愿所有从事播种、经商、争斗、争论等罪恶行径者，意念甫动，一切所需之物皆得具足。愿他们毫无害人之心，恒常行持善法。愿我等以及所有众生，因如实奉行十不善业之道，将堕入地狱者，皆能具足十善业之道。愿无有众生堕入地狱。愿我等以及所有众生，凡受制于他人，遭受刑罚、监禁、鞭打、囚禁，乃至面临死刑者，直至证得菩提究竟，皆能从监禁、鞭打等苦难中解脱。愿他们具足无上圆满之自主。愿我等以及所有众生，凡因造作种种导致短命之罪业，终将面临死亡者，皆能彻底清净一切罪业，获得长寿，永不遭受非时而死之苦。即便临终之际，亦能耳闻并忆念如来法海胜慧游舞之名号，从而往生善趣天界。愿直至证得菩提究竟，皆能享受天人之乐。从此处命终之后，亦能于彼世尊、如来、应供、正等觉、法海胜慧游舞之佛刹中，于莲花蕊狮子座上化生，甫一诞生，即能显现色身、禅定等一切功德之聚。从无上导师法海胜慧游舞之显智，以及十方诸佛处，如实领受教诲。令彼等心生欢喜，并于刹那间，毫无阻碍地进入一切佛刹。世尊法海显智，往昔所发四种殊胜愿之果。曼妙。第七位善逝药师佛乃是，世尊彼。

May all those who engage in sinful activities such as sowing, trading, fighting, and arguing, as soon as they think of it, have all the necessary equipment available. May they be free from harmful thoughts. May they always practice virtuous Dharma. May all sentient beings, including myself, who take the path of the ten non-virtuous actions and are destined to go to hell, be endowed with the path of the ten virtuous actions. May no sentient being go to hell. May all sentient beings, including myself, who are under the control of others and are subject to punishment, imprisonment, beatings, confinement, and even execution, be liberated from imprisonment, beatings, and other sufferings until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment. May they possess supreme and perfect freedom. May all sentient beings, including myself, who commit various sins and non-virtuous deeds that lead to a short life and are destined to die, completely purify all sinful deeds, attain long life, and never suffer untimely death. Even at the time of death, may they hear and remember the name of the Thus-Gone One, Ocean of Dharma, Supreme Wisdom's Play, and be reborn in the happy realm of the heavens. May they experience the bliss of gods and humans until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment. After passing away from here, may they be miraculously born on a lotus heart lion throne in the Buddha-field of the Bhagavan, the Thus-Gone One, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, Ocean of Dharma, Supreme Wisdom's Play, and as soon as they are born, may all the qualities of form, samadhi, and so on be manifested. May they receive the true teachings from the supreme teacher, Ocean of Dharma, Supreme Wisdom's Play, and all the Buddhas of the ten directions. May they please their hearts and enter all Buddha-fields without hindrance in an instant. Bhagavan Ocean of Dharma Manifest Wisdom, the result of the four noble aspirations made in the past. Manjushri. The seventh, the Sugata Medicine Buddha, is the Bhagavan.

顶礼薄伽梵、应供、正等觉、药师琉璃光如来！供养，皈依！念诵七遍。此处供养力所能及的供品。如今，在诸佛菩萨众会聚的面前，听闻如来药师琉璃光如来的名号，忆念于心，念诵七遍，以顶礼、供养等的威力，如来药师琉璃光如来与往昔的殊胜愿力相应，愿我等一切有情，皆能以大丈夫相三十二种和妙好八十种庄严其身，如我一般，一切有情亦能如是。愿身体的光芒照耀无量无边的世界。愿身体如珍宝琉璃一般，内外清净无垢，光明照耀，肢体宽广宏大，具足威严光彩，安住于善妙之中，以胜过日月的光网庄严。愿如如来药师琉璃光如来一般，无论何处有情众生，或生于世间，或于人间，于黑夜之中，在不同的方向游走，皆能因我的光明，在喜悦的方向行走，事业亦能成办。如来药师琉璃光如来以其无量的智慧和方便，愿我等一切有情众生，皆能具足无尽的受用，无有任何的困乏。愿我等一切误入歧途，或进入声闻、缘觉道者，皆能进入无上大乘道。愿我等一切有情，直至菩提究竟，皆能以三律仪摄持，戒律清净无染。无人

I prostrate with reverence to the Bhagavan, Arhat, Perfectly and Fully Awakened Buddha, Medicine Guru, King of Lapis Lazuli Light! I offer and take refuge! Recite seven times. Here, offer whatever offerings are available. Now, in the presence of the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, having heard the name of the Tathagata Medicine Guru, King of Lapis Lazuli Light, remembering it in our minds, reciting it seven times, through the power of prostrations, offerings, and so forth, may we and all sentient beings, in accordance with the special aspirations of the Tathagata Medicine Guru, King of Lapis Lazuli Light, be adorned with the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks of a great being, and may all sentient beings become like me. May the rays of light from our bodies illuminate countless and immeasurable realms of the world. May our bodies become like the precious jewel of lapis lazuli, utterly pure and immaculate inside and out, radiant with light, with vast and expansive limbs, blazing with glory and splendor, abiding in goodness, and adorned with a network of light rays surpassing the sun and moon. May we become like the Tathagata Medicine Guru, King of Lapis Lazuli Light, so that wherever sentient beings are born in the worlds, or in this human world, wandering in different directions in the darkness of night, may they all, through my light, go in joyful directions and accomplish their deeds. Through the immeasurable wisdom and skillful means of the Tathagata Medicine Guru, King of Lapis Lazuli Light, may we and all sentient beings possess inexhaustible resources, without any distress. May all sentient beings who have entered the wrong path, or who have entered the path of Hearers and Solitary Realizers, enter the unsurpassed path of the Great Vehicle. May we and all sentient beings, until the ultimate end of enlightenment, be restrained by the three vows and be without any moral failings. No one

