From the tree, all the bases to be purified and the methods of purification are introduced. This merging of all paths into one is the intention of the great Lord of Yoga. This is the meaning of what was said. If one understands and meditates on this properly, as it says in the Kadampa Letters: In general, if one recognizes and meditates well on the bases to be purified and the methods of purification, then whether one is diligent in meditation or not, one will have the ability to liberate oneself and others from the ocean of samsara. As it is said, one should understand that such a result will arise, and follow such a teaching. It is very wrong to think that only the true establishment of the Dharmadhatu is the basis for purification, and that the aggregates, elements, and sense bases of conventional truth are not the basis for purification. Do not follow those who wrongly think with extremely perverse wisdom. In general, in order to correctly understand the key points of the Secret Mantra Vajrayana, the Sakya master said: The teachings of the all-knowing are like the ocean, deep and difficult to fathom, without end. The Vajrayana is spoken with many thoughts, and expanded with Vajra words, therefore, prophesied by Nagarjuna and others, or blessed by dakinis such as Virupa, relying on the instructions of the accomplished ones, later disciples will be able to understand these teachings. As it is said, one must be certain to follow the completely pure teachings. Third, in order to generate faith, the faultless sources of scripture are shown. These key points are clearly explained in the commentary on the introduction to the four empowerments of the Sakya master, the extensive Abhisamaya of Jetsun Tsempo, the Abhisamaya Tree of Jetsun Rinpoche, the commentary on the non-duality of samsara and nirvana, and the Kadampa Letters. In addition, parts of it appear in the commentaries on the three tantras and other works of the superiors, which are sources of faith for those who are fortunate. Those who do not believe in these should also rely on the pure tantric scriptures quoted earlier, and analyze them with unbiased wisdom, thereby benefiting themselves and others. Second, the way to make this the path through the four applications of the path is all of the bases to be purified and the methods of purification mentioned earlier.

It is not merely arranged by relying on similarities and spontaneous understanding of symbolism, but by the power of the imprints of all the dharmas that transcend suffering residing on the mind's alaya, all mundane appearances arise as the self-nature pure forms of the form body and dharma body of the fruition, the Buddha-ground. As stated in the eleventh chapter of the Root Tantra, all sentient beings can be determined as the five families based on color and shape. Therefore, through cultivation, temporary stains are purified, and what manifests is the basis of purification and the means of purification, as well as the meaning of the arrangement of symbols. Thus, here, all the bases of purification are cultivated in the form of such and such paths, and blessed by the four path-uses. The first of these has already been explained in detail before. If one applies a single example, the triangular mudra of the mother of the womb-born and the four, such as the eggs of the egg-born, are not impure mudras, but one should contemplate this dharma-arising triangle appearing in my mind as inseparable. The second is that, having contemplated it as a dharma-arising triangle, because the form is easy to contemplate, it is called the form as the path. That is, by generating faith in the three doors of liberation and the mudras of the eyes, etc., it is called faith as the path. Also, contemplating that the fruition of the Buddha-ground, the three doors of liberation and the mudras of the eyes, etc., are real, it is called the fruit as the path. Thus, the yogi's mind-stream is blessed, and the accumulations are completed, so it is called blessing as the path. The reason for this is that it is a path that enters through attachment and does not deceive through connection. Among these, entering through attachment means being attached to the form of the basis of purification, and being attached to the real fruit of the form. Not deceiving through connection means that the basis of purification, the path, and the fruit are all interconnected, or that they are not different in meaning, so they do not deceive. Therefore, by cultivating the basis of purification and the means of purification of the generation stage, one can also obtain all the dharmas of the Buddha-ground. Thus, combining the ten yogas of the basis of purification and the means of purification, and cultivating with intense diligence with the four path-uses, the heat is weak.

༄༅། །那摩Sanguru Padaya(藏文:ན་མཿསངྒུ་རུ་པཱ་དཱ་ཡ།,梵文天城体:नमः सङ्गुरु पादाये,梵文罗马拟音:namaḥ saṅguru pādāya, 顶礼胜上师)。

If one obtains warmth, one should practice Kundalini Yoga in secret. If one obtains medium warmth, one should practice Kundalini Yoga openly in front of the world. If one obtains great warmth by relying on the prophesied lotus girl, then through one month of Samantabhadra's conduct, one will obtain the eighth bhumi and be qualified to practice the near cause. After that, through seven days of the near cause, one will definitely obtain the thirteenth bhumi of the Great Vajradhara. The excellent teachings of the omniscient lama, like moonlight, illuminate the good path. To fulfill the wishes of those seeking the Dharma, the nectar of the secret Kumudataka is bestowed. May whatever pure accumulation of merit is accomplished by this, cause us to be born in the supreme pure land praised by all Buddhas, known as Sukhavati, so that we may see the supreme face of Amitabha. Although the ultimate, free from elaboration, has not been realized, yet through the kindness of your immaculate understanding of the various tantras, and your brilliant wisdom, I have obtained it well. I prostrate forever to the lotus feet of the venerable master with pure body, speech, and mind, and constantly offer you my body, possessions, and the roots of virtue of the three times. I pray that you will continue to hold me with the iron hook of compassion until the end of samsara. The essential moonlight of the venerable lama's excellent teachings, for the benefit of those of lesser capacity, separately extracts the secret instructions from the six stages of the complete path of the Indian Kye Dorje path. At the request of many seekers of the Dharma, it is necessary to add some special oral instructions, as well as some supplementary content from the venerable master's writings and write them down. After starting, it took a long time to complete, but later, urged by the words of Khenchen Sangye Gyatso, who bore the heavy burden of the immaculate Dharma, this was facilitated. This work, called "The Essential Moonlight Commentary of the Venerable Lama's Excellent Teachings," was begun in the Earth Pig year (year missing), and after sixty-six years, in the Wood Snake year called "Various Manifestations" (1725), was completed by Shakya Bhikshu Sonam Senge at Thupten Namgyal Monastery. The scribe was Youthful Goodness. Auspicious! Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ saṅguru pādāya, Homage to the Excellent Guru). The all-pervading, non-discriminating power of great compassion, the unobstructed nature, all forms of, the supreme
