Therefore, the proliferation of veins between the twelve fingers will become seventy-two thousand. If only the rough parts of these veins are mentioned, the first month is the heart chakra. The second month is the sixty-four veins of the navel, which arise from the division of the twelve houses. Below that are the sixteen veins of the throat, the thirty-two veins of the crown of the head, the forehead, and above the two veins are the four veins of the topknot. These all arise from the heart. Below are the thirty-two veins of the secret place, and the six empty veins, which arise downwards from the navel. These are the veins of the chakras. Therefore, there are four veins at the crown of the head, and sixteen veins at the forehead, which are the veins of phlegm. There are thirty-two veins in the throat, and eight and four veins from the heart, a total of fourteen veins are the veins of bile. There are sixty-four veins in the navel, and sixteen veins surrounding the outside of the secret place, a total of eighty veins are the veins of wind. From the inner layer of the secret place arise sixteen converging veins. These and so on, the six thousand internal veins form, like a fish. Then, in the third month, legs and arms grow, like a small frog. In the fourth month, where the joints arise, thirty and twelve vein wheels appear. In addition to that, others also arise. In the fifth month, flesh and blood, and three hundred and sixty joints of bones arise, like a small frog. The senses become clear, and from the sixth month onwards, there is sensation. In the seventh month, hair and beard grow. It is said that at that time, clairvoyance will arise. In the eighth month, the senses are complete, and hunger and thirst arise. At the end of the ninth month, suffering and sorrow arise. This is the lion state of man. These are said in the chapter of the Wheel of Time: This body is a collection of elements, completely produced from food and drink of six tastes. And so on, explained in ten verses. The second is about wind, the five root winds, the five branch winds, and the explanation of their movement in the nose. The first is with complete consciousness and the realm of space and wisdom, located in the central channel. Indicated by bindu A (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ་ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिन्दु अह, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu aha, Chinese literal meaning: bindu A), time (Tibetan: དུས་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Chinese literal meaning: time), fire (Tibetan: མེ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Chinese literal meaning: fire), by the syllable ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: ). It is the life wind, that is, the central channel wind. It is said that it goes upwards. The downward-clearing wind goes downwards from short A (Tibetan: ཨ་ཐུང་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Chinese literal meaning: short A), expelling urine and semen, and contracting.

This is the nature of the earth element. The evenly dwelling one travels forward, arising from the root of the nose, weakening the fire in the stomach, causing the pure and impure to pervade the entire body; this is the wind of fire. The upward moving one arises from the southeast and travels to the elephant root on the right side, performing the function of speech, arising from the throat, it is the wind of wind. The pervasive one is the south, connected to the right Roma, pervading the entire body, it is the wind of water. The winds of the limbs: the Naga is the southwest, arising from the victorious vein, causing the body to stretch and so on, it is space. The Turtle is behind, arising from the victorious vein, causing the limbs to contract and so on, it is the wind of wind. The Owl is the northwest, arising close to the left, causing anger and so on to arise, it is the wind of fire. Devas giving arises from the left, connected to the solitary mother, causing yawning and so on, it is the wind of water. Wealth-born is the northeast, preventing the corpse from decaying for one night, it is the wind of earth. This is the wheel of the heart, the root of the arising of all winds, arising from one month in the womb. These winds of the limbs travel from other channels, therefore the eye is the cause of seeing forms. By greatly traveling, it hears sounds; by manifestly traveling, it smells scents; by intensely traveling, it tastes flavors; by correctly traveling, it touches the tangible. It is also said to be the cause of experiencing. The nose traveler: the sixty-four channels that spread throughout the body from the navel chakra, becoming twelve groups of five, connected to Rokaṅ, the three channels gather and connect to the central channel, possessing the element of life, on the right side are earth, water, fire, wind, and space, and from the left, space, wind, fire, water, and the nature of earth travel. One breath transfers twelve times left and right, each transfer has five mandalas, so there are sixty. One mandala has three hundred and sixty breaths, but eleven and a quarter are the wind of the central channel, so this is called the wind of wisdom. Some say it travels between transfers, twenty-two and a half breaths are one part. That nose, left moon, right sun, in the order of generation and collection, in reality, half of the wind of wisdom enters and increases.
