Without investigation, before other beings to be tamed, the Buddha has direct perception and wisdom with grasping and being grasped, although it appears so, but the Buddha's wisdom does not see any phenomena of things, even in name, but with the wisdom of seeing, it is said that what is known is in accordance with dependent arising, therefore, without investigation, it is said in name, for this, the valid cognition of direct perception and all the objects and subjects of grasping and being grasped are said to be in accordance with dependent arising of what is known, then, name exists even without investigation, Master Chandrakirti, at the end of explaining the eighteen unshared dharmas, in the commentary on the "Entering the Middle Way" it says: "Therefore, there is no consciousness that follows the two, and in order to introduce the non-dual, it also teaches the Dharma to sentient beings." Therefore, if those who say that what is known is in accordance with dependent arising, in the uninvestigated name, think that there is wisdom in the state of the Buddha, if you, the Madhyamika, follow and say that, then your own system of the Madhyamika will have wisdom, because the realists do not think that all the dharmas of the two truths are dependently arisen by conceptual imputation, and the sentence "all dharmas arise in dependence" is said by you Madhyamikas with great praise, is it because dependent arising is established by your own system? If you think so, just as butter cannot stick even if it is smeared on the sky, how can it stick even if it is smeared on me, the Madhyamika? When the realists examine the two truths of real phenomena and say that they are established on what is known, such two truths are not established even when examined on what is known in name, therefore, on what is known, the two truths of what is known that are in accordance with dependent arising, it is reasonable to say that they arise in dependence without investigation in name, in order to dispel the wrong conceptions of the realists, the two truths that are in accordance with dependent arising of what is known are said according to other schools, considering that this can prevent the two truths from becoming real things, therefore, the Madhyamikas such as the perfectly enlightened ones praise it as true. Even so, such dependent arising and emptiness, etc., have never been established as being established by one's own system, because for both the nature of dependent arising and the two truths of the object of dharma, if examined with the reasoning of other schools that say that what is known is in accordance with dependent arising, emptiness and dependent arising can withstand examination.

Because establishment is not regarded as existent or established in either one's own or other schools of thought. The Dharma of dependent arising is only spoken of from the perspective of an unexamined mind, to the extent that it acknowledges the continuity of worldly conventions. However, in the presence of the noble equanimous wisdom, any imputation of arising or not arising in dependence and reliance, or of existence or non-existence by nature, and emptiness (Tibetan: སྟོང་, Sanskrit Devanagari: शून्य, Sanskrit Romanization: shūnya, Literal Chinese meaning: emptiness) being or not being, etc., is pacified. Which, emptiness or dependent arising, can establish anything? Please contemplate well. Furthermore, some who lack the wealth of intelligence, in unexamined conventional terms, merely posit knowable objects as dependent arising. As a subject of debate, it is unreasonable to say that you, the Madhyamika, are pushing your own system, which you yourself have stated, into the realm of what is said by others besides the Madhyamika, and that you are echoing the statements of others. This is because those who grasp at things as real with innate worldly minds, and the proponents of realism, both internal and external, do not assert that knowable objects are dependently arisen. If they do not say this, then it must be the Madhyamika's own assertion. This is because in the world there are only two types of people: Madhyamikas and realistic worldly people. If others do not say it and only you say it, then it must be merely your own intention. Otherwise, there would be no need to say it in that way. That is what they say. But that consequence will not occur, because those reasons are not established. This is because in the world, those who say that knowable objects are merely dependent arising are neither realistic nor Madhyamika worldly people. Whether such worldly people have entered a philosophical system or not, by the power of innate or acquired wisdom, if knowable objects are not dependently arisen, they will become permanent and annihilated. If knowable objects are permanent and annihilated, then conventional terms will be cut off. Therefore, the fact that knowable objects are not permanent and annihilated is compatible with the side of knowable objects being dependently arisen, and incompatible with the side of knowable objects being truly existent. (365b) Having realized this, they also accept and reject knowable objects. And that is still some worldly person who has not realized dependent arising as emptiness, existing outside of the Madhyamika worldly person. Not having realized dependent arising as emptiness is also unreasonable for the Madhyamika. Furthermore, even from the sign of dependent arising, merely understanding that knowable objects are empty...
