And, all the seeds that are born in the five paths of samsara. Gathered by that light, they dissolve into the five syllables. With a little bit of the intermediate wind filling the belly. At the lower end of the central channel, the Tummo wisdom fire. Gradually blazing, it burns the seeds of the five poisons. Transforming into the Avalokiteśvara of the five wisdoms. The crown of the head is the Kaya Avalokiteśvara, father and mother, white. The retinue is white Ḍākinīs, the number of root petals. The heart is marked with a white Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih) syllable. The throat is the Vak Avalokiteśvara, father and mother, red. Then, from the ten mantra wheels rotating. The father-mother mantra garland of the crown of the head rotates fiercely. From that, white light radiates, shining in the ten directions. Having attained the accomplishment of spontaneously accomplished qualities, Feeling transforms into the essence of Ratna Avalokiteshvara. Meditate on the manifestation of equanimity wisdom. The mantra garlands of the father and mother in the secret place rotate swiftly, From which green rays of light radiate in the ten directions. The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the Karma family, And all the deities of the Karma family are offered to. All of them transform into the green form of Avalokiteshvara, father and mother.
