་བར་བསྟན་པའི་མཐུས། །འགྲོ་ཀུན་འཆི་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ས་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ངེས་དོན་སྙིང་པོ་ཕྲིན་ལས་འོད་འཕྲོ་འདི། །མཐོང་ཐོས་དྲན་དང་ཉམས་སུ་སུས་བླངས་པ། །ཉམས་རྟོགས་དབྱར་གྱི་ཆུ་བོ་ལྟར་ཕྱུར་ཞིང་། །འབད་མེད་གྲོལ་ཏེ་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀུན་འགྲུབ་ཤོག །དེ་ལྟར་ཕྱག་ཆེན་ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་སྦྱོར་གྱི། །ཉམས་ལེན་ཁྲིད་རིམ་ཟབ་དགུའི་སྙིང་པོ་འདི། །སྐུ་སྐྱེ་ཀརྨ་གྲགས་པ་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་བ། །སོགས་ཀྱིས་གཡར་ནན་ཇི་བཞིན་བཀོད་པའི་དགེས། །ཀུན་ཀྱང་ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི། །སྣང་བ་ཆེར་རྒྱས་བསྟན་པའི་པད་ཚལ་ཆེ། །ཕྱོགས་བརྒྱར་རབ་བཞད་ལྷར་བཅས་སྐྱེ་དགུ་རྣམས། །ཟུང་འཇུག་བདེ་ཆེན་གོ་འཕང་མྱུར་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཅེས་པ་འདི་ལུང་དང་རྟོགས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་དུ་མས་འབྱོར་བ་སྔོན་སྦྱངས་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་སྐྱེ་བའི་ཕྲེང་བ་ཅན་དཔལ་རི་བོ་ ཆེ་བ་པདྨ་རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་སྐུ་སྐྱེ་ཀརྨ་གྲགས་པ་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་དཔལ་བཟང་པོ་སོགས་མོས་པ་དང་རྣམ་དཔྱོད་ལྡན་པ་འགའ་ཟུང་གིས་བསྐུལ་བར་གཡར་ཁྲལ་དུ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་པ་དཔལ་ལྡན་མི་ཕམ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་གིས་གདན་ས་ཆེན་པོ་མཚུར་ཕུ་ནས་མགོ་བརྩམས། འབྲི་ཁུང་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཚལ་དུ་དམིགས་ཐུན་དང་ལྟག་བསྟུན་རེག་ཟིག་ཏུ་བྱས་པའོ། །བཀྲ་ཤིས་དཔལ་འབར་སྒྲུབ་བརྒྱུད་བསྟན་པ་རབ་རྒྱས་མཁའ་ཁྱབ་འགྲོ་ཀུན་བདེ་དགེའི་དཔལ་ལ་སྤྱོད་པའི་རྒྱན་དུ་ཤོག །ཆོས་ཐུན་གོ་བརྒྱད་པའོ། །དམིགས་པ་བཞི་བཅུ་ཞེ་ལྔ་ཡོད་ཅིང་། རྗེས་ཀྱི་སྐབས་སུའང་སྐབས་ཐོབ་དང་བསྟུན་པའི་དམིགས་པ་བསྒོམ་ཡང་སྒོམ་རྒྱུ་ནི་ཇི་ལྟར་རིགས་པ་ཡོད། འདིའི་དམིགས་པ་རྣམས་ཉམས་སུ་བླང་བྱ་དང་ཆོས་ཐུན་རྣམས་གོ་བྱར་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །ཆོས་འདིའི་བཀའ་སྲུང་དཔལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མགོན་པོ་བེར་ནག་པོ་ཅན་ལྕམ་དྲལ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པས་མཛོད་ལ། མི་མོས་པ་དང་སྐལ་མེད་དང་། ཡི་གེ་ཙམ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་རྒྱུད་ལ་སྐྱེས་ཁ་བའི་སྒོ་ནས་མི་ཆོས་བླ་མའི་རྫུན་གྱིས་རང་གཞན་གྱི་མགོ་སྐོར་བར་བྱེད་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མཐོང་བ་དང་སྤེལ་བར་བྱེད་ན་བཀའ་ཆད་དྲག་པོ་ཆོད། ཇི་བཞིན་ཉམས་སུ་ལེན་ཅིང་མོས་པ་རྣམས་བལྟས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཉམས་རྟོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་གོང་འཕེལ་དུ་གྱུར་ནས། ཚེ་གཅིག་ལུས་གཅིག་ལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་འགྲུབ་པའི་སྡོང་ གྲོགས་མཛོད་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ།། ༈ །།ཁྲིད་གཞན་རྣམས་ན་དམིགས་ཐུན་དང་རྒྱབ་ཆོས་ཙམ་མ་གཏོགས་དྲི་བ་དང་ངོ་སྤྲོད་ཞིབ་པ་རྣམས་ཞལ་ཤེས་མ་དང་། ཟུར་དུ་བཀོད་པ་ཡིན་ལ། འདིར་དེ་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་གསལ

