The essence of Caṇḍālī. Oṃ āḥ ḍaṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā. The essence of Ḍombinī. To expand, Oṃ āḥ gaṃ vajra gaurī hūṃ phaṭ svāhā. Like this, insert the name before the seed syllable and recite. At the end, recite the hundred-syllable mantra three times, and pray that all the Sugatas and their retinues will bless me and all sentient beings with their body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. I pray that I may quickly attain the supreme accomplishment of the Great Seal, and attain the state of Hevajra in this very life. This is also the method of practice. Eighth, the yoga of food has three aspects. The extensive one is to gather the food in front, bless it like a torma, and then visualize oneself as Hevajra, with the mandala of the nine deities in the heart, the eight elements and twenty-four places in the navel, wind in the anus, fire at the trijunction, the mouth as the homa-hole, and the two hands visualized as pouring and offering. Then, eat it in the manner of an inner fire offering. The intermediate one is to bless the food like a torma, visualize oneself as Hevajra, imagine the mandala of the nine deities in the heart, ignite the fire from the navel, and eat it with the intention of offering to the deities. The concise one is to touch the food with the thumb and forefinger of the left hand, and eat it with the intention of offering to the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the heart. For the leftovers, offer to the beings who have power over the leftovers with Oṃ ucchiṣṭa balimta bakṣa sī svāhā. Ninth, the yoga of conduct has two aspects: being skilled in the method of the supreme deity and being skilled in the methods of each deity. The first is that when engaging in conduct, one should view oneself and all appearing phenomena as the nature of Hevajra. The second is to view the deities separately according to the division of what is to be purified. The form aggregate is Vajra Mother, the feeling is also said to be White Tara, the perception is the Water Yogini, the formation is the Vajra Ḍākinī, and the consciousness, in the manner of the aggregate, abides as the Selfless Yogini. Hatred is said to be Vajra Mother, desire is the Water Yogini, jealousy is the Vajra Ḍākinī, miserliness is the Secret White Tara, and ignorance is likewise said to be Vajra. Thus, the five aggregates and the five poisons are the five Yoginis within the mandala of the Selfless Mother. Earth is said to be Pukkasī, the water element is said to be the Huntress Mother, fire

Know that fire is fierce. Wind is widely known to be gentle. This is about the four elements and the four Kṣetramātṛs. In the eye, visualize the Moha Vajramātṛ; in the ear, visualize the Dveṣa Vajramātṛ; in the nose, visualize the Mātsarya Vajramātṛ; in the mouth, visualize the Rāga Vajramātṛ; on the body, visualize the Īrṣyā Vajramātṛ; in the mind, visualize the Anātman Yoginī. This is about the six faculties and the six Yoginīs. For form, it is always said to be Gaurī; for sound, it is widely known as the Thief Mātṛ; for the aspect of smell, it is Ro Langa Mātṛ; for taste, it is widely known as Ghasmarī; for touch, it is said to be the Earth-walking Mātṛ; for the Dharma-dhātu, it is the Sky-walking Mātṛ. This is about the six objects and the six goddesses, each to be visualized separately. Now, one might wonder, what is the difference between visualizing in the state of Samāhita and visualizing in the state of post-meditation? In the state of Samāhita, one visualizes the deity with face and hands in that particular place of the mandala, and visualizes it as the object to be purified. But in the state of post-meditation, one prevents ordinary conceptual thoughts on whatever object needs to be purified, and visualizes it as the nature of the deity, which is a big difference. Even if the face and hands of this deity are not clear, it is sufficient to visualize it by thinking, "This is this deity." If one can visualize it as a deity with face and hands, then it is the most excellent. Tenth, the Yoga of Subsequent Attachment is when a householder Vajradhara enjoys the Mudrā with the thought of offering to the deity, with the union of the three recognitions, etc. Learn about it in detail elsewhere. Thus, if one practices the fourteen methods of accomplishment with nine or ten yogas, in order, then one will temporarily make the doctrine flourish, and ultimately one will definitely attain the state of Hevajra. The oral instructions of the four good path master Virūpa, pervade the four branches of approach and accomplishment. When purifying the four birth places, each one generates definite understanding with the four great antidotes. When using the four bodies as the path, each one quickly gathers blessings with the four path-making methods. All are gathered by the path of the four empowerments, this is the practice of the four tantras, which is not common with others. Here, the way to practice the fourteen objects to be accomplished and the means of accomplishment, with ten excellent methods, the characteristics of each are not mixed, common, non-contradictory, explained in easy-to-understand words. Among them, there are also the preliminaries, the main part's elaboration and condensation, the elaboration and condensation of the generation stage, the difference in distinctions, and the cause, path, and result existing in manifestation and enlightenment.
