། །གྲངས་མེད་འཕྲོས་པས་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཐམས་ཅད་གང་། །སྔགས་སྒྲ་སྒྲོགས་པས་འཁོར་བ་དོང་ནས་སྤྲུགས། །གཟུགས་ཅན་གཟུགས་མེད་སེམས་ཅན་མ་ལུས་པ། །འོད་དཔག་མེད་པའི་གོ་འཕང་ཐོབ་བྱས་ནས། །སྤྲུལ་པ་ཚུར་འདུས་མདུན་གྱི་གཙོ་བོར་ཐིམ། །དེ་ནི་ཕ་རྒྱུད་ལུགས་ཀྱི་དམིགས་པ་ཡིན། ༈ །བདག་མདུན་ཐུགས་ཀར་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་སྔར་བཞིན་ལས། །རང་གི་ཐུགས་ཀའི་ སྔགས་ཕྲེང་འོད་ཟེར་ལས། །ཧྲཱིཿདམར་ཕྲེང་བ་བྱེ་རུའི་ཕྲེང་བ་ལྟར། །ཞལ་ནས་ཐོན་ཅིང་མདུན་བསྐྱེད་ཞལ་དུ་ཞུགས། །ཐུགས་ཀའི་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་ལ་ཐིམ་ཐུགས་རྒྱུད་བསྐུལ། །དེ་ལས་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་དམར་པོའི་ཕྲེང་བ་བྱོན། །ལྟེ་བ་ནས་ཐོན་རང་གི་ལྟེ་བར་ཞུགས། །ཐུགས་ཀར་ཐིམ་པས་བྱིན་རླབས་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ། །འགལ་མེའི་འཁོར་ལོ་བཞིན་དུ་འཁོར་བ་ལས། །བར་དུ་འཁོར་ཚེ་འོད་ཟེར་སྣ་ཚོགས་པ། །ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་ཁམས་འཕྲོས། །སངས་རྒྱས་འོད་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ལ་ཐིམ། །སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་རྒྱུད་མཉེས་པའི་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ། །སྐུ་ལས་འོད་དཔག་མེད་པའི་སྐུ་ཆེ་ཕྲ། །གསུང་ལས་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་དམར་པོ་དང་། །ཐུགས་ལས་རྡོ་རྗེ་དམར་པོ་རྩེ་ལྔ་པ། །ཁ་བ་བུ་ཡུག་འཚུབས་པ་བཞིན་དུ་བྱོན། །བདག་མདུན་རྣམས་ལ་སིབ་སིབ་ཐིམ་བསྒོམ་ཞིང་། །ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་ཁོ་ན་བགྲང་བར་བྱ་བ་སྟེ། །དེ་ནི་མ་རྒྱུད་ལུགས་ཀྱི་དམིགས་པ་ཡིན། ༈ །དེ་ནས་མདའ་དར་ཡོད་ན་ གཡབ་བྱ་ཞིང་། །མེད་ན་དམིགས་པ་ཁོ་ནས་ཆོག་པ་ཡིན། །མདུན་བསྐྱེད་འོད་དཔག་མེད་པའི་སྐུ་ལས་ནི། །འཕྲོས་པའི་ཡུམ་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྔའི་ལྷ་མོ་ལྔ། །སྒྲོལ་མ་ལྗང་མོ་ཤིང་རླུང་ལྷ་མོ་སྟེ། །མདའ་དར་ལྗང་གུ་ཤར་དུ་གཡུག་པ་ཡིས། །ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ཤིང་ཁམས་འབྱུང་བ་རླུང་གི་བཅུད། །འོད་ཀྱི་ཐིག་ལེ་ལྗང་གུའི་རྣམ་པ་རུ། །བསྡུས་ནས་མདུན་བསྐྱེད་གཙོ་བོའི་ལྷུང་བཟེད་བསྟིམས། །གོས་དཀར་མོ་ཞེས་མེ་ཡི་ལྷ་མོ་དམར། །དར་དམར་ལྷོར་གཡུག་མེ་ཡི་བཅུད་བསྡུས་བསྟིམ། །ནམ་མཁའི་དབྱིངས་ཕྱུག་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་མོ་དཀར། །དར་དཀར་ནུབ་གཡུག་ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་ལྕགས་ཁམས་དང་། །ནམ་མཁའི་བཅུད་བསྡུས་གཙོ་བོའི་ལྷུང་བཟེད་བསྟིམས། །མཱ་མ་ཀཱི་སྟེ་ཆུ་ཡི་ལྷ་མོ་སྔོ། །དར་སྔོན་བྱང་གཡུག་ཆུ་བཅུད་བསྡུས་ཏེ་བསྟིམས། །ས་ཡི་ལྷ་མོ་སངས་རྒྱས་སྤྱན་མ་སེར། །མདའ་དར་སེར་པོ་མཚམས་བཞི་སྟེང་དུ་གཡུག །ས་ཡི་བཅུད་བསྡུས་གཙོ་བོའི་ལྷུང་བཟེད་བསྟིམས། །དེ་བཞིན་ལྷ་མོ་ལྔ་ཡི་འོད་ཟེར་གྱིས། ། སྣོད་ཀྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ས་ཆུ་མེ་རླུང་མཁའ།

無數光芒四射，充滿整個世界。 咒語之聲震動，將輪迴徹底搖撼。 所有有形無形眾生， 獲得無量光佛的果位之後， 化身收攝，融入面前的主尊。 這是父續法門的觀修。 我與對生本尊心間的咒鬘如前。 自己心間的 咒鬘發出光芒。 ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍)紅色咒鬘如珊瑚念珠。 從口中出來，進入對生本尊口中。 融入心間的咒鬘，激發心續。 從中出現紅色ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍)字咒鬘。 從臍輪出來，進入自己的臍輪。 融入心間，獲得加持成就。 如旋轉的火輪般旋轉， 中間旋轉時，發出各種光芒， 射向西方極樂世界。 融入阿彌陀佛的身。 獻上令身語意喜悅的供養。 從身中出現無量光佛的大小身像， 語中出現咒鬘和紅色ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍)字， 意中出現紅色五股金剛杵， 如大雪紛飛般降臨。 觀想融入我與對生本尊， 僅僅持誦ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍)字即可。 這是母續法門的觀修。 之後，若有箭幡， 則揮舞， 若無，僅觀修即可。 從對生本尊無量光佛的身中， 發出五大母尊，五位女神。 綠度母是木風女神， 揮舞綠色箭幡向東方， 東方木界生出風的精華， 凝聚成綠色光點， 融入對生本尊主尊的缽中。 名為白衣母的火神是紅色， 向南方揮舞紅幡，凝聚火的精華融入。 虛空界自在母是白色的鐵神， 向西方揮舞白幡，西方鐵界和， 虛空的精華凝聚融入主尊的缽中。 摩摩枳是藍色的水神， 向北方揮舞藍幡，凝聚水的精華融入。 地神是黃色的佛眼佛母， 向四角上方揮舞黃色箭幡， 凝聚地的精華融入主尊的缽中。 同樣，五位女神的光芒， 充滿了器世間的地水火風空。

