མེ་ཏོག་དུ་མའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ཆར་འབབ་པ། ཁང་བརྩེགས་ཡིད་འོང་ལྷ་མོ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བསྟོད་དབྱངས་སྒྲོགས་ལྡན་འདི་ལྟོས་ཞེས། །འཇམ་དབྱངས་དེ་འདྲ་མཐོང་ནས་ད་ནི་སེམས་དམྱལ་ཅ་ཅོ་འདོན་པར་ཤོག །དེ་ལྟར་བདག་གི་དགེ་རྩས་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་ལ་སོགས། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྒྲིབས་པ་མེད་སྤྲིན་བདེ་བ་དང་། །བསིལ་ཞིང་དྲི་ཞིམ་ངད་ལྡན་ཆར་པ་འབེབས་མཐོང་ནས། །སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དེ་དག་མངོན་པར་དགའ་གྱུར་ཅིག །དུད་འགྲོ་རྣམས་ནི་གཅིག་ལ་གཅིག །ཟ་བའི་འཇིགས་དང་བྲལ་བར་ཤོག །སྒྲ་མི་སྙན་པའི་མི་བཞིན་དུ། །ཡི་དྭགས་རྣམས་ནི་བདེ་བར་གྱུར། །འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་གི །ཕྱག་ནས་འབབ་པའི་འོ་རྒྱུན་གྱིས། །ཡི་དྭགས་རྣམས་ནི་ཚིམ་བྱས་ཤིང་། །ཁྲུས་བྱས་རྟག་ཏུ་བསིལ་བར་ཤོག །ལོང་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་གཟུགས་མཐོང་ཞིང་། །འོན་པས་རྟག་ཏུ་སྒྲ་ཐོས་ཤོག །ལྷ་མོ་སྒྱུ་ འཕྲུལ་ཇི་བཞིན་དུ། །སྦྲུམ་མའང་གནོད་མེད་བཙའ་བར་ཤོག །གཅེར་བུ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་གོས་དག་དང་། །བཀྲེས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཟས་དག་དང་། །སྐོམ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཆུ་དག་དང་། །བཏུང་བ་ཞིམ་པོ་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །བཀྲེན་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ནོར་ཐོབ་ཤོག །མྱ་ངན་ཉམ་ཐག་དགའ་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཡི་ཆད་རྣམས་ཀྱང་ཡིད་གསོས་ཤིང་། །བརྟན་པ་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པར་ཤོག །སེམས་ཅན་ནད་པ་ཇི་སྙེད་པ། །མྱུར་དུ་ནད་ལས་ཐར་གྱུར་ཅིག །འགྲོ་བའི་ནད་ནི་མ་ལུས་པ། །རྟག་ཏུ་འབྱུང་བ་མེད་པར་ཤོག །སྐྲག་པ་རྣམས་ནི་འཇིགས་མེད་ཤོག །བཅིངས་པ་རྣམས་ནི་གྲོལ་བར་འགྱུར། །མཐུ་མེད་རྣམས་ནི་མཐུ་ལྡན་ཞིང་། །ཕན་ཚུན་སེམས་ནི་བསྙེན་གྱུར་ཅིག །འགྲོན་པ་དག་ནི་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ། །ཕྱོགས་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེ་བར་ཤོག །གང་གི་དོན་དུ་འགྲོ་བྱེད་པ། །དེ་འབད་མི་དགོས་འགྲུབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །གྲུ་དང་གྲུ་ཆེན་ཞུགས་པ་རྣམས། །ཡིད་ལ་ བསམས་པ་གྲུབ་གྱུར་ཏེ། །ཆུ་ཡི་ངོགས་སུ་བདེར་ཕྱིན་ནས། །གཉེན་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་དགའ་བར་ཤོག །མྱ་ངམ་ལམ་གོལ་འཁྱམས་པ་རྣམས། །འགྲོན་པ་དག་དང་ཕྲད་གྱུར་ནས། །ཆོམ་རྐུན་སྟག་སོགས་འཇིགས་མེད་པར། །མི་ངལ་བདེ་བླག་འདོད་པར་ཤོག །དགོན་སོགས་ལམ་མེད་ཉམ་ང་བར། །བྱིས་པ་རྒན་པོ་མགོན་མེད་ཅིང་། །གཉིད་ལོག་མྱོས་ཤིང་རབ་མྱོས་རྣམས། །ལྷ་དག་སྲུང་བ་བྱེད་པར་ཤོག །མི་དལ་ཀུན་ལས་ཐར་བ་དང་། །དད་དང་ཤེས་རབ་བརྩེ་ལྡན་ཞིང་། །ཟས་དང་སྤྱོད་པ་ཕུན་ཚོགས་ནས། །རྟག་ཏུ་ཚེ་རབས་དྲན་པར་ཤོག །ཐམས་ཅད་ནམ་མཁའ་མཛོད་བཞིན་དུ། །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཆད་པ་མེད་པར་ཤོག །རྩོད་པ་མེད་ཅིང་འཚེ་མེད་པར། །རང་དབང་དུ་ནི་སྤྱོད་པར་ཤོག །སེམས་ཅན་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཆུང་ངུ་གང་། །དེ་དག་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཆེན་པོར་ཤོག །དཀའ་ཐུབ་ཅན་གང་གཟུགས་ངན་པ། གཟུགས་བཟང་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པར་ཤོག ། འཇིག་རྟེན་བུད་མེད་ཇི་སྙེད་པ། །དེ་དག་སྐྱེས་པ་ཉིད་གྱུར་ཅིག །མ་རབས་རྣམས་ནི་མཐོ་ཐོབ་ཅིང་། །ང་རྒྱལ་དག་ཀྱང་བཅོམ་པར་ཤོག །བདག་གི་བསོད་ནམས་འདི་ཡིས་ནི། །སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་མ་ལུས་པ། །སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྤངས་ནས་ནི། །རྟག་ཏུ་དགེ་བ་བྱེད་པར་ཤོག །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དང་མི་འབྲལ་ཞིང་། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སྤྱོད་ལ་གཞོལ་བ་དང་། །སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཡོངས་གཟུང་ཞིང་། །བདུད་ཀྱི་ལས་ཀྱང་སྤོང་བར་ཤོག །སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ནི། །ཚེ་ཡང་དཔག་མེད་རིང་བར་ཤོག །རྟག་ཏུ་བདེ་བར་འཚོ་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། །འཆི་བའི་སྒྲ་ཡང་གྲག་མ་གྱུར། །དཔག་བསམ་ཤིང་གི་སྐྱེད་མོས་ཚལ། །སངས་རྒྱས་དང་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་སྲས། །ཆོས་སྙན་སྒྲོགས་པས་གང་བ་ཡིས། །ཕྱོགས་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་གང་བར་ཤོག །ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ནི་ས་གཞི་དག །གསེག་མ་ལ་སོགས་མེད་པ་དང་། །ལག་མཐིལ་ལྟར་མཉམ་བཻ་ ཌཱུརྱའི ། །རང་བཞིན་འཇམ་པོར་གནས་གྱུར་ཅིག །འཁོར་གྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཡོད་དགུར་ཡང་། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་མང་པོ་དག །རང་གི་ལེགས་པས་ས་སྟེང་དག །བརྒྱན་པར་མཛད་པས་བཞུགས་གྱུར་ཅིག །ལུས་ཅན་ཀུན་གྱིས་བྱ་དང་ནི། །ཤིང་དང་འོད་ཟེར་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། །ནམ་མཁའ་ལས་ཀྱང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྒྲ། །རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད་པར་ཐོས་པར་ཤོག །དེ་དག་རྟག་ཏུ་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་། །སངས་རྒྱས་སྲས་དང་ཕྲད་གྱུར་ཅིག །མཆོད་པའི་སྤྲིན་ཕུང་མཐའ་ཡས་པས། །འགྲོ་བའི་བླ་མ་མཆོད་པར་ཤོག །ལྷ་ཡང་དུས་སུ་ཆར་འབེབས་ཤིང་། །ལོ་ཏོག་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་གྱུར་ཅིག །རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆོས་བཞིན་བྱེད་པ་དང་། །འཇིག་རྟེན་དག་ཀྱང་དར་བར་ཤོག །སྨན་རྣམས་མཐུ་དང་ལྡན་པ་དང་། །གསང་སྔགས་བཟླས་བརྗོད་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །མཁའ་འགྲོ་སྲིན་པོ་ལ་སོགས་པ། །སྙིང་རྗེའི་སེམས་དང་ལྡན་གྱུར་ཅིག །སེམས་ཅན་འགའ་ཡང་སྡུག་མ་གྱུར། ། སྡིག་པར་མ་གྱུར་ན་མ་གྱུར། །འཇིགས་དང་བརྙས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། །འགའ་ཡང་ཡིད་མི་བདེ་མ་གྱུར། །གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་རྣམས་ཀློག་པ་དང་། །ཁ་ཏོན་གྱིས་རྒྱས་ལེགས་གནས་ཤོག །རྟག་པར་དགེ་འདུན་མཐུན་པ་དང་། །དགེ་འདུན་དོན་ཡང་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །བསླབ་པ་འདོད་པའི་དགེ་སློང་དག །དབེན་པ་དག་ཀྱང་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །གཡེང་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྤངས་ནས་ནི། །སེམས་ནི་ལས་རུང་སྒོམ་གྱུར་ཅིག །དགེ་སློང་མ་རྣམས་རྙེད་ལྡན་ཞིང་།

鲜花朵朵，如雨般洒落，无数美丽的楼阁，成千上万的天女，歌颂赞美的声音不绝于耳，请看啊！ 见到如此景象，愿地狱众生停止哀嚎！ 愿我以此善行，以及普贤等菩萨的无碍之云，带来喜乐， 见到清凉、芬芳、香气四溢的降雨， 愿地狱众生皆大欢喜！ 愿畜生道众生， 远离互相吞食的恐惧！ 愿如刺耳之声般痛苦的饿鬼们，获得安乐！ 愿圣观自在菩萨， 从手中流出的乳汁， 令饿鬼们饱足， 沐浴后恒常清凉！ 愿盲人重见光明， 愿耳聋者恒常听闻声音！ 愿如幻术般的天女， 孕妇也能平安生产！ 愿赤身裸体者获得衣物， 饥饿者获得食物， 口渴者获得清水， 获得美味的饮品！ 愿贫困者获得财富！ 悲伤痛苦者获得喜乐！ 灰心丧气者重获希望， 获得圆满的坚定！ 愿所有生病的众生， 迅速脱离疾病！ 愿众生的所有疾病， 永远不再发生！ 愿恐惧者无所畏惧！ 愿被束缚者获得解脱！ 愿无力者获得力量， 彼此心怀慈爱！ 愿所有旅客， 在所有方向都平安！ 无论为了什么目的而出发， 都能不费力气地达成！ 愿乘坐船只和巨轮的人们， 心中所想皆能实现， 平安抵达水边， 与亲友一同欢喜！ 愿在荒野迷路的人们， 与旅客相遇， 远离盗匪虎狼等恐惧， 毫不费力地获得所需！ 在寂静无人的荒野， 孩童老人无依无靠， 沉睡、醉酒、烂醉如泥的人们， 愿诸神守护他们！ 愿脱离一切无暇之处， 具备信心、智慧和慈爱， 饮食和资具丰足， 恒常忆起前世！ 愿一切如虚空宝藏般， 受用无穷无尽！ 无有争端和伤害

May showers of various flowers fall, and may thousands of beautiful celestial maidens in storied mansions proclaim hymns of praise, behold! Having seen such a sight, may the hell beings now cease their cries of torment! Thus, through my virtuous deeds, may the unobstructed clouds of Samantabhadra and other Bodhisattvas bring happiness, And having seen the cool, fragrant, and sweet-smelling rain falling, May those hell beings be filled with manifest joy! May the animals Be free from the fear of devouring one another! May the pretas be happy, Like unpleasant sounds in human form! May the stream of milk flowing from the hand Of the noble Avalokiteśvara Satiate the pretas, And having bathed, may they be forever cool! May the blind see forms, And may the deaf always hear sounds! Like a goddess of illusion, May pregnant women give birth without harm! May the naked have