Whatever faults there may be in this virtuous act due to my foolish mind, whatever is the refuge of sentient beings, I pray that all protectors, you forgive. Perfect Buddhas and gods, and their sons, and Brahma, etc., protectors of the world, please forgive the incompleteness of this ritual. Thus, reciting the hundred-syllable mantra, I pray for forgiveness of additions, omissions, errors, etc. Joining palms, pray for the desired meaning, the goddess is the measure, the vow is the measure, and her words are also the supreme measure. By this truth, may the supreme goddess become the cause of holding me. Born into the lineage and possessing vows, a yogi without madness, respectful to the guru, possessing compassion, may I be born and born again in this way. Shaking the vajra and bell with the hands, reciting the profound Dharma, sharing food with the consort, may I be born and born again in this way. May all sentient beings be without sin, mind.
