By the blessing of the great truth, because you are a fortunate vidyadhara, by empowering you with the name of Vajra, may you receive the supreme empowerment of being known as Vajra so-and-so, with a definite name in all the vidyadhara and Buddha-fields! Thus, in the outer, superior, image mandala, by bestowing twenty-eight beneficial empowerments, only the seed of benefit for this life and the next is planted here, and it is made into a fortunate one who is able to hear the generation stage of the true meaning of the outer mandala. Second, for those who are diligent in the meaning of their own nature, the five inner empowerments of ability are bestowed. For those who are diligent in their own benefit, the empowerment of listening and meditation; for those who are diligent in the benefit of others, the empowerment of activity and teaching; for those who are diligent in the benefit of both, the empowerment of Vajra King Ka Rabjampa (藏文:བཀའ་རབ་འབྱམས). The first is divided into two: First, the empowerment of listening is: Visualize the guru, the Bhagavan, the Great Bliss, the family aggregate, Vajra Heruka, as the union of the father and mother, from the juncture of their union, the red-yellow Bhrum (藏文:བྷྲཱུཾ,梵文天城体:भ्रूं,梵文罗马拟音:bhrūṃ,汉语字面意思:Bhrum) syllable emits, the light divides into two, radiating to the two root-bases of the disciple's ears, completely transforming, from which arises a four-spoked wheel, transforming into a four-sided, four-doored palace, in the center and on the four spokes are lotus, moon, and sun, and on each of the four doors is a sun seat, on which appears the nature of the sound-clarity bindu, in the center and on the four spokes are five pairs of Tram (藏文:ཏྲཾ) syllables, and on the four doors are four Phat (藏文:ཕཊ) syllables, each transforming into their respective hand symbols. Saparana Phat (藏文:སྥ་ར་ཎ་ཕཊ,梵文天城体:स्फरण फट्,梵文罗马拟音:spharaṇa phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Spread Phat). Samharana Hum (藏文:སཾ་ཧ་ར་ཎ་ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:संहारण हुं,梵文罗马拟音:saṃhāraṇa hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Gather Hum). Radiating and gathering, completely transforming, from the central seat arises the Bhagavan, the Great Glorious Ratna Heruka, father and mother, surrounded on the four spokes by the wrathful deities, father and mother in union, of the sub-families of the Jewel family. All the deities are yellow-black in color, with one face and two hands, holding jewels and blood-filled conch shells.

From what has become... The center and four spokes of the four-spoked wheel, the square, four-doored palace, have lotus, moon, and sun. On the four doors, on top of each clear seat of the sun, is the essence of the clear point of mindfulness. In the center and four spokes are five pairs of the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽), and on the four doors are four Phaṭ letters (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: 啪), which transform into their respective hand implements. Spharaṇa Phaṭ (Tibetan: སྥ་ར་ཎ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal Chinese meaning:). Saṃhāraṇa Hūṃ (Tibetan: སཾ་ཧ་ར་ཎ་ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal Chinese meaning:). From the complete transformation of emission and absorption, on the central seat are the Bhagavan Great Glorious Vajra Heruka, father and mother. On the four spokes, surrounded by four pairs of wrathful deities, father and mother consorts, of the lesser families of the Vajra lineage. All of them are dark blue in color, with one face and two arms, holding a vajra and a blood-filled conch, adorned with the eight charnel ground ornaments, and complete with the ten glorious ornaments. Possessing the demeanor of the nine dances, such as coquettishness, with the posture of the right leg extended, united equally with their own consorts. To the east of the four doors is the blue horse-faced mother, holding an iron hook. To the south is the black pig-faced mother, holding a tusk lasso. To the west is the red lion-faced mother, holding an iron chain. To the north is the green wolf-faced mother, holding a bell. All four are naked, fierce, and wrathful in demeanor, adorned with charnel ground ornaments, facing outwards and abiding. The main deity and retinue all reside in the center of the blazing fire of wisdom. Purify and cleanse the empowerment substance, the rosary. Visualize the empowerment substance as non-existent and transformed into emptiness. From within emptiness, on the seat of lotus, moon, and sun, from the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) arises a vajra marked with the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽), completely transformed from emission and absorption, becoming Vajra Heruka, father and mother. To the mandala of the heart and the deity of the empowerment substance, offer with emptiness as the preliminary. Bless. Descend. Invite. Absorb. Stabilize. After offering. Urged by the light emitted from the union of the guru, the after-effects of the union of the father and mother cause the mandala of the heart to dissolve into light, which is absorbed into the disciple. As a result, the disciple also dissolves into light, from which arises Vajra Heruka from a mass of dark blue light, and the deity of the empowerment substance dissolves into light and transforms into a rosary. Visualize handing such a rosary into the hand, dissolving into the bindu of the heart. Oṃ. Great son of the Buddhas of the three times, holding the vajra of body, speech, and mind, pleasing and offering to all the Buddhas, uniting equally with all the Buddhas. Thus, by bestowing the empowerment of meditation, from now on, become the deity.

Thinking of obtaining the empowerment to meditate without separation. The aspiration prayer is: Namo. The body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all the Tathagatas of the ten directions and four times, the inexhaustible wheel of ornaments. By the blessings of the great truth, may you, the fortunate vidyadhara, be empowered to meditate. May you obtain the supreme empowerment to meditate without obstruction on all paths of liberation. Here it is said to meditate on whatever deity is one's own yidam. Although it is said to meditate on the deity on whom the flower falls, nowadays most practitioners do not primarily engage in the practice of advancement, but rather rely on the main deity of the mandala, the Vajra family. Regarding this, the ancients said that one could establish it as the superior deity, the descending deity, or the devoted deity, etc. This is the first method. ༈ Secondly, for those who have the ability and diligence to benefit others, there are two empowerments: the empowerment of activity and the empowerment of teaching. First, the empowerment of activity: The master, the Bhagavan, the Great Delight, visualize as the union of the families Vajra Heruka father and mother, from the union emanate two red and yellow BHRUM (Tibetan, Devanagari: भूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable). These radiate into the wrists of the disciple's hands and completely transform. From this, a four-spoked wheel arises, transforming into a four-sided, four-doored palace, with lotus, moon, and sun in the center and on the four spokes, and a sun seat on each of the four doors. On these, the nature of the bindu that clarifies what can be done and what is done appears, with five pairs of HUM (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) in the center and on the four spokes, and four PHAT (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) on the four doors, each transforming into their respective hand implements. SPHARANA PHAT (Tibetan, Devanagari: स्फरण फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: spharaṇa phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: radiating PHAT). SAMHARANA HUM (Tibetan, Devanagari: संहारण हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: saṃhāraṇa hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: gathering HUM). After the emanation and absorption have completely transformed, on the central seat is the Bhagavan, the Great Glorious Karma Heruka father and mother. On the four spokes are the wrathful deities, father and mother in union, of the minor families of the Karma family, surrounded. All of them are dark green in color, with one face and two hands, holding a crossed vajra and a blood-filled skull cup, adorned with the eight charnel ground ornaments, and complete with the ten glorious ornaments. They possess the demeanor of the nine dances, such as coquettishness, with the right leg extended in a striding posture, united with a consort of their own kind. In the east of the four doors is the blue horse-faced mother, holding an iron hook. In the south is the black pig-faced mother, holding a tusked lasso. In the west is the red lion-faced mother, holding an iron chain. In the north is the green wolf-faced mother, holding a bell. All four are