clothes, May the hungry have food, May the thirsty have water, And may they obtain delicious drinks! May the poor obtain wealth! May the sorrowful and afflicted obtain joy! May the disheartened be revived, And may they have perfect stability! May all sick beings, Quickly be freed from illness! May all the diseases of beings, Never occur again! May the frightened be fearless! May the bound be freed! May the powerless be powerful, And may they cherish one another! May all travelers Be safe in all directions! Whatever purpose they set out for, May it be accomplished without effort! May those who embark on boats and great ships, Have their wishes fulfilled, And having safely reached the shore, May they rejoice together with their relatives! May those who wander lost in desolate lands, Meet with travelers, And without fear of robbers, tigers, etc., May they easily obtain what they desire without toil! In desolate and dangerous places without paths, May children, the elderly, and the unprotected, Those who are asleep, drunk, and very intoxicated, Be protected by the gods! May they be freed from all unfavorable conditions, And with faith, wisdom, and loving-kindness, And with abundant food and resources, May they always remember their past lives! May all be like a treasury of space, With inexhaustible enjoyments! Without strife or harm

May it be accomplished as desired! May I act freely! Whatever small beings there are, may they become great! Whatever ascetic has an ugly form, may they have a perfect and beautiful form! May all the women in the world be reborn as men! May the inferior attain high positions, and may the arrogant be conquered! May all beings, without exception, through this merit of mine, abandon all sins and always do good! May they never be separated from the mind of enlightenment, be devoted to the conduct of enlightenment, be embraced by the Buddhas, and abandon the works of demons! May all those beings have immeasurably long lives! May they always live in happiness, and may the sound of death not even be heard! May the groves of wish-fulfilling trees, filled with Buddhas and their children, filled with the sound of proclaiming the sweet Dharma, fill all directions! May the ground in all places be without gravel and the like, as smooth as the palm of the hand, be of the nature of lapis lazuli, and be soft! In all the mandalas of samsara and nirvana, may many Bodhisattvas, adorning the earth with their own goodness, reside! May all sentient beings, as well as birds, trees, and all rays of light, and even from the sky, constantly hear the sound of the Dharma! May they always meet with the Buddhas and their children! May they worship the gurus of beings with infinite clouds of offerings! May the gods send down rain in due season, and may the crops be abundant! May the king act according to the Dharma, and may the world also prosper! May medicines have power, and may the recitation of secret mantras be accomplished! May the dakinis, rakshasas, and others have compassionate hearts! May no sentient being suffer! May there be no sin! May they not suffer fear and contempt, and may no one be unhappy! May monasteries flourish through reading and recitation, and may they exist in peace! May the Sangha always be in harmony, and may the affairs of the Sangha also be accomplished! May monks who desire discipline also obtain secluded places! Abandoning all distractions, may the mind be fit for practice! May the nuns have wealth,
