Meditate on the non-deity recitation, uniting yourself and the deity in union. From the realm of inherent nature, visualize the eighteen Mahakala deities, male and female, descending like rain, each appearing separately before you and the deity, and recite the mantra. This is the essence of the general union of Mahakala, encompassing the three practices of recitation, accomplishment, and action, as well as the general union of the three—summoning, repelling, and destroying. Therefore, it is essential to focus on this during the performance of actions. My guru said that Lama Chokga (བླ་མ་མཆོག་དགའ་) received such a practice. After "Idam mama dustam (ཨི་དམ་མ་མ་དུཥྚཾ་,藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,Idam mama dustam,This is my evil)," there is the phrase "Deva bhasi dhana mi (དྷེ་བ་བྷ་སི་ངྷ་ན་མི་,藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,deva bhasi dhana mi,God-given splendor and wealth)." Just as in the tantras, when giving names, there is the example of "Devadatta (དེ་ཝ་དཏྟ་,藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,Devadatta,God-given)," so here, in Tibetan, it means "God-given splendor and wealth." Therefore, in place of "Deva bhasi dhana mi (དྷེ་བ་བྷ་སི་ངྷ་ན་མི་,藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,deva bhasi dhana mi,God-given splendor and wealth)," during the performance of actions, it seems necessary to add "Kha kha khahi (ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་,藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,kha kha khahi,Eat, eat, eat, hey)" to enemies, obstructors, evil spirits, and guardian deities. So it was said. Then, recite the invocation mantra such as "Om mahakala kalaya deva raksha (ཨོཾ་མཱ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཡ་དེ་ཝ་རཀྵ་,藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,Om mahakala kalaya deva raksha,Om, Mahakala, Time God, God, Protect)." It is also permissible to recite the Hari Ni mantra as much as possible. It is also permissible to recite the ordinary Shasana, and my guru also said that it is good to recite this sometimes. Hura is a subjugating mantra, so it should not be recited too much. Om mama trak raksha (ཨོཾ་མ་མ་ཏྲག་རཀྵ་,藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,Om mama trak raksha,Om, mama, Trak, Protect) and so on are the essence of the self-arisen goddess, and Om trak raksha mahi dun bhyo (ཨོཾ་ཏྲག་རཀྵ་མ་ཧི་དུན་བྷྱོ་,藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,Om trak raksha mahi dun bhyo,Om, Trak, Protect, Earth, Dun, Bhyo) and so on. If the mother is the main focus, then recite these two as appropriate. Furthermore, during the union, Karma Chakme (ཀརྨ་ཆགས་མེད་) did not elaborate on the recitation and visualization of oneself as a single father deity. Therefore, from the mantra garland at the heart of the protector, a stream of mantra garlands emerged, one end attached to the other, coming out of the mouth, splitting into two ends, entering the mouths of the Mahakala deities in front, passing through the Hum (ཧཱུྃ་,藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,Hum,Hum) and Bhyo (བྷྱོཿ,藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,bhyo, bhyo) at their hearts, emerging from the secret places of the father and mother, merging into one, entering from one's own secret place, dissolving into the Hum (ཧཱུྃ་,藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,Hum,Hum) at the heart, and contemplate attaining common and supreme accomplishments. So it was said, thus it seems to be a method of meditating on the union of oneself and the deity. In the tantras, this is the recitation of Doli, so one should strive for this during the accomplishment. My guru said that at this time, not only at this time, but at all times during recitation and accomplishment, whether it is oneself or the deity, it is the same. The generation stage of the deity should be clear, and

If you are single-minded without interruption, and if you strive single-mindedly in reciting the mantra without being interrupted by idle words, you will surely attain both common and supreme accomplishments, and the four activities will definitely be accomplished. Furthermore, it is said that nothing will come of having too many rough goals, too many pure things to remember, or being disturbed by scattered thoughts. Especially in this case, and also in other cases, it is very important to invite Mahakala and his retinue from the state of self-nature, to dissolve into oneself, and to gather all the compassion and blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and their retinues into oneself. I have heard this said repeatedly. Therefore, such practice should be diligently performed in conjunction with time, number, and signs. Then, at the end of the session, the visualization for receiving accomplishments is as follows: When reciting "Hum, the sphere of Dharma," etc., visualize that a rain of jewels falls from the folds of the cloak of the Mahakala generated in front, that a rain of jewels falls from all parts of the body of Mahakala in the ten directions, and that a rain of jewels falls from the jewel at the top of the vase, filling all the dwellings. When reciting "Bhryo, one eye at the eyebrow," etc., from the eyebrow of Palden Lhamo (Glorious Goddess), from within the web of countless rays of light, emanate a million white emanations of the body, destroying the demons and obstacles of the ten directions. Visualize that all the blessings of the body enter from your own eyebrow in the form of white nectar, pervading the entire body, and thus you obtain all the accomplishments of the body. From the tip of the tongue, radiate red light, and emanate a million red emanations of speech. Visualize that all the accomplishments of speech dissolve into your own throat, and thus you obtain all the accomplishments of speech. From the heart, radiate blue light, and emanate a million blue emanations of mind. All the accomplishments of mind dissolve into the heart, and visualize that you obtain all the accomplishments of mind. Since this is also a longevity practice, you should strive diligently. Then perform the subsequent rituals and pray for auspiciousness. If rough appearances occur from time to time, visualize on your two shoulders the emanations of Mahakala's activities, two large iron ravens, black with a reddish tinge. Then, visualize that numerous gatherings of iron ravens emanate from those two, and eat all the harm-doers like birds eat worms. Then, gather those emanated ravens back into the two sources of emanation. Also, fearing the breaking of samaya vows
