Therefore, in order to take the kindness of the Bhagavan upon our heads, we will perform these tantric rituals as offerings. We will do them respectfully, we will do them reverently, we will regard them as precious, we will make them vast and increase them, we will look upon them as the face of the Bhagavan. In order that they may never decline and that they may certainly flourish, we must strive diligently. Thus they requested. And the Bhagavan said: "Noble men, it is good, good, very good indeed that you abide in your vows, protect these tantric rituals, perform them as offerings, and promise to uphold them completely." After the Bhagavan had spoken thus, the assembly, complete in every way, rejoiced and praised the words of the Bhagavan. Thus concludes the Noble Stainless Light, Perfectly Pure Light Dharani.
