One should practice yoga with constant protection, mindfulness, and vigilance. Patience is the supreme asceticism, patience is the highest, thus spoke the Buddha. A renunciate should not harm others, should not injure others, that is not a monk. O you who have eyes, just as you see, the wise live in this world, they should completely abandon evil. One should not slander, one should not harm, one should also guard the Pratimoksha vows, one should also know the measure of food, one should dwell in a remote place, one should apply oneself to higher mind. This is the teaching of the Buddha. Just as a bee from a flower, without harming the color and fragrance, extracts the nectar and flies away, so too should the wise wander in the village. I should examine caste and non-caste, for others, one should not examine the incongruities of others, one should not examine the done and undone of others. One should be mindful of higher mind, one should learn from the root of the Buddhas. One should always be peaceful and mindful, the protector is without sorrow. Giving increases merit, well subdued, enemies etc. will not change. Possessing virtue, one abandons evil, with the cessation of afflictions, one attains Nirvana. All evils should not be done, one should fully practice all virtues, subdue one's own mind, this is the teaching of the Buddha. The taming of the body is good, the taming of speech is also good, the taming of the mind is good, all taming is good. A monk who is completely tamed is completely liberated from all suffering. Guarding speech and well subduing the mind, not doing unwholesome deeds with the body, if one cultivates these three paths of action well, one will attain the path spoken by the sages. Vipashyin Buddha, all crown protectors, Krakucchanda Buddha, Golden Sage, Kashyapa Buddha, Shakyamuni Buddha, Kanakamuni Buddha, the god of gods, the unsurpassed tamer of beings, the protector of the world, the supreme savior. These seven heroic Buddhas, the Pratimoksha of the renowned ones, has been widely proclaimed. For this, the Buddhas and, the Buddha's Shravakas also respect. By being respectful to this, may one attain the unconditioned. One should initiate effort, one should renounce, one should enter the Buddha's teaching. A bull in a reed house
