In the mouth, pronounce Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Seed syllable Hūṃ), and in the mind, contemplate the vajra ground. The vajra posture is to place the left foot's instep on the right foot's heel and thigh joint, and then from the outside, place the right foot on top of the left, with both hands in the earth-touching mudra, and a peaceful countenance. The bodhisattva posture is to place the right foot's instep on the left thigh, place the left foot's heel under the foot, with the varada mudra, and a compassionate countenance. The lotus posture is to cross the legs, with the insteps not touching each other, the tips of the two thumbs touching, both knees touching the ground or slightly raised, with the samadhi mudra, and a compassionate countenance. The half posture is to place the right foot's instep on the left thigh, extend the left leg, both with the varada mudra, and a compassionate countenance. The auspicious posture is to extend both legs from a high cushion, with the soles facing down, both with the refuge-granting mudra, and a compassionate countenance. The auspicious posture is to separate the legs by about a span, sitting in a squatting manner, with both hands resting on their respective knees, supine, and a wondrous face. The hero posture is to plant the right leg on the ground, with the sole of the left foot facing up, with the hands placed on their respective legs, and a heroic countenance. The playful posture is to half-cross the right leg, extend the left leg slightly forward, plant the palm of the left hand on the ground behind the left, and place the right hand on the right knee in the manner of holding a weapon, and a wondrous face. The forward-looking posture is to remain in that sitting position, restore the hands to their original position, look forward with the eyes, contemplate the vajra ground, and a wrathful countenance. The backward-looking posture is also with the hands on the thighs, otherwise the same, except that the eyes look back from left and right. Although the tantras and mandalas do not mention postures other than the first six, Sharpa Dorje Özer supplemented the latter four from other tantras, which is due to the preference for elaboration. In this tantra, the first six are also sufficient. Among the nine sentiments, coquetry is to slightly press the lower lip with the upper teeth and smile. Courage is to raise the eyes, without fear or shyness. Ugliness is to contract the face very much. Laughter is to

From the throat, the sound of haha is proclaimed. Fierceness is striking or being extremely angry. Terror is having a terrifying appearance. Compassion and majesty are loving-kindness, that is, with eyes half-closed. Pacification is placing the face upright. The arrangement of the songs should also be done according to their respective demeanor. Again, abiding in the position of the powerful one, looking inward. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). Which abides in body, speech, and mind. Recite this three times, ordering the obstacles, and in each interval, play music fiercely. Then place ten phurbas in front on top of a pile of barley, each decorated with a small bag of mustard seeds and a red silk ribbon. Visualize that from your heart emanate ten vajra phurbas, the upper part having the appearance of a wrathful deity swirling with nectar, and from the navel downwards having the shape of a single-pointed spear. If you like to elaborate, perform the three-place blessing and invite in ten wisdom deities. Again, from the heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the chief of the obstacles, the ten protectors of the directions, and visualize them arranged in the eight directions and to the right of the east and the left of the west. In those places, arrange phurba holes, starting from the east and driving the phurbas in between to the left of the west, pressing the sole of the right foot and the knee of the left foot on the ground, holding the phurba with the left hand, and striking with a hammer or vajra with the right hand, reciting: Om Gha Gha, etc. At that time, the sound of the music should be played fiercely. Then, visualize the common protective circle such as the vajra ground in the manner of light emanating from the phurba and the corpse of the obstacle. The blessing of the ground of the great mandala, this ritual method is according to the tantras and excellent treatises, as it is according to the practice of the lama, clearly adorned, composed by the speaker of the three tantras. From that, may the accumulation of pure white virtue, however much is obtained, thoroughly destroy the obstacles and wrong views of beings equal to space, and may we enjoy the glory of the ocean of benefit and happiness. Auspicious! Homage to the lama and glorious Vajrasattva. The offering ritual performed for old sacred objects is that it is permissible to transform the bad into the good, to transform the low into the high, and to repair the old, but others are not permissible. How is it done? That is, in front of the sacred object, with two waters preceding, arranging the near-use.
