ཡུངས་དཀར་ཕུས་བཏབ་པ་བཞིན་དུ་སྤྱི་བོའི་ཚངས་པའི་བུ་གར་ཤར་གྱིས་ཐོན་ནས། པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ཀྱི་གདན་ལ་རེག་ཙམ་བྱས་པར་བསམ། ཡང་ཧཱུྃ་བརྗོད་ནས་བྱ་ཁྱུང་སྙིང་ཁར་པདྨའི་གདན་ལ་ཕབ། ཡང་ཕཊ་བརྗོད་ཚེ་ཡར་ལ་འཕོ། དེ་ལྟར་དབབ་ལྡོག་ཡང་ཡང་བསྒོམ་པས་རང་གི་སྤྱི་བོ་ཚ་བ་དང་། ཆུ་སེར་འབྱུང་བ་དང་། རྣ་བ་འུར་ཞིང་། མགོ་བོ་འཁོར་བར་འབྱུང་ཚེ་ལུས་སེམས་ཀློད་ལ། བྱ་ཁྱུང་སྙིང་གར་ཕབ་ལ་དམིགས་མེད་ཤེས་པ་རང་ལུགས་སུ་བཞག །པདྨ་འདབ་བརྒྱད་ཁ་ཟུམ་པར་རིག་པ་བྱ་ཁྱུང་བཞུགས་པར་བསམ་ལ་བདེ་བར་འདུག །སྤྱི་བོའི་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་རང་ལ་བསྟིམ་མོ། །ཡང་ཁྲོམ་ཆོས་ལྟ་བུ་ལ། ཧཱུྃ་དང་ཕཊ་ཀྱི་སྒྲ་མང་སྦྱངས་ཚར་རྗེས་སུ་སྨོན་ལམ་འདི་ལྟར་བྱ། །བདག་དེ་ལྟར་རྩེ་གཅིག་གསོལ་བཏབ་པས། །ལུས་འབྱུང་བཞི་སྟོང་གསལ་ཁང་པ་རུ། །རྩ་དབུ་མ་འོད་ཀྱི་སྦུ་གུའི་ནང་། །སྙིང་པདྨ་འདབ་བརྒྱད་ཉི་ཟླའི་སྟེང་། །སེམས་སྐྱེ་མེད་བྱ་ཁྱུང་གཤོག་སྒྲོ་རྒྱས། །ཡིད་སྐད་ཅིག་གློག་འགྱུ་ཇི་བཞིན་ ཏུ། །གནས་སྤྱི་བོའི་གཙུག་གི་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ། །སྐྱབས་ཀུན་འདུས་པད་འབྱུང་ཐུགས་ཀ་རུ། །ཁྱུང་རང་སེམས་ཡར་ལ་རྒྱངས་ཀྱིས་འཕུར། །རྗེ་བླ་མའི་ཐུགས་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་འདྲེས། །རང་བྱ་ཁྱུང་པད་འབྱུང་དབྱེར་མེད་པར། །ནུབ་བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་མདའ་ལྟར་སོང་། །མགོན་སྣང་མཐའི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཐིམ་པར་གྱུར། །འབྲས་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པའི་ས་ཐོབ་ཤོག །གཞན་ཡང་སྨོན་ལམ་གང་ཤེས་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ལས་ལ་སྦྱར་བ་ནི། འཕོ་བའི་དམིགས་པ་ཧཱུྃ་དམར་མ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནུས་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེས་བརྩམས་པའི་ཆོས་ས་མ་ཡཿ རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱཿ འདི་ཡི་དམིགས་རིམ་ནི། རང་ཉིད་རྡོ་རྗེ་གྲོ་ལོད་དུ་བསྒོམ་ནས༔ དེའི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་ཧཱུྃ་དམར་ནག་གཅིག་གི་ཞབས་ཀྱུ་ནར་གྱིས་བརྐྱངས་ཏེ༔ དམིགས་བྱ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕག་མོར་བསྐྱེད་ནས༔ དེ་ཡི་རྩ་དབུ་མའི་རྒྱུད་ནས་ཧཱུྃ་གིས་དྲངས་ཏེ་སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་རྩ་དབུ་མའི་ནང་ནས་ཐོན་སྟེ༔ སྤྱི་བོར་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་གསལ་བར་སྒོམ་པའི་ཐུགས་ ཀར་སིབ་སིབ་ཐིམ་པར་བསྒོམ༔ བདག་མདུན་གྱི་བསྐྱེད་རིམ་གསལ་བ་གལ་ཆེ༔ ཧཱུྃ་གི་ལྕགས་ཀྱུས་སྐད་ཅིག་དྲན་རྫོགས་སུ་བར་མ་ཆད་པར་ནྲྀ་ཡིག་འདྲེན་པ་གལ་ཆེའོ༔ ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད་པར་དམིགས་པ་བཅུས་དམིགས་བྱའི་རྣམ་ཤེས་འཕོ་བར་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད༔ ཨོ་རྒྱན་ཡང་བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་སྣང་མཐའི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཐིམ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ༔ ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ལྕང་ལོ་ཅན་དུ་གསང་བའི་བདག༔ སོགས་བརྗོད། ཧྲཱིཿ ཆོས་སྐུ་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ལ༔ གསོ

犹如用手指弹开白芥子一般，从头顶梵穴向上发出。 观想稍微触及莲花生的莲座。又念诵 吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)，将金翅鸟降至心间的莲座上。又念诵 ཕཊ་ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪) 时向上转移。像这样反复修习升降，如果自己的头顶发热，流出黄水，耳朵嗡嗡作响，头部眩晕时，放松身心，将金翅鸟降至心间，将无分别的觉性安住于自性中。观想八瓣莲花闭合，觉性安住于金翅鸟中，安乐而住。将头顶的莲花生融入自身。又如市场上的法一样，在多次练习 吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) 和 ཕཊ་ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪) 的声音后，如此发愿。我如是专心祈祷。 身体四大清净为空明之屋。 中脉为光之管道。 心间莲花八瓣于日月之上。 心识无生金翅鸟羽翼丰满。 意念如闪电般迅速。 处所头顶梵穴之虚空。 皈依总集莲师心间。 金翅鸟自心向上展翅飞翔。 与上师之心无二无别融合。 自金翅鸟与莲师无二无别。 如箭般往生西方极乐世界。 融入怙主无量光佛心间。 果证不退转地。 其他也应念诵自己知道的祈愿文。然后是应用于事业，名为“迁识之观想 红吽”，是具力金刚所著之法，萨玛雅，嘉嘉嘉。此之观想次第是：自己观想为金刚橛，从其心间伸出一个红黑色 吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) 字的足钩，长长地伸展，观想对境为金刚亥母，从其主脉中用 吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) 字牵引，刹那间从主脉中出来，观想融入头顶明观的莲花生心间。 自身和对面的生起次第清晰很重要。用 吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) 字的铁钩，在刹那间忆念圆满，不间断地牵引 ནྲྀ་ 字很重要。毫不怀疑地用十种观想，毫无疑问地能将所观想之对象的意识转移。邬金（乌仗那，即莲花生大师的出生地）也是融入极乐世界无量光佛的心间。吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) 吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) 吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)！于柳树林中秘密之主！等念诵。 ཧྲཱིཿ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) 法身无量光！祈请。

