which did not open for a year. Then, on the tenth day of the monkey month in the year of the monkey, the lotus bloomed, and five children were born from the center and four directions. The king invited Amitābha and his retinue to come to the shore of the lake. Seeing them, the king was amazed and praised them. The Buddha prophesied that they would be the teachers of the unsurpassed secret mantra, the five skull-garland lineages. After being invited to the palace, he continuously turned the wheel of the profound secret mantra Dharma for the fortunate retinues. Then, he acts for the benefit of the Sambhogakaya Vidyadharas who reside on the great earth, and the Nirmanakaya acts as follows: From this Buddha-field, after passing twelve thousand three-thousand great-thousand world systems, there is a Buddha-field called Immaculate. There, the Sage Immortal Drum Sound teaches the Dharma of the outer three pitakas and benefits beings, and the master Padmasambhava resides there, turning the wheel of the inner secret mantra Dharma, benefiting sentient beings.

He performs deeds for the benefit of others. In the six realms of the world above, below, and in the four directions, from that Buddha emanate six Thubpas (capable ones), and from that master emanate six Gurus. In the eight directions, he emanates as eight Guru names, and through the Dharma of Sutra and Tantra, he accomplishes the respective purposes of the six realms. Similarly, from here, passing through a hundred thousand world realms to the south, in the world realm called "Source of Qualities," there is a Thubwang (powerful one) named Jewel Cloud, and a master named Spontaneously Accomplished Light Circle, who teach the Dharma of Sutra and Tantra. In the six realms and eight directions, the six Thubpas, six Gurus, and eight emanated names perform deeds for the benefit of beings as before. Similarly, from here, passing through one million world realms to the west, there is a Buddha field called "Seven Hundred Thousand," where people are born miraculously and live for eighty-four thousand years. There, there is a Thubwang named Source of Qualities, and a master named Lord of Dance, who, in the six realms and eight directions, perform deeds through the six Thubpas, six Gurus, and eight names. Again, from here, passing through thirty thousand world realms to the north, in the world realm called "Without Anxiety," there is a Thubwang named Lion's Roar, and a master named Realized Without Extremes, who reside there. In the six realms, through the six Thubpas and six Gurus, and in the eight directions, through the eight emanated names, they accomplish the benefit of both teachings. From here, passing through eighty-four thousand world realms to the southeast, in the field called "Perfectly Beautiful," there is a Thubwang named Beautiful Crest, and a master named Destroyer of Illusion, Lion, who reside there. In its six realms and eight directions, the six Thubpas, six Gurus, and eight names teach the Dharma according to Sutra and Tantra. From here, passing through ten thousand world realms to the southwest, in the world realm called "Extremely Bright," there is a Thubwang named Majestic with Beauty, and a master named Smiling Radiance, who reside there. There, the capable one, Sandalwood Supreme Fragrance Glory, and the teacher, Compassionate Tamer of Beings, together with the capable ones in the six worlds and eight directions, and the Guru emanations, accomplish the purpose as before. From here, in the northeast direction, after passing forty-four thousand world realms, there is a pure land called "Eliminating Suffering." There, the capable one, King of Essence, and the teacher, Lord of the World, together with the six capable ones in the six worlds and eight directions, and the Guru emanations with eight names, accomplish the purpose as before. In the world called "Various Manifestations," there is the capable one, Swiftly Holding, and the teacher, Uprooting Samsara, who accomplish the purpose as before. Similarly, in the world called "Jewel Arrangement," there is the capable one, Joyful Eye, and the teacher, Self-Arisen Wisdom. In the world called "Various Displays," there is the capable one, King of Complete Arrangement, and the teacher, Blissful Crown Jewel. In the world called "Excellent Golden Light," there is the capable one, Radiant Glory, and the teacher, Dharma Realm Glory. In the world called "Beryl Essence," there is the capable one, Golden Moon, and the teacher, Spontaneous Liberation of Intrinsic Essence.
