To meditate with an unbearable heart is compassion. Thus, in order to liberate all mothers from suffering and place them in happiness, with the desire to attain Buddhahood, put on great armor and properly take the vows of a Bodhisattva. Do not think of your own peace and happiness for even a moment. To do all thoughts and actions for the benefit of others is the mind of enlightenment, which is cultivated in a conventional way like an illusion. In the ultimate sense, oneself, sentient beings, suffering, and helping others, etc., are not inherently established, and meditate on them as being free from the three states of arising, ceasing, and abiding from the very beginning. Meditate in three sessions a day, or even more, until a deep and firm conviction arises. Thus, generating the mind of enlightenment is the key to dealing with anger. It can pacify the harm of evil spirits, subdue the angry, accomplish the benefit of others, and reveal mirror-like wisdom. Therefore, it is very important to be diligent in this. For the stallion of love and compassion, if the reins are not tied with altruism, it will not be able to bear the heavy burden of the crowd of gods and humans, so be diligent in this mind of enlightenment. So it is said. Secondly, the generation stage is to meditate on the deity of Yidam: all the aggregates, elements, and sources of the body are the mandala of the deity, the outer world is the palace, and the inner sentient beings are the deity and the deity's consort. Recognizing that everything is inherently in union, now generate conviction and make it firm. Recite the Svabhava mantra and meditate on all phenomena as emptiness. In the center of the vajra, the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Hum) residing on the sun disc emits light, accomplishing the two benefits, and then gathers back. From that, oneself transforms into the Bhagavan Chakrasamvara and Vajravarahi in union, with one face and three eyes, slightly bared fangs, curved eyebrows, and a wrathful expression. The body color is blue like indigo, radiant, the hair is tied in a topknot, adorned with a wish-fulfilling jewel and various vajras at the top, decorated with a crescent moon on the left side, and wearing a dry skull.

The left leg is bent, pressing on the head of the black Bhairava, who has his palms joined and his head bowed. In his lap is the consort Vajravarahi, red, with one face, two arms, and three eyes, hair loose, and dry skulls as a crown and necklace.
