That is the end of that. The Lord of Secrets asked: O Bhagavan, what small effort should one make to accomplish a great fruit of merit and obtain great merit? The Bhagavan said: Therefore, listen well, and I shall explain. Any monk, nun, male lay practitioner, or female lay practitioner who desires to obtain a great fruit of merit and acquire qualities should perform the ritual of the King of Secret Mantras as previously shown: Write down ninety-nine letters and, in front of the stupa of the Buddha, create a square mandala, smearing it with cow dung. Place a bowl filled with scented water in each of the four corners. Also, place a container with burning incense, and fill a large vessel with flowers, scented water, and dried rice. Place it on top of the mandala. Also, black sesame seeds, black lentils, and rice should be cooked and made into rice porridge called krisara. Also, the three white foods. Place these in a vase. Having gone to that place, I made offerings to that stupa, blessed it as the Dharmakaya and endowed it with relics. Thus, if the ritual is performed properly from the depths of one's heart, those merits will be obtained. Furthermore, that stupa will radiate the merit of being made from wish-fulfilling jewels, becoming like a stupa made from countless jewels. It will possess vast roots of virtue, a perfectly pure body, longevity, and freedom from illness, and all obstacles will be unable to harm it. Anyone who sees this stupa, or even hears the sound of the stupa's bell, will have their karmic obscurations and sins purified. Even those who have committed the five heinous crimes will be completely purified, and after death, they will be reborn in the world of Sukhavati. Anyone who merely hears the name of that stupa will, after death, attain the path of unsurpassed enlightenment. Even any sentient being such as birds and wild animals who see it will, after their life has passed, abandon the realm of animals and obtain a body endowed with merit. Anyone who wishes to fully practice the six perfections should, as before, make a square mandala, smear it with earth and fertilizer, and then sprinkle it with incense powder. At each of the four corners of the mandala, place a container filled with scented water. From the four secret mantras previously shown, write any one of them ninety-nine times. Build ninety-nine small stupas with your own hands, and place one of the mantras inside each one. Then, again write these ninety-nine mantras in letters and place them inside the umbrellas of the stupas. The land will become countless precious stupas, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River. And one will make offerings and attend to ninety-nine hundred thousand trillion perfect and complete Buddhas. Before that, all the gods will also gather various clouds of offerings, placing various offerings on the stupa, as if offering a Tathagata palace. Thus offering, those perfect and complete Buddhas will know and look upon, and bless it. Sons or daughters of good family will obtain great roots of virtue and all merits. Furthermore, if someone writes down this king of secret mantras without error, and recites it regularly, and performs offerings, if the body is touched, this very vidyā will protect and save. All external hostile forces, as well as those afflicted by stars, yakshas, rakshasas, pretas, etc., will not be able to harm, they will feel fear and dread, and scatter separately. If someone speaks with the one who holds the mantra, even the karmic obscurations of the five inexpiable sins will be completely purified. If someone hears the sound of the mantra, or is touched by the shadow, or the body is touched, then his past life's karmic obscurations and all sins will be completely purified. The body of the one who holds the vidyā will not be affected by poison, will not be harmed by fire, will not be carried away by water, all demons will not be able to find an opportunity to harm, and will not be struck by lightning. All the Buddhas will protect and save him, and watch over him with compassionate eyes. All the gods and oath-bound ones will also help him, and other mantras, seals, and combinations will not be able to harm him. Therefore, wherever the one who holds the vidyā is, one should value the ritual of this secret mantra. Write down the secret mantra, build a stupa at the crossroads or the triple intersection of the road, a place where many people come and go, and put it inside, then all beings, birds, and bees

Even if touched by ants and other small insects, or hear, touch, or be touched by the land, dust, wind, or shadow, they can be free from the sins of falling into animals, hungry ghosts, evil paths, and hells. At the time of death, they will be reborn in the good realms, ascending among the gods of the heavens. Because the obstacles of past karma are purified, they will gain the ability to remember past lives and become beings of non-falling Dharma nature. Then, the Bhagavan said to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Sarvanivaranaviskambhin, the Lord of Secrets Vajrapani, the Four Great Kings, the Brahma of the Saha world, the gods of the Brahma realm, the Great自在天 and other gods: "Good men, these supreme essences of the King of Secret Mantras, I completely entrust to you. You should always respectfully make offerings and completely uphold them. Place them in a precious jewel box, proclaim them in all places, never interrupt them, and show them to sentient beings. If seen and heard, even the sins of the five heinous crimes will be purified." Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Sarvanivaranaviskambhin, the Lord of Secrets Vajrapani, the Four Great Kings, Brahma, the Great自在天, the son of Non-Greed, the gods, nagas, yakshas, rakshasas, asuras, mahoragas, and all others, prostrated at the feet of the Bhagavan and said in unison: "Bhagavan, Bhagavan, please have compassion on us. For the benefit of all sentient beings, we will all protect and respectfully make offerings to the rituals of this mantra and the rituals of building stupas that you have spoken. We will always uphold them and never abandon them. We will also do the work of writing, reciting, and making offerings. In the future, whichever sentient being hears this name of the Dharma of Karma and remembers it in their hearts will be liberated from evil realms, evil paths, hells, and all sins, as the Bhagavan said."
