From the self-arisen, spontaneously accomplished palace, you who possess supreme qualities that neither increase nor decrease, the qualities of Red Manjushri are spontaneously accomplished. Please grant the attainment of perfect enjoyment. Please grant the attainment of the treasure of qualities. Guṇa Siddhi Hrīḥ. From the Dharma palace where all is spontaneously accomplished, you who possess supreme, unobstructed activity, the activity of Red Manjushri is spontaneously accomplished. The attainments of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful actions are inconceivable. Please grant the attainment of outer and inner activities. Karma Siddhi Āḥ. Hum. The emanation of Manjushri's body is the great Prama Raja, surrounded by hundreds of thousands of rakshasas. The attainment of the Vajra family is inconceivable. Your emanation, the rakshasa Marutse, possesses power over all beings, controls the small world, gathers all the heroes of existence and the world, please grant the attainment of multiplying offspring and lineage. Your emanation is the demon Marutse, the lord of life for all beings, the master of the life breath of phenomenal existence. By completely cutting off enemies and obstacles, please grant the accomplishment of fierce action. Hūṃ. From the emanation of Manjushri's heart, Kubera is the lord of treasures, surrounded by a hundred thousand Yakshas. The accomplishments of the Karma lineage are inconceivable. Please grant the accomplishment of unobstructed activity. You are empowered to subdue the Yakshas, grant the accomplishment of destroying harmful enemies and obstacles. Your emanation is the Yaksha Marutse, possessing the wealth of the world, controlling all merit and enjoyment, grant the accomplishment of food, wealth, enjoyment, and power. Hūṃ. The emanation of Manjushri is the four Dakini mothers, controlling all the worlds. Pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful activities, longevity and enjoyment, merit, and the accomplishment of controlling appearances. Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, and Dakinis accomplished through wisdom activities, holders of knowledge who have become sons of the Victorious Ones, the assembly of outer and inner Dharma protectors. The accomplishment of body is like the vast expanse of the sky, the accomplishment of speech is unimpeded and beyond expression, the accomplishment of mind is the inconceivable equality, the accomplishment of qualities is the wish-fulfilling jewel treasure, the accomplishment of activities is spontaneously accomplished in four ways. Longevity and merit, enjoyment, and sharp eyes, swift feet, clairvoyance, etc., please grant the accomplishment as desired. By this, the deities of the mandala and the Sugatas dissolve into light. Thinking that they have become three syllables, take the opened Bhaṇḍa in hand and take the material accomplishment. Hūṃ. The meaning of the secret mantra is the non-dual mind, the mandala of the Victorious Ones is clearly manifest in the mind. Please look with compassionate eyes upon those who have vows, now please remember the Vidyadhara me. Please remember the body, speech, and mind like me.

In the presence of the glorious one, I have vowed and pledged to be a friend to the yogi practitioner. Without transgressing the vowed pledge, please, Mamo Dakini, be mindful of me. Like me, with no deceit in body, speech, and mind, relying on the supreme substance, I accomplish the supreme deity. All the accomplishments that you, Dakini, possess, grant them to me through the substance of bhanda. All the oath-bound ones whom I have relied upon for a long time, today, please listen to me and be mindful of me. Like me, with no deceit in body, speech, and mind, relying on the supreme substance, I accomplish the supreme deity. All the accomplishments that you, oath-bound ones, possess, grant them to me through the substance of bhanda. HO! For the purpose of practicing and accomplishing the red Manjushri deities according to the scriptures, may all the supreme and common accomplishments not be delayed until the future, without making excuses with karma and ripening, please grant them to me right now. Thus, rejoice! Enjoy the accomplishments, and also blend life. Then, perform the colored powder empowerment, opening the door of the mandala with "praveshaya phat (藏文，प्रवेशय फट्，praveshaya phat，enter phaṭ)," paying homage with "ati pu hoh (藏文，अति पु होः，ati pu hoh，supreme hu)," and scattering flowers with "praticcha hoh (藏文，प्रतीच्छ होः，praticcha hoh，accept ho)." OM (藏文，ओं，om，Om). Wisdom King, body, speech, and mind, qualities and activities are extremely rare, in that very state, equally combine, please unite me into the Mahamudra. Thus, pray. Then, taking the bhanda on the crown of the head, HUM (藏文，हुँ，hum，Hum). This supreme substance of bhanda, free from signs and elaboration, is the substance accomplished by the Vidyadhara King of the past, this great accomplishment of the Sugata Victorious One, please grant it to me right now. From the secret supreme charnel ground mandala, in the palace of the blazing bhanda, displaying the retinue deities' mandala form, adorning the body with charnel ground ornaments, reciting the mantra of the Dharma-nature's empowerment from the mouth, with compassion, beholding me as a vessel of empowerment, acting as the Tathagata for the benefit of beings, gathering all three realms into empowerment, subduing the malice of the three existences with power, and the way to guide sentient beings of evil karma and samsara.
