Born from the great Bodhi, In the pure Padma family, The three vehicles of outer, inner, and secret, The sacred Dharma should also be held. In the great and supreme Karma family, Those who possess all the vows, Should be truly held. Also, do as much as possible the work of offering. The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, The unsurpassed Three Jewels, From now on, hold them. Never abandon them. For the benefit of all sentient beings, I hold all my vows without exception. Then, the one who dwells at the east gate, Wraps the upper and lower garments with red silk, The mudra of Vajradhara appears, On the crown and in the hand, holding jewels and, Flower garlands, etc., Covering the face with white silk, From countless past lives, The deity who is approached by virtuous deeds, Whatever is the supreme deity, May it descend right now. For the sake of attaining the Siddhi of the Buddha, Also, please have compassion and consider me, For the great lord who benefits beings, Please consider and accept as a doctor. Flowers, jewels, etc., Whatever family deity descends from, After accomplishing the chief family, Swiftly attain Siddhi, without doubt. Then, with the iron hook mudra, After taking the jewels and all the deities, Placing them on the disciple's head, merging, After contemplating the deity as two people in one, Now generate great faith, Look at this excellent mandala. You, in this Mahayana, Will become a vessel of great secrets. The unparalleled gain is gained today, The unparalleled attainment is attained today.

Never abandon the Three Jewels, always maintain the mind of Bodhi. Essence, mantra, and mudra, deity and guru, are all the same. Whatever is sinful, do not transgress the guru's command. Do not step over the mantra offered to the deity, nor its shadow. The same applies to the form of the mudra. Do not slander mantras and deities, do not perform demonic acts, nor slander heretics. In short, do not harbor doubt or suspicion. My very nature, mantra, and all are the same. Then, bestow the supreme empowerment: In the direction of the disciple, on a mandala of one cubit, draw an eight-petaled lotus. Draw it well with red color, arrange the mudras of the eight auspicious symbols. Head ornament, crown, flower garland, four mudras and seven jewels, golden funnel, wheel, mirror, conch shell and auspicious cloth.