May we not enter the wrong path and fall into evil destinies. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who have bad bodies, incomplete faculties, ugly complexions, are emaciated, have defective limbs, are hunchbacked, have vitiligo, are blind, deaf, mute, insane, and those whose bodies are afflicted by disease, may all these karmic obscurations be completely purified, and may all have complete faculties and perfectly complete limbs. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who are tormented by various diseases, without refuge, without protectors, without provisions and medicine, without relatives, poor and suffering, may all their diseases be completely pacified. Until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, may we be free from illness and harm, and may we abide in abundant resources. May all women who are afflicted by a hundred faults of women, who dislike the female form, who wish to be liberated from the female state, may they all be transformed from the female form. Until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, may they possess the faculties of a male. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, be completely liberated from the snares of demons. May we abandon diverse, inconsistent, and confused views, and abide in the correct view. May the great conduct of enlightenment be completely fulfilled. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who are frightened by the fear of kings, who are imprisoned, beaten, thrown into prison, deserving of being killed, constantly tormented by various reasons, without arrogance, and threatened by physical, verbal, and mental suffering, may they, by the power of my merit, be completely liberated from all harm. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who are burning with the fire of hunger and thirst, striving to find food, and committing sinful deeds, may I satisfy them with food and drink that have color, smell, and taste, and afterwards establish them in the bliss of Dharma. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who are naked, without clothes, poor, suffering, and experiencing painful feelings day and night from cold, heat, mosquitoes, and horseflies, may I give them clothes suitable for use, of various colors

愿以舞蹈、珍宝装饰、精美之物、花鬘、涂香、乐器之声、铙钹和鼓声，圆满一切众生的所有心愿。愿具足圣者喜悦的戒律之乐。愿不住于烦恼的煎熬，安住于解脱之乐。从此地命终之后，于如来药师琉璃光王佛的佛土中，在莲花心座的狮子宝座上化生，刚一出生，便显现陀罗尼和三摩地等一切功德之聚，从无上导师药师琉璃光王等十方诸佛处，如实领受教言。令彼等心生欢喜，于刹那刹那间，无碍进入一切佛土。世尊药师琉璃光，往昔所发十二大愿之果。颂词。第八位善逝释迦王，顶礼导师薄伽梵如来应供正等觉，吉祥胜者释迦牟尼。供养，皈依。念诵七遍。此时供养力所能及之供品。如今于诸佛菩萨眷属云集的座前，忆念如来释迦牟尼之名，念诵七遍，以顶礼和供养等威力，祈愿导师如来释迦牟尼，救护我等一切众生，从各种业障的遮蔽中解脱，从各种疾病的折磨中解脱，从各种忧伤和痛苦的逼迫中解脱，从贫困中解脱，为了天人和人类的利益、为了医药和安乐，加持并赞叹七如来的善巧方便和往昔愿力的殊胜之处，如是说：文殊，因此，一切寻求功德者，应不杂染烦恼，受持七如来之名。白天念诵三遍，夜晚念诵三遍，意念于心。以恭敬心信受。也应塑造佛像。供养鲜花、焚香和酥油灯。

May all the wishes of all sentient beings be fulfilled by dances, precious ornaments, exquisite things, garlands, unguents, the sound of music, cymbals, and drums. May they possess the joy of the precepts that please the noble ones. May they not be tormented by the suffering of afflictions, but abide in the bliss of liberation. After passing away from here, may they be born by transformation in the Buddha-field of the Tathagata Medicine Guru, King of Lapis Lazuli Light, on a lotus heart seat, a lion throne, and as soon as they are born, may all the collections of qualities such as dharanis and samadhis manifest, and may they receive the true teachings from the unsurpassed teacher, Medicine Guru, King of Lapis Lazuli Light, and all the Buddhas of the ten directions. May they please their hearts and enter all Buddha-fields without obstruction in an instant. The Blessed Medicine Guru, King of Lapis Lazuli Light, is the result of the twelve great aspirations made in the past. Verse. The eighth Sugata is Shakya King. Homage to the teacher, the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened One, the glorious Victorious Shakyamuni. I offer, I take refuge. Recite seven times. At this time, offer whatever offerings are available. Now, in the presence of the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, remembering the name of the Tathagata Shakyamuni, reciting it seven times, through the power of prostrations and offerings, may the teacher, the Tathagata Shakyamuni, protect all sentient beings, including myself, who are obscured by various karmic obscurations, tormented by various diseases, afflicted by various sorrows and sufferings, and impoverished, and for the sake of the benefit of gods and humans, medicine and happiness, may he bless and praise the skillful means of the seven Tathagatas and the excellence of their past aspirations, saying thus: Manjushri, therefore, all those who seek qualities should, without mixing with afflictions, hold the names of the seven Tathagatas. Recite them three times during the day and three times during the night, and keep them in mind. Believe with reverence. Also make images. Offer flowers, incense, and butter lamps.