凭借于此所示之威力，愿一切众生获得不死金刚之位！此具决定意义之精华事业光芒四射，无论谁见、闻、忆、修持，愿其证悟如夏日之河流般涌现，毫不费力地解脱，一切事业皆成就！如是，大手印俱生和合之，修持引导次第深奥九种之精华，由化身噶玛·扎巴坚赞等，依所请如实记录之善，愿一切众生俱生之智慧，光明大增，教法之莲园，于四面八方盛开，天人等一切有情，速疾获得双运大乐之果位！如是，此富含经教与证悟诸多功德，具足往昔串习且具转世之，尊者日沃切瓦莲花国王之化身，化身噶玛·扎巴坚赞吉祥贤等少数具足信心与智慧者劝请，作为借债，由十方具吉祥之弥庞曲吉旺秋，于大寺楚布寺开始，于止贡扎西策，作意念合修与背诵连贯而作。吉祥炽盛，愿噶举教法广弘，遍布虚空，一切众生享用安乐之吉祥！此为第八品法。有四十五种作意念，之后的部分也应根据情况和时机作意念，但如何修习则各有不同。此处的作意念应知为修持之法，法品应知为理解之法。此法之护法，具吉祥智慧之怙主黑袍金刚及其眷属守护之，不具信心与无缘者，以及仅凭文字，从血统繁衍的角度，以虚假的喇嘛之名欺骗自己和他人者，若见闻或传播此法，将受到严厉的惩罚。如实修持且具信心者，仅凭观看，一切证悟皆能增长，愿能成为一生一世成就金刚持之助伴，赐予成就！其他引导文中，除了意念合修和背诵法之外，详细的提问和介绍都是口耳相传的，是另外记录的，而此处将所有这些都清楚地汇集在一起。

Through the power of what has been shown, may all beings attain the state of the immortal Vajra! This essence of definitive meaning, radiating the light of activity, whoever sees, hears, remembers, or practices it, may their realization surge like a summer river, effortlessly liberated, and all activities be accomplished! Thus, this essence of the profound ninefold practice instructions of Mahamudra Coemergent Union, through the virtue of being recorded as requested by the incarnation Karma Drakpa Gyaltsen and others, may the wisdom of coemergence of all beings greatly increase, the great lotus garden of the teachings bloom in all directions, and all beings, including gods and humans, quickly attain the state of union and great bliss! This, endowed with many qualities of scripture and realization, possessing past familiarity and a lineage of rebirths, the incarnation of the venerable Riwoche Pema Gyalpo, the incarnation Karma Drakpa Gyaltsen Pal Zangpo and others, urged by a few with faith and wisdom, as a debt, was begun from the great seat of Tsurphu by the glorious Mipham Chokyi Wangchuk of the ten directions. It was done with focused practice and continuous recitation at Drikung Trashi Tsal. May auspiciousness blaze forth, may the Kagyu teachings flourish, pervade the sky, and may all beings enjoy the glory of happiness and well-being! This is the eighth Dharma session. There are forty-five points of focus, and in later sections, one should meditate on the focus according to the situation and occasion, but how to practice varies. The focuses here should be known as practices to be cultivated, and the Dharma sessions should be known as things to be understood. The protector of this Dharma, the glorious Yeshe Gonpo Bernakchen, along with his consort and retinue, guards the treasury. Those who lack faith and are without fortune, and those who rely only on the letters, deceiving themselves and others in the name of false lamas from the perspective of lineage propagation, if they see or spread this Dharma, may they receive severe punishment. Those who practice it as it is and have faith, merely by looking, may all realizations increase, and may they become a companion in achieving Vajradhara in one lifetime and one body, and grant accomplishments! In other instructions, apart from focused practice and recitation, detailed questions and introductions are oral instructions and are recorded separately, but here all of these are clearly gathered together in one place.
