Having completed whatever abbreviated or detailed preparations are necessary, visualize yourself as the yidam deity. In front of the yidam deity, visualize the goddess Dudsolma as having a mature body. In her heart, in the center of an eight-petaled red lotus that is fully open, is a white OM (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: OM), accompanied by rays of light. Above that is a red RAM (Tibetan: རྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: RAM). From that, flames blaze, and the grasped, mature body is fiercely burned, turning into a pile of ashes. Above that, on top of a white AM (Tibetan: ཨྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: AM) of life, accompanied by rays of light, is a white BAM (Tibetan: བྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: baṃ, Chinese literal meaning: BAM), which transforms into a white vase. From the mouth of the vase, white nectar falls in a stream, dissolving into the AM (Tibetan: ཨྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: AM) syllable, causing the AM (Tibetan: ཨྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: AM) syllable to blaze with light. OM AM Maha Kali Devi Kali Vikrante Kala Ratri Chandra Rupi Nam Hum Phet (Tibetan: ༀ་ཨྃ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལཱི་དེ་བཱི་ཀཱ་ལཱི་བེ་ཀྲཱནྟ་ཀཱ་ལ་རཱ་ཏྲི་ཙནྡ་རཱུ་བི་ནཱཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āṃ mahākālī devī kālī vikrānta kālarātri candrarūpi nāṃ hūṃ phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: OM AM Great Black One Goddess Kali Vikranta Time Night Moon Form Nam Hum Phet). From that complete transformation, in the center of the eight great charnel grounds, appears a three-sided charnel ground palace with three levels, amidst a swirling vortex of red and black fire and wind. The glorious goddess of wisdom, Dudpai Solwa Ma (Smoke and Coal Mother), is black like clouds and bees. She is extremely terrifying, with a skeletal body, one face, and four arms. In her right first hand, she brandishes a flaming sword, and in her second hand, she holds a skull cup filled with fresh red blood, drinking from it. In her left first hand, she holds the weapon of Shakti, and in her lower hand, she carries a trident with three points, with a fluttering silk banner hanging from its neck. She bites down on a stiff corpse, clenching four fangs. Her three red eyes roll, gazing upon the three realms. Her hair is yellowish-brown, standing on end, with a braid coiled to the left. Her head is adorned with snakes and a garland of skulls, and a peacock banner flutters at the crown of her head. Her right earring is a bell tinkling from the neck of a snake, and her left earring is a lion with a flowing red mane. Behind both ears, flower and black silk headbands flutter. She wears a necklace made of the skulls of asuras and others. Her upper body is covered with a wet elephant hide, and her lower body is wrapped with a skirt of yellow rele sewn from wet cowhide. She is adorned with five bone ornaments and wears a belt of eight great nagas arranged in a row. Spots of blood, fat, and great ashes are arranged in clusters. Her two feet are adorned with beautifully decorated iron shackles, and she sits and plays in a majestic posture, with her right leg extended and her left leg bent, proudly standing on a red mule. In the center of the blazing fire of wisdom, her voice resounds like the sound of a conch shell and thunder, and the dakinis

May I be clear in the form of subduing all meat-eating beings. Although the intention of the root texts is to contemplate the retinue like the sun and its rays after the wisdom being has been integrated into the solitary generation of the main deity, according to the customs of the later lineage lamas, if only a little mental generation is elaborated here: In the triangle inside the skull cup, there are three mothers who are emanations of body, speech, and mind. The naked black woman holds a human heart and skull blood, riding a donkey. She wears a field garment, adorned with bones. On the four sides outside the skull cup are the goddesses of the four families, the four of white, yellow, red, and green, holding a curved knife and skull cup, wearing charnel ground attire, riding a donkey. Behind them, in the east is the lion-faced one, in the south the tiger-faced one, in the west the wolf-faced one, and in the north the pig-faced one. In the northeast is the vulture-faced one, in the southeast the snake-faced one, in the southwest the owl-faced one, and in the northwest the raven-faced one, all holding a curved knife and skull cup, wearing charnel ground attire, riding a bell horse. On the four sides are door guards with the face of Kamka, holding various weapons, riding a black bell, tiger, wolf, and monkey. Furthermore, there are hundreds of thousands of millions of emanated workers, such as the millionfold army of the mind emanation, the Black Mother. May I be surrounded by all the mothers, dakinis, and meat-eaters who are made of wisdom, karma, and the world. In the heart of the goddess, in the center of a light egg-shaped form, the size of four fingers, like red fire, is a dark blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) with a mandala of the moon and sun. From that, light radiates, cutting off all enemies and obstacles, gathering the life essence of all arrogant ones, and converging into the light bindu around the Hūṃ. The garland of mantras is surrounded by rays of light. From the Hūṃ in one's own heart, one Hūṃ falls and dissolves into the goddess's bhaga. Vajra Lāsya Rāga Ya Mi Hūṃ (藏文:བཛྲ་ལཱ་སྱ་རཱ་ག་ཡ་མི་ཧཱུྃ,梵文罗马拟音:vajra lāsya rāga ya mi hūṃ,汉语字面意思:金刚 嬉戏 贪 雅米 吽). This is called placing the secret goddess in the bhaga. When practicing the self-generation of the goddess, the Hūṃ from one's own heart falls and enters one's own secret place. In the three places of all the main deities and retinues, the essence of the three vajras of body, speech, and mind is Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文:ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:ओम् आः हुं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡 阿 吽). All the retinues are marked with the syllable Bhyo (藏文:བྷྱོ,梵文天城体:भ्यो,梵文罗马拟音:bhyo,汉语字面意思:贝) in their hearts. From the seed syllable in the heart of the self-visualization, rays of light like iron hooks radiate, inviting the glorious goddess Black Mother Million Army from her natural abode.
