May all three protectors, having attained omniscience and Buddhahood, work for the benefit of sentient beings as vast as the sky, just as I will do. May those who are not liberated be liberated, may those who are not freed be freed, may those who do not breathe be given breath, may all beings pass into Nirvana, and may all attain Buddhahood. Practicing the four immeasurables: May all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness, etc. Generating the Sang offering guests: Purify with SVABHAVA (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ།, Devanagari: स्वभाव, Romanized Sanskrit: svabhāva, literal Chinese meaning: self-nature). From emptiness, one's self appears as the deity of the Yidam, in the space in front, there is a precious throne arranged perfectly, supported by eight great lions, covered with priceless heavenly garments. The teacher, the perfectly complete Buddha Shakyamuni, his body the color of pure gold, one face and two arms, the right hand touching the earth, the left hand in the mudra of meditation, a crown on his head, a wheel on his feet, adorned with the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks, radiating immeasurable light. Above him are the Kagyu lineage lamas, in the middle are the peaceful and wrathful deities of the mandala of the four tantra classes of the Yidam, below are the protectors of the glorious protector Dampa Chokyong. Also, the sea of oath-bound ones arising from wisdom and karma, the eight classes of gods and demons, the local deities and earth lords, the Sang offering guests surrounded by immeasurable hosts, imagine that they have been invited. I pray that the Bhagavan and his retinue, who are the protectors of all sentient beings, who destroy the hordes of demons and their armies, and who know all things as they are, come to this place!
