It is the nature of extreme stability. The fearlessness of protection means that I have vowed to manifest complete enlightenment of all dharmas, and no one refutes that this dharma has not attained enlightenment, and there is no fear for the dharma of realizing self-interest; I have vowed to exhaust all defilements, and no one refutes that this aspect of defilement has not been exhausted, and there is no fear for the dharma of abandoning self-interest; I have proclaimed to the Shravakas the dharma of obstacles, and even if they practice these dharmas, they will not become obstacles, and no one refutes, and there is no fear for proclaiming the dharma of obstacles for the benefit of others; I have proclaimed the path that leads to liberation from suffering, and even if they practice these paths, they will not be liberated from suffering, and no one refutes, so there is no fear for proclaiming the path of definitive liberation for the benefit of others, these are all extremely stable in nature, because no one can change them. The third is: individual correct knowledge is, the nature of fearlessness and so on, immeasurable. Explaining (348a) the four individual correct knowledges of transformation is the nature of fearlessness and so on, which are unlimited or non-existent in any aspect, because there is no attachment or obstruction to the four objects. The fourth is: diligently accomplishing the benefit of beings, is called great love. Completely protecting all suffering beings, is great compassion, joy is, the nature of great joy, equanimity is, the nature of non-mixture. For sentient beings, the nature of diligently accomplishing both present and ultimate benefits is called the great love of the Buddha. Completely protecting sentient beings from suffering is the great compassion of the Buddha. The great joy of the Buddha is that all sentient beings are always inseparable from happiness, and have the nature of great joy. Great equanimity is to be known as the nature of non-mixture because it is free from following attachment and anger, and so on. The fifth is: the Buddha's Dharma is unmixed, ten or eighteen as desired. Because what is proclaimed is not taken away, therefore the nature of non-taking. The Buddha's Dharma is unmixed, ten kinds or eighteen kinds as desired, that is, eighteen kinds. The six kinds summarized by behavior are: the body's actions are without error, the speech's actions are without confusion, and there is no forgetting of the meaning of sentient beings.

Does not possess. Does not possess the mind of unequal abandonment. Does not possess the idea of distinguishing between samsara and nirvana, taking and abandoning. Does not possess the equanimity of abandoning those to be tamed without separate examination. The six that are encompassed by realization are: aspiration, diligence, mindfulness, samadhi, wisdom, and not falling away from liberation. The three that are encompassed by activity are: all actions of the three doors of body, speech, and mind are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom. The three that are encompassed by wisdom are: without attachment to the objects of knowledge of the three times (348b), the vision of unobstructed wisdom arises. Those are because the teacher Buddha does not have confusion, etc., therefore there is no gap, it is not taken away and cannot be overcome, therefore it is of the nature of not being taken away. Sixth is: The wisdom of all-knowingness, is considered to be of the nature of direct perception. Others are only partial, so they are not allowed to be called direct perception. The wisdom of all-knowingness is considered to be of the nature of direct perception of all phenomena encompassed by aggregates, elements, and sources. Other wisdoms of hearers and solitary realizers, because they only know a small part of what is to be known, are not allowed to be called direct perception of all aspects. Third is: Whatever is the nature of the conditioned, whatever is the nature of the unconditioned, that is emptiness of that very nature, that is emptiness of self-nature. Whatever is the nature of the conditioned and the nature of the unconditioned, their respective essences are emptiness, that is the emptiness of self-nature. The fifteenth is: This present moment does not stay, the past and future do not exist, where those are not found, that is called unobtainable. Unobtainable is emptiness of self-nature, what is that which is separated from that nature, not permanent, not destroyed, and not abiding, is called unobtainable emptiness. This present moment is momentary, and even the momentary does not stay in a moment when examined by the three of beginning, end, and middle, and because the past has passed and the future has not yet arisen, it does not exist, so where in the three times are those three times not found, that is called unobtainable, unobtainable is emptiness of self-nature, what is that which is separated from that nature, not permanent, not destroyed, and not abiding.
