That clarifies. Also, the key to mind is wind, the key to wind is the channel, and the key to the channel is in the eyes, so it is very important not to make mistakes in posture. In this way, with the five or seven dharmas of body meditation, the five poisons naturally subside, and wind and mind naturally enter the central channel, all thoughts naturally cease, becoming relaxed and clear, and realization quickly arises, so the key to the body is very important. If the body is crooked or not in the correct posture, thoughts will be scattered and the mind cannot be controlled. If the wheel turns to the right, the clarity of the appearance will be lost first, then anger will arise naturally, and there is a danger of being harmed by demon kings and others. If it turns to the left, the experience of bliss will be lost first, and then strong desire will arise, and there is a danger of being harmed by female ghosts and ogresses. If you bend forward, non-conceptualization will arise effortlessly at first, and then it will turn into ignorance, and there is a danger of being harmed by earth lords and others. In particular, if you see two or more people discussing something, thinking that these two are saying bad things about me, or being unhappy, etc., many faults of reversing the life-sustaining wind will arise. If the key to the body is tilted back, the experience of emptiness will arise effortlessly at first, and then afflictions such as pride will arise, and the thoughts of the previous demons will also arise, especially the mind will not be stable and thoughts will be scattered. Faults such as the body becoming weak and semen leaking will occur. Therefore, the key to not causing any faults and perfecting all qualities is the key to the body, so it is very important not to make mistakes in the posture. The five dharmas of meditation are: Lama Zhang said: There are five keys to the body: Straight like an arrow, bent like a hook, crossed like the eyes of a rei, gathered like an iron hoop, and twisted like a lili. Straight like an arrow is: the spine is straight like an arrow, for example, straightening an arrow is not straightened directly, but like straightening it forcefully in the direction of bending, just straightening the three wrinkles of the small abdomen, stretching and bending with the posture of the waist, the need for this is that the three channels remain in their respective positions, and the Avadhuti runs in a straight line, thereby untying the knots of the channels, and the wind easily enters the central channel. Bent like a hook is: the throat is slightly bent naturally, the need for this is that the two left and right channels are like a fish opening its mouth, wind and

By blocking the proliferation of discursive thoughts, non-thought arises. Crossing like the eyes of the "Re" character refers to crossing the ankles of the feet. The necessity for this is that it is an aid to the vajra posture, so it is not disturbed by obstacles. Binding like an iron hoop refers to tightly wrapping from the knees with a vajra knot or meditation belt, etc. The necessity for this is to prevent the body's key points from being dislocated. Rolling up like "Li Ri" refers to inserting a cloth pad into the buttocks and tightly closing the lower gate. The necessity for this is that the channels and winds meet internally, thereby quickly generating bliss and warmth. Regarding these five key points of the body, Jetsun Marpa Lotsawa said, "Putting all the instructions of Tibet together is not as great as these five key points of my body. Why is that? Because the key to these five key points of my body is that the winds naturally enter the central channel. The key to that is that tummo naturally blazes from the navel. The key to that is that the bodhicitta drop naturally descends from the crown of the head. From that, bliss arises spontaneously. From that, without having to deliberately block discursive thoughts, non-thought arises involuntarily. From that, the wisdom of realization arises effortlessly." Therefore, first of all, the method of placing the body is very important, and by becoming accustomed to this for a long time, the internal elements become balanced, thereby prolonging life, healing existing diseases, and preventing them from occurring later, and the pure channels and winds become powerful, so that the weight above does not harm below. Because the three, channels, winds, and bindus, gather as one, there is no discomfort even if they remain for years. Because the essence of essence is extremely ripened, awareness is self-luminous, and realization arises effortlessly. The twenty-first Dharma session ends. Secondly, the key point of the mind is: not cutting off the past, not welcoming the future, but placing the present mind evenly in a clear and non-discursive state. Because the past has ceased, perished, and is gone, it cannot be thought about. The future has not yet arrived, has not yet been accomplished, and is not in any place, so even if one investigates it, there is no need. And even the present, if investigated and analyzed, reveals countless previous and subsequent moments, too subtle to be investigated, and because it is not established as truly existent, it transcends the realm of the mind and is free from thought and expression.
