Ah! I will extol these to the utmost. Thus is the power of merit. To the Lama of Lamas, the Jewels, and the especially excellent stupas and their retinues, I prostrate, offer, and confess; I rejoice, urge, and request; I seek refuge, offer my body, generate the mind of enlightenment, speak auspicious words, extol, and whatever other virtue I have accumulated, may all sentient beings and the hosts of noble births, the supreme path of the wise ones, entering, abiding, increasing, and the very realms of conduct, understand well in due order, and may I complete the accumulation of the three kayas and four wisdoms, and may I attain the unsurpassed Buddhahood. Thus I dedicate. Ninth, the practice of reciting mantras and circumambulating: namo nava nava tīnāṃ tathāgata gaṅgā naṃdi vālukānāṃ koṭi niyuta śata sahasrāṇāṃ oṃ vovo ri tsariṇi tsari mori gori tsala pāri svāhā. We properly establish and offer one hundred and eight stupas of the Dharmakaya of the Tathagatas. Please grant blessings so that all noble Dharma protectors, such as those who uphold this dharani, may immediately receive all the benefits spoken of as the Lord Buddha commanded and as they each promised. Please ensure that the body of the Three Jewels does not wane, that the speech of the upholders of the teachings and of ourselves does not tire, and that the power and benefits are manifested in a way that is not criticized by the world. Thus, it is said. The main ritual is completed. Then, the sequence of concluding activities is as follows: Offerings that are immaculate and completely pure, Of various kinds, vast, and all-encompassing, And the great power of each, Arranged appropriately and blissfully, are offered. After offering in this way, just as requested, the truth is affirmed and dedicated with the mind so that the noble ones may accomplish their activities and benefit beings: By the truth of the Three Jewels, the power and blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the power of the Dharma realm, which is completely pure and inconceivable, and the truth of the unwavering vows of the noble ones, whose actions of body, speech, and mind are without impurity. The King of Vidyas, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, has established a Dharma-body stupa. Adorned with a sea of offering clouds and arranging the mandala of the palace, may all the Victorious Ones of the ten directions, together with their sons, and all the Dharma protectors gather in a great assembly and accept the offerings. Please bless the dharani that manifests the light of all-encompassing entry, the immaculate crown, and the Dharma-body stupas in accordance with the Dharma. May the profound and vast sutras and dharanis be completely fulfilled in their respective rituals, and may immeasurable benefits be accomplished for the sake of many beings, including myself. May the wish-fulfilling jewel, the wisdom king's mantra syllables, golden in color, reside in the Dharma-body stupa, in a continuous garland. May the light radiating from the body, speech, and mind of the noble ones pervade all worlds, and may the bodies of the noble ones

By descending here, may we be liberated from the two obscurations, and may liberation increase further and further, obtaining immeasurable power to benefit beings. May it urge all sentient beings to act for their benefit! By touching the bodies of sentient beings in the five realms, may their individual sufferings and all obscurations be removed, and may they be endowed with happiness. From within the mass of light, having seen the assembly of noble ones, may we take refuge and generate the mind of enlightenment, be liberated from the lower realms, and enter the path of the noble ones. May it pervade us, obtaining the power to accomplish immeasurable benefit for beings, becoming equal to the Tathagatas in body, speech, and mind. Furthermore, may these rays of light gather into one and pervade the mantra water in the vase, so that with just a touch, it may pacify all harm, inauspiciousness, and discomfort, becoming a nectar purifier that generates glory and well-being! May it pervade the body of the one to be accomplished, the retinue, and all implements, removing and pacifying diseases and harms, so that the body and mind are free from all faults, becoming as hard and stable as a vajra, and becoming a vessel of Dharma! Furthermore, may all the noble ones, through various skillful means such as establishing the suchness of Dharma, completely accomplish the benefit of all beings without exception! Even if we generate only a little focus in our minds and recite only a few mantra syllables, may the noble ones bless us to realize and purify the various gates of samadhi and the infinite syllables! Repeat three times. Furthermore, by the truth of the Three Jewels, and by the power and blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and by the pure and inconceivable power of the Dharmadhatu, and by the truth of the definite vows of the noble ones, may it be so! Repeat three times. Then, recite and read the two dharanis and the Sutra Pitaka Prajnaparamita as appropriate. After that, with certainty that the noble ones grant and perform activities, visualize and contemplate that it manifests as it was dedicated. Then, while visualizing the light radiating and pervading the object to be accomplished and the mantra water, read the texts of the two dharanis and the mantras.
