The Secret of the Mind. I prostrate to the Dharmadhatu Vajra, all-pervading of the three secrets. The unborn, eternal Vajra, the Nirmanakaya. The unceasing, eternal Vajra, the Sambhogakaya. The unlocalized, eternal Vajra, the Dharmakaya. I prostrate to the indestructible, eternal Dharmadhatu Vajra. The wish-fulfilling jewel that effortlessly grants needs and desires. From the essence of the wish-fulfilling jewel tree. Unparalleled, spreading well-being and auspiciousness in the ten directions. I prostrate to that glorious one whose activity is manifestly supreme. Whatever white virtue is composed from the meaning of the name of the supreme Lama Gyalwa. I dedicate it so that I may have the fortune to rely on the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and spiritual friends without separation. This was composed by Gyaltsab Drakpa Choyang. I pray to Je Yeshe Dorje: Possessing the supreme nature of wisdom and compassion. Whose activity is equal to all the Buddhas. The Karmapa who possesses surpassing great compassion. I pray to the feet of Yeshe Dorje. Possessing a form with marks and signs, perfecting the two accumulations. Merely seeing him grants the supreme bliss of definite goodness and higher realms. I pray to the feet of Yeshe Dorje. All dharmas are preceded by wisdom. The limitless Dharma doors of the sixty branches. Simultaneously teaching everything, fearless and without arrogance. I pray to the feet of Yeshe Dorje. In the profound and vast unpolluted Dharmadhatu. Great bliss, unchanging, free from elaboration. Possessing unobstructed wisdom. I pray to the feet of Yeshe Dorje. In the nature of hundreds of thousands of qualities of liberation and maturation. The king of power from which many virtuous deeds arise. Fulfilling the hopes of all beings. I pray to the feet of Yeshe Dorje. The single source from which all benefit and happiness arise. Showing various miracles by means of taming whatever needs taming. Possessing effortless, spontaneously accomplished compassion. I pray to the feet of Yeshe Dorje. By the blessing of praying in this way. May the blessing of the Lama Yeshe Dorje of beings. Enter the minds of those to be tamed. May I never be separated in all lifetimes. This was composed by the Seventh Garwang. I pray to Je Jangchub Dorje: The very essence of the assembly of the Buddhas of the three times. Purifying afflictions and realizing wisdom.

For the sake of taming beings of the three realms, taking the form of an emanation, Considering Dagpo (Dwags po) while maturing with the five visions, Just like the command of Padmasambhava, I bow to the urging of the Jnana Dakini's signs. The cool, misty mountain that follows the Thungchod, The lineage and clan that travel in the direction of water, fire, In that pure place, the Karmapa, I bow to the subsequent permission after clearly prophesying. In the year of the Ox, On the waxing tenth day of the sixth month, Having been born with auspicious and complete omens, As the protector of embodied beings in the ten directions, I bow to the teacher who grants joy to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
