Through the power of fulfilling the samaya of the goddess and retinue, may all impairments, breakages, and errors be purified, and may all adverse conditions, disharmony, and harmful forces be pacified. May all desired goals be accomplished without hindrance. May the teachings of explanation and practice flourish in the ten directions, and may you be a companion in accomplishing supreme and common siddhis. Eighth is confession: HUNG! For the sake of beings, the supreme body of fear, completely and clearly manifested, subduing the arrogant and conceited, I prostrate to the body of perfect qualities. The unbreakable vajra samaya, the constant commitment to protect, I vowed to protect the samaya of the body, but I did not truly understand the conduct of the body, I ask forgiveness from the body that pervades the three realms. Yogis and descendants gathered here, although we do not abandon the common and special samayas, in the expanse, our habits are weak, I ask forgiveness from the body of Machig goddess. To the goddess who surely sees with compassion, I did not arrange pure samaya substance offerings, driven by a poor mind, the offering substances are small, I ask forgiveness from the body of Dzongmo Kadrol. Machig's body color, hand symbols, and attire, I did not write them correctly according to their meaning, I ask forgiveness from the body that is clear with the compassion of the Holy Mother, the body that conquers the Maras. With the conduct of a son, in the samaya of the cause, laziness, sleep, distraction, busy talk, etc., whatever is contrary to your mind, I ask that you purify it with great compassion. Thus, recite the hundred-syllable mantra. Third, the subsequent activities have five parts. First, urging and entrusting activities: BHYO! In the presence of Buddha Shakyamuni, from now until samsara is empty, in order to pacify diseases and sufferings of the white side, increase lifespan and merit, attract the black side and gather it for your own use, madness, subjugation, killing, etc., for the sake of protecting the teachings, please accomplish these activities, do not deviate from this.