Countless rays emanate, filling the entire world. The sound of mantras reverberates, shaking samsara to its core. All sentient beings, with and without form, Having attained the state of Amitabha, The emanations gather back, dissolving into the main deity in front. This is the visualization of the Father Tantra. On the hearts of myself and the visualized deity in front, the mantra garland remains as before. From the light rays of the mantra garland in my own heart, A red garland of HRĪḤ (藏文，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍) like a coral rosary, Emerge from my mouth and enter the mouth of the visualized deity. Dissolving into the mantra garland in the heart, stimulating the mindstream. From that, a garland of red HRĪḤ (藏文，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍) syllables arises, Emanating from the navel and entering my own navel. Dissolving into the heart, blessings and accomplishments are attained. Revolving like a whirling fire wheel, When revolving in between, various rays of light, Radiate towards the western realm of Sukhavati. Dissolving into the body of Buddha Amitabha. Offerings are made that please the body, speech, and mindstream. From the body, large and small forms of Amitabha appear, From the speech, mantra garlands and the red syllable HRĪḤ (藏文，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍), From the mind, a red five-pronged vajra, Arise like a blizzard of snow. Meditating that they dissolve softly into myself and the deity in front, Only the syllable HRĪḤ (藏文，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍) is to be recited. This is the visualization of the Mother Tantra. Then, if there is an arrow banner, It should be waved, If not, visualization alone is sufficient. From the body of the visualized Amitabha, The five great mothers, the five goddesses of the elements, emanate. Green Tara is the goddess of wood and wind, By waving the green arrow banner to the east, The essence of wind, the element of wood in the east, Is gathered into the form of green light drops, And dissolves into the begging bowl of the main deity in front. The fire goddess, known as White-Clad Mother, is red, Waving the red banner to the south, the essence of fire is gathered and dissolved. The Sky Realm Wealthy Mother, the iron goddess, is white, Waving the white banner to the west, the western iron element and, The essence of the sky are gathered and dissolved into the main deity's begging bowl. Mamakī is the blue water goddess, Waving the blue banner to the north, the essence of water is gathered and dissolved. The earth goddess, Buddha Locana, is yellow, Waving the yellow arrow banner upwards in the four directions, The essence of earth is gathered and dissolved into the main deity's begging bowl. Likewise, with the rays of light of the five goddesses, The outer world is filled with earth, water, fire, wind, and space.
