To the twenty-four dakinis of the places, nearby places, and excellent places, and to all the protectors and field guardians, I prostrate and offer various offerings. I pray that all wishes and desires be fulfilled. Hūṃ. Offerings of water, flowers, incense, fragrance, food, music, torma, body substitutes, purification offerings, and various kinds of offerings. To all the powerful protectors of the world, both transcendent and not, and to the gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, etc., I propitiate all the great and powerful ones. With various fluttering garments and garlands of five precious jewels, I propitiate Brahma, the lord of the gods, and Indra with golden powder. The four great kings are propitiated with tigers. With black obsidian eggs, white conch shells, and tormas of red flesh and blood, I propitiate Mahakala, the brother and sister, and Lekden Nagpo with his retinue. With various ornaments as offerings, and nectar, flesh, blood, and golden beer, I propitiate Palden Lhamo with her retinue. With outer, inner, and secret offering tormas, and black birds, dogs, wolves, bears, and brown bears, purification offerings, and various sights, I propitiate the mantra master, the executioner, the supreme planet, and the red and black oath-bound ones, etc., the ocean of oath-bound ones with their retinue. The gods are propitiated with the five desirable objects. The mamos are propitiated with garlands of flowers. The nagas are propitiated with tormas of the three white substances. The lay practitioners are propitiated with meat and alcohol. The gods and demons, those with mind-made forms, are propitiated with tormas that accord with their minds. The tsen spirits are propitiated with tea and white silk. The naga demons are propitiated with snakes and frogs. The karmic creditors are propitiated with tormas. The oath-breakers, harmful spirits, and elementals are propitiated with body substitutes, silk brocade, and tormas.