Like flicking away a white mustard seed, it emerges sharply from the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head. Imagine gently touching the lotus seat of Padmasambhava. Again, reciting Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ), bring the Garuda down to the lotus seat in the heart. Again, when reciting Phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Phaṭ), transfer it upwards. By repeatedly practicing ascent and descent in this way, if your crown becomes hot, yellow fluid appears, your ears buzz, and your head spins, relax your body and mind, bring the Garuda down to your heart, and rest the non-conceptual awareness in its natural state. Contemplate the eight-petaled lotus closing, with awareness residing in the Garuda, and rest in bliss. Dissolve the Padmasambhava at the crown of your head into yourself. Again, like a market dharma, after repeatedly practicing the sounds of Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) and Phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Phaṭ), make this aspiration: Because I have prayed with such single-pointedness, May the body, the four elements, be a clear and empty house. Within the central channel, a tube of light, On the lotus of eight petals in the heart, the sun and moon, May the mind, the unborn Garuda, grow strong wings. May the mind, like a flash of lightning, At the crown of the head, in the sky, In the heart of Padmasambhava, the embodiment of all refuge, May the Garuda, my own mind, soar upwards. Mingle inseparably with the heart of the noble lama. May my own Garuda and Padmasambhava be inseparable, And go like an arrow to the Western Paradise of Sukhavati. May I be absorbed into the heart of the protector Amitabha. May I attain the ground of irreversibility. Furthermore, recite whatever aspirations you know. Then, applying it to activity: The visualization for transference, called "Red Hūṃ," is a dharma composed by Powerful Vajra, Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. The sequence of this visualization is: Visualize yourself as Vajrakilaya, from his heart extend the hooked foot of a red-black Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) syllable, and visualize the object of transference as Vajravarahi. Draw it with the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) syllable from the central channel, and in an instant, it emerges from within the central channel and dissolves into the heart of the clearly visualized Padmasambhava at the crown of the head. It is important to have a clear visualization of the generation stage of oneself and the object in front. It is important to draw the Ṇṛ syllable with the iron hook of the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) syllable in a continuous stream of instantaneous recollection and completion. Without doubt, by visualizing with the ten visualizations, there is no doubt that the consciousness of the object of visualization will be transferred. Oddiyana (莲花生大师的出生地) also dissolved into the heart of Amitabha in Sukhavati.
